Claims (9)
- Meule de surfaçage en forme de cuvette constituée d'un corps (10) percé de trous (11) garni de segments en forme de soc de charrue présentant 2 flancs (1,2) par rapport à la direction en rotation caractérisé en ce que les segments sont disposés selon au moins deux dispositions différentes (8,9) de façon à présenter, en cours du processus de coupe, l'arête de coupe selon au moins quatre inclinaisons différentes.
- Meule selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par en ce que les segments présentent une face de coupe inclinée d'un angle (5) par rapport à son plan de base (6) qui permettent de ménager une coupe positive dans le sens de la coupe en rotation dans la matière à travailler.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisée en ce que les segments placé selon au moins une des dispositions (9) présentent une face de coupe (3) inclinée d'un angle (5) par rapport à son plan de base (6) qui permettent de ménager une coupe positive dans le sens de la coupe en avalant dans la matière à travailler.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que les segments sont constitués de deux couches, la première dure et fine (3) constituée en substance d'un liant métallique enserrant des grains d'abrasif fins, la deuxième(4) constituée en substance d'un liant métallique enserrant des grains d'abrasif plus gros que ceux de la première couche.
- Meule suivant la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce que les grains d'abrasif sont constitués de diamant.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5 caractérisée en ce que la première couche a des grains de l'ordre de 0.2 mm de diamètre circonscrit en forte concentration, de l'ordre de C60 en concentration FEPA.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4, 5 et 6 caractérisée en ce que la deuxième couche est constituée de grains d'abrasif de l'ordre de 0.6 mm de diamètre circonscrit en plus faible concentration, de l'ordre de C40 en concentration FEPA.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'une partie des segments (8) est disposée avec l'axe du profil tangent au cercle passant par la pointe du profil.
- Meule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'une autre partie des segments (9) est disposée avec le flanc court tangent au cercle extérieur correspondant à la périphérie de l'outil.
