Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum präzisen Positionieren einer Patrize (34) an einer mit einer Prägewalze (12) zusammenwirkenden Gegendruckwalze (14) einer Prägestation (10), wobei die Prägewalze (12) an ihrer Zylindermantelfläche (16) einen Stempel (18) mit einer Stempel-Reliefstrukturierung aufweist, und die mit einer der Stempel-Reliefstrukturierung (20) negativ entsprechenden Patrizen-Reliefstrukturierung (48) ausgebildete Patrize (34) an der Zylindermantelfläche (40) der Gegendruckwalze (14) zum Stempel (18) an der Zylindermantelfläche (16) der Prägewalze (12) paßgenau positioniert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stempel (18) der Prägewalze (12) eine dünne flexible, biegsame Transferpatrize (24) genau positioniert temporär befestigt wird, die ein Passerfenster (32) aufweist, daß die Transferpatrize (24) von der Prägewalze (12) zur Gegendruckwalze (14) transferiert und an der Gegendruckwalze (14) fixiert wird, wobei die Prägewalze (12) und die Gegendruckwalze (14) miteinander entsprechenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten zueinander entgegengesetzt rotativ angetrieben werden, und daß im Passerfenster (32) der an der Gegendruckwalze (14) fixierten Transferpatrize (24) anschließend die Patrize (34) paßgenau befestigt wird, wobei die mit der Patrizen-Refiefstrukturierung (48) ausgebildete Patrize (34) aus einem dünnen formstabilen Material besteht, das eine der Krümmung (R) der Zylindermantelfläche (40) der Gegendruckwalze (14) entsprechende Zylinderkrümmung (R) aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transferpatrize (24) verwendet wird, die auf einem Grundgewebe (26) eine Kunstharzschicht (28) aufweist, wobei die Kunstharzschicht (28) auf dem Grundgewebe (26) einen Rahmen (30) bildet, durch den das Passerfenster (32) für die Patrize (34) definiert begrenzt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transferpatrize (24) verwendet wird, wobei die Kunstharzschicht (28) eine Dicke (D) besitzt, die der Dicke (D) der Patrize (34) entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transferpatrize (24) verwendet wird, wobei das Grundgewebe (26) ein Glas- oder Kohlefasergewebe und die Kunstharzschicht (28) eine Epoxidharzschicht ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transferpatrize (24) mit ihrem Grundgewebe (26) an der Zylindermantelfläche (40) der Gegendruckwalze (14) festgeklebt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Patrize (34) im Passerfenster (32) der Transferpatrize (24) festgeklebt wird.
