Claims (6)
- Umformvorrichtung zum Walzen und Profilieren von scheiben- und ringförmigen Teilen, wobei eine Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) ohne eigenen axialen Walzantrieb zum axialen Walzen als transportable und austauschbare Baueinheit in einer üblichen Schmiedepresse (1) zwischen einem Pressenstößel (2) und einem Pressentisch (3) austauschbar angeordnet ist, wobei die Presse (1) die axiale Walzkraft aufbringt.
- Umformvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pressentisch (3) in horizontaler Ebene beweglich ist und die Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) aufnimmt und daß ein oberes Maschinengehäuse (10) der Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) mit einem unteren Maschinengehäuse (5) derselben mechanisch und zustellbar geführt und verbunden ist.
- Umformvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Verbindung über mehrere, vorzugsweise über vier Säulenführungen (4) mit Rückzug hergestellt ist, die mit dem oberen Maschinengehäuse (10) der Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) fest verbunden sind und die in entsprechenden Ausnehmungen des unteren Maschinengehäuses (5) gleitbeweglich geführt sind.
- Umformvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauffolgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Energieversorgungsleitungen für die Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) für elektrische Energie, hydraulische Energie, für Kühlung und Schmierung sowie für die Steuerung durch Schnellkupplungen, beispielsweise durch Steckkupplungen, herstellbar sind.
- Umformvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauffolgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) eine eigene Steuerung und Hydraulik besitzt und lediglich über Signale mit der Presse (1) verknüpft ist, derart, daß die Presse (1) auch ohne Integration der Gesenkwalzvorrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) voll funktionsfähig ist.
- Umformvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauffolgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von der im Walzspalt gemessenen Werkstücktemperatur der Vorschub des Pressenstößels (2) derart regelbar ist, daß die Umformtemperatur über den gesamten Walzprozeß konstant oder annähernd konstant, insbesondere bei hochwarmfesten Werkstoffen, zum Beispiel Stahllegierungen, Superlegierungen bzw. Aluminiumlegierungen, gehalten ist.
