Claims (9)
- Verschluss zwischen einem beweglichen Klappenteil und einem ruhenden Karosserieteil;
mit einem Schließbügel (10), an dem einen Teil und einem Verschlusselement an dem anderen Teil, welches im Verschlussfall mit dem Schließbügel zusammenwirkt,
wobei der Schließbügel (10) aus zwei zueinander abstandsveränderlichen Bauteilen besteht, nämlich einerseits aus einem Befestigungselement (11), welches an dem einen Teil befestigt ist, und andererseits aus einem Bügelelement (19) mit mindestens einem Bügelsteg (20) zwischen parallelen Bügelschenkeln (21),
wobei ein als Gewindestift (30) ausgebildetes Stellelement (28) zur Abstandsänderung zwischen dem Befestigungselement (11) und dem Bügelelement (19) angeordnet ist,
der Gewindestift (30) ein rechts- und ein linkslaufendes Außengewinde aufweist, und entsprechende komplementäre Innengewinde (16, 23) im Befestigungselement (11) und im Bügelelement (19) angeordnet sind,
eine Betätigungsstelle (29) des Gewindestifts (30) vom Bügelsteg (20) aus zugänglich ist,
und zwischen dem Befestigungselement (11) und dem Bügelelement (19) Führungen (27) angeordnet sind, welche diese beiden Bauteile (11, 19) zueinander unverdrehbar halten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sicherungselement (32) einen eingestellten Abstand (26) zwischen dem Befestigungselement (11) und dem Bügelelement (19) fixiert
und dass das Sicherungselement (32) aus einer Schraube (34) besteht, die eine Vorspannung zwischen dem Bügelelement (19) und dem Befestigungselement (11) bewirkt
und dass das Verschlusselement aus einer Drehfalle besteht und dass das Befestigungselement Befestigungsstellen (12) zu seinem Anschluss an dem einen Teil aufweist. - Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (34) mit ihrem Schraubenkopf (35) einen Längsanschlag für einen Durchbruch (24) in dem einen Bauteil erzeugt
und dass das Außengewinde der Schraube (34) in einem Innengewinde (17) vom anderen Bauteil eingreift. - Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse des Sicherungselements (32) parallel zur Achse des Stellelements (28) verläuft.
- Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Betätigungsstelle (33) des Sicherungselements (32) bezüglich der Betätigungsstelle (29) vom Stellelement (28) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bügelstegs (20) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (11) und das Bügelelement (19) zwei komplementär zueinander passende Bauteile enthält, nämlich einerseits ein Bauteil in Kastenform und andererseits ein Bauteil als Einsatz für den Kasten.
- Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einfahrlage und eine Ausfahrlage des Bügelelements (19) gegenüber dem Befestigungselement (11) durch Endanschläge gesichert ist.
- Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem einem Bauteil mindestens eine Öffnung (18) vorgesehen ist, die mit mindestens einem biegsam hinterschnittenen Arm (25) des anderen Bauteils zusammenwirkt und einen Endanschlag für die Ausfahrlage darstellt.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein montierbares Abdeckelement (36) zwischen den Bügelschenkeln (21) des Bügelstegs (20) angebracht ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Rastmittel (37) das Abdeckelement (36) zwischen den Bügelschenkeln (21) des Bügelstegs (20) anclipsbar ist.
