Abstract
Description
- eine Aufnahme, die mit einem ersten Hohlschaft von der Bedienseite her senkrecht durch eine Öffnung einer einen Bedienbereich bildenden Platte steckbar und mit einer ersten Schulter an die bedienerzugewandte Oberfläche der Platte anlegbar ist,
- ein in dem ersten Hohlschaft verschieb- und/oder drehbar aufnehmbares Bedienelement und
- ein auf dem ersten Hohlschaft aufnehmbares Befestigungselement, das bei axialer Abstützung am ersten Hohlschaft federnd an die bedienerabgewandte Oberfläche der Platte anlegbar ist.
Die Wirkungsweise ist folgende:
Die hier dargestellte Bedieneinheit mit den bekannten Vorteilen von Versenkknebeln ist bei hoher Gebrauchssicherheit aufgrund radialer und axialer Fixierung (Formschluß bzw. Verrastung) einfach und wirtschaftlich zu montieren und zu demonteren, wobei Materialstärkeunterschiede von beispielsweise Edelstahl- und Lackblenden kompensiert werden.
Claims (18)
- Bedieneinheit für Gar-, Kühl- und Reinigungsgeräte, insbesondere Haushaltsgargeräte, miteiner Aufnahme (8), die mit einem ersten Hohlschaft (18) von der Bedienseite her durch eine Öffnung (6) einer einen Bedienbereich bildenden Platte (4) steckbar und mit einer ersten Schulter (26) an die bedienerzugewandte Oberfläche der Platte (4) anlegbar ist,einem in dem ersten Hohlschaft (18) verschieb- und/oder drehbar aufnehmbaren Bedienelement (10) undeinem auf dem ersten Hohlschaft (18) aufnehmbaren Befestigungselement (12), das bei axialer Abstützung am ersten Hohlschaft (18) federnd an die bedienerabgewandte Oberfläche der Platte (4) anlegbar ist.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Aufnahme (8) topfförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Aufname (8) drehfest in der Platte (4) aufgenommen ist.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der sich das Befestigungselement (12) in einer vorbestimmten axialen Stellung rastend am ersten Hohlschaft (18) abstützt.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das Befestigungselement (12) eine zweite Schulter aufweist, die in axialer Richtung zumindest teilweise federnd ausgebildet ist.
- Bedieneineit nach Anspruch 5, bei der die zweite Schulter bezüglich der Oberfläche der Platte (4) vorstehende federnde Bereiche (56) und zurückstehende abstützende Bereiche (54) aufweist.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 6, bei der die federnden Bereiche (56) und die abstützende Bereiche (54) an gleichem axialen Niveau des Befestigungselementes (12) wurzeln.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei der die federnden Bereiche (56)stärker zur Längsachse geneigt sind als die abstützenden Bereiche (54).
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, bei der sich die federnden und abstützenden Bereiche (56, 54) umfangsseitig abwechseln.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, bei der die federnden und abstützenden Bereiche (56, 54) in der Art von Blütenkränzen ausgebildet sind.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der das Befestigungselement (12) einen zweiten Hohlschaft (52) aufweist, an dessen Innenwandung (58) erste Rastelemente (64) angeordnet sind, die mit zweiten Rastelementen (46)an der Außenwandung (28) des ersten Hohlschaftes (18) zusammenwirken, und erste Schraubelemente (64) angeordnet sind, die mit zweiten Schraubelementen (36) an der Außenwandung (28) des ersten Hohlschaftes (18) zusammenwirken.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 11, bei der die ersten Schraubelemente (64) zueinander um 180 Grad versetzt und die zweiten Schraubelemente (36) zueinander um 180 Grad versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei der die ersten Rastelemente (64) zueinander um 180 Grad versetzt und die zweiten Rastelemente (46) zueinander um 180 Grad versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, bei der die Rastelemente (64, 46) und die Schraubelemente (64, 36) zueinander etwa um 90 Grad versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, bei der die ersten Schraubelemente (64) entlang der zweiten Schraubelemente (36) führbar und in der Endstellung an diese wegbegrenzend anlegbar sind.
- Bedeineinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, bei der die ersten Rastelemente (64) über die zweiten Rastelemente (46) schnappbar sind.
- Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 16, bei der die ersten Rastelemente (64) über die zweiten Rastelemente (46) geschnappt sind, wenn die ersten Schraubelemente (64) an den zweiten Schraubelementen (36) wegbegrenzend anliegen.
- Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, bei der das Befestigungselement (12) als Überwurfmutter ausgebildet ist, die auf dem ersten Hohlschaft (18) axial zustellbar und in einer vorbestimmten axialen Stellung rastbar ist.
