Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Betätigung eines Stößels (1) in einer Hub- oder Spannvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Falzen von Blechen im Automobilbau, wobei ein antreibbarer Stößel (1) mit aufliegendem Falzbett in einem Grundgestell (3) geführt ist und die zu falzenden Bleche gegen feststehende Falzwerkzeuge presst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (1) auf zwei Keilen (17, 18) mit entgegengesetzt angeordneten Keilflächen (7) abgestützt ist, die elektromotorisch über einen Gewindetrieb (20) mit Links- und Rechtsgewinde gleichzeitig in entgegengesetzter Richtung verstellbar sind und auf einen mit dem Stößel (1) verbundenen Keil (19) mit zugeordneten Keilflächen (25) einwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Keilflächen (7) aufweisenden Keile (17, 18) am Grundgestell (3) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Keile (17, 18) im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Arbeitsrichtung des Stößels (1) verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Keilen (17, 18) Gewindemuttern (21, 22) für den darin geführten elektromotorisch antreibbaren Gewindetrieb (20) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindemuttern (21, 22) in einer Ausnehmung der Keile (17, 18) untergebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindemuttern (21, 22) ein Kugelumlaufgewinde besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindel des Gewindetriebes (20) über eine Kupplung (14) mit einem Elektromotor (16) verbunden ist.
