Claims (12)
- Vierwalzengerüst mit zwei Arbeitswalzen und mit zwei über Antriebsspindeln antreibbaren Stützwalzen, wobei beide Stützwalzen über eine lösbare Einrichtung mit einem Motor verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den beiden Arbeitswalzen (4,5) jeweils eine lösbare Einrichtung (19,21) zugeordnet ist, welche die jeweiligen Antriebsspindeln (14,15) mit den Arbeitswalzen (4,5) verbindet, wobei beim Einsatz von im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalzen (4,5) die Einrichtungen (19,21) gelöst sind und keine Verbindungen zum Motor vorliegen und beim Einsatz von dickeren Arbeitswalzen (4,5) diese über die Einrichtungen (19,21) mit einem Motor (7) verbunden sind. - Sechswalzengerüst mit zwei Arbeitswalzen, zwei Stützwalzen sowie zwischen den Arbeitswalzen und den Stützwalzen angeordneten Zwischenwalzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den über Antriebsspindeln antreibbaren Stützwalzen oder Zwischenwalzen jeweils eine lösbare Einrichtung zugeordnet ist, die mit einem oder mehreren Motoren verbunden ist, und dass den beiden Arbeitswalzen (4,5) jeweils eine lösbare Einrichtung (19,21) zugeordnet ist, weiche die jeweiligen Antriebsspindeln (14,15) mit den Arbeitswalzen (4,5) verbindet, wobei beim Einsatz von im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalzen (4,5) die Einrichtungen (19,21) gelöst sind und keine Verbindungen zum Motor vorliegen und beim Einsatz von dickeren Arbeitswalzen (4,5) diese über die Einrichtungen (19,21) mit einem Motor (7) verbunden sind. - Walzengerüst nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbaren Einrichtungen zum Verbinden der Stütz-und/oder Arbeits- und/oder Zwischenwalzen mit dem Motor (7) bzw. den Motoren (26,27) als Kupplungen, insbesondere Schaltkupplungen (17,18) ausgestaltet sind. - Walzengerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Arbeitswalzen (4,5) zugeordneten lösbaren Einrichtungen die mit Antriebszapfen (28,29) der Arbeitswalzen zusammenwirkenden Treffer (19,21) an den Antriebsspindeln (14,15) sind. - Walzengerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitswalzen (4,5) keine Antriebszapfen aufweisen. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Arbeitswalzen (24,25) mit einem gemeinsamen Arbeitswalzenmotor (7) über ein Getriebe (6), insbesondere ein Kammwalzgetriebe, verbunden sind. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütz- und Arbeits- und ggf. Zwischenwalzen mit einem gemeinsamen Motor (7) über ein Getriebe (6), insbesondere ein Kammwalzgetriebe, verbunden sind - Verfahren zum wahlweisen Betrieb eines Vierwalzengerüstes nach Anspruch 1 mit ersten, im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalzen und zweiten, im Durchmesser dickeren Arbeitswalzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Betrieb der dünnen Arbeitswalzen (4,5) lediglich die Stützwalzen (1,2) und zum Betrieb der dickeren Arbeitswalzen (24,25) lediglich die Arbeitswalzen (24,25) von einem Motor (7,26,27) angetrieben werden. - Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Betrieb einer ersten, im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalze und einer zweiten, im Durchmesser dickeren Arbeitswalze in einem Vierwalzengerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Betrieb der dünnen Arbeitswalze lediglich die zugehörige Stützwalze (1,2) und zum Betrieb der dickeren Arbeitswalze lediglich die Arbeitswalze selbst von einem Motor (7,26,27) angetrieben wird. - Verfahren zum wahlweisen Betrieb eines Sechswalzengerüstes nach Anspruch 2 mit ersten, im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalzen und zweiten, im Durchmesser dickeren Arbeitswalzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Betrieb der dünnen Arbeitswalzen lediglich die Stützwalzen und/oder die Zwischenwalzen und zum Betrieb der dickeren Arbeitswalzen lediglich die Arbeitswalzen von einem Motor angetrieben werden. - Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Betrieb einer ersten, im Durchmesser dünnen Arbeitswalze und einer zweiten, im Durchmesser dickeren Arbeitswalze in einem Sechswalzengerüst nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Betrieb der dünnen Arbeitswalze lediglich die zugehörige Stützwalze und/oder die Zwischenwalze und zum Betrieb der dickeren Arbeitswalze lediglich die Arbeitswalze selbst von einem Motor angetrieben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als dünne Arbeitswalzen solche mit einem verschleißarmen Werkstoff, insbesondere pulvermetallurgische Arbeitswalzen eingesetzt werden.
