Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an operating light having at least one discharge lamp arranged in a lamp body, which is approximately cylindrical and which illuminates an operating field via optical means (see WO 98/57356).
  • a dimming of surgical lights for example, to a value of 60 klx, is required when the surgical field is only shallow or only slightly expanding in depth. The same is true in the event that the human skin is illuminated, the one essential has higher reflectance than the red body tissue. Finally, dimming is required if the surgical light can be adjusted so that little or no shadowing by the operating personnel takes place.
  • an operating light is known, in addition to a uniform illumination in the plane of the surgical field and a deep illumination of body cavities or surgery channels in addition to a variable light distribution between these two types of illumination should be possible.
  • an annular reflector and lamellar reflector elements are provided in this known lamp, with the aid of which the proportion of a light beam can be changed, which serves in each case for surface illumination and for depth illumination.
  • a bedside lamp which has jacket-shaped arranged lamellae, which are adjustable and can be opened by a BiMetall. This ensures that after turning on the bedside lamp by heating the lamp, the slats open slowly and thus prevent glare.
  • a lighting device for medical especially schwärtzliche areas is known.
  • a reflector and a light source arranged in inner focus are provided which outside of the reflector, preferably in its outer focus produces a relatively narrow confined light spot, and means for changing the brightness of the light spot.
  • the diaphragm member comprises a plurality of adjustable blades, which extend along the longitudinal axis of the discharge lamp and which are arranged in particular along the circumference of the discharge lamp.
  • the permeability of the diaphragm means can be changed mechanically. If the slats are completely closed, so that they form a cylinder, the dimming effect is maximum. If these are fully opened, so that they are oriented substantially radially to the discharge lamp, the dimming effect is minimal.
  • the lamellae may be formed translucent at least partially, for example by recesses or holes are provided on the lamellae. This makes it possible to limit the maximum dimming effect, for example to a value of about 50%.
  • a common drive is provided for synchronous adjustment of all slats, for example, driven by an electric motor slotted guide.
  • all slats can be operated simultaneously and in the same way, so that a uniform dimming effect is achieved.
  • Fig. 1 shows a lamp body 10 of a surgical lamp according to the invention, which is fixed in a known manner to a light arm, not shown.
  • the lamp body 10 has on its underside a transparent cover 12, in the middle of a handle 14 is attached.
  • a socket 16 is arranged at the top of a discharge lamp 18 is attached.
  • a reflector 20 located inside the lamp body 10 is a reflector 20 which reflects the light emitted by the discharge lamp 18 and directs light in the desired manner to the surgical field.
  • a mechanically adjustable diaphragm means in the form of cylindrical lobes 22 arranged next to one another is provided.
  • the longitudinal axis of each blade 22 extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the discharge lamp 18, wherein the cylinder and discharge lamp are coaxial with each other.
  • Each individual lamella 22 is pivotable about its longitudinal axis, wherein a lower part 24 and an upper part 26 are provided for supporting the lamellae.
  • a slotted guide is provided, which cooperates with each individual slat 22, so that a common adjustment of all the slats can take place by means of a drive 28 provided in the region of the upper part 26.
  • Fig. 2 shows an unclaimed embodiment wherein like reference numerals are used for like components.
  • an at least partially transparent cylinder 32 which has a predetermined transmittance, for example 50%, is provided as a diaphragm means for changing the illuminance in the area of the surgical field.
  • the cylinder 32 is arranged coaxially to the longitudinal axis of the discharge lamp 18 and axially along the double arrow shown in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the discharge lamp 18 movable.
  • the cylinder 32 is arranged on a holder 34 which is axially movable via a spindle drive 36.
  • the spindle drive 36 By actuating the spindle drive 36, the cylinder 32 is moved in the direction of the arrow, so that the cylinder 32 can cover the discharge lamp 18 in the axial direction to different degrees.
  • the cylinder 32 can be moved completely upwards, so that no dimming effect is given. In the position shown in Fig. 2, the full dimming effect is achieved. Depending on the transmittance of the cylinder, this is for example 50%.
  • Fig. 3 shows a side view of another embodiment of a blade 42, which consists of a substantially rectangular sheet, which is painted black to avoid unwanted reflections, and having a plurality of parallel slots 44 extending from one longitudinal side of the blade up extend near the opposite longitudinal side.
  • the lamella has a comb-like structure with parallel strip-shaped sections 46.
  • Two pin sections 48 and 49 are integrally formed on a longitudinal side of the blade 42 and serve for the rotatable mounting of the blade in the upper part 26 and the lower part 24th
