Claims (29)
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss (1) mit
einem Schließelemente enthaltenden Türschloss (2),
einem schwenkbar in einer Halteplatte (3) oder Griffschale der Kraftfahrzeugtür gelagerten, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Türebene schwenkbaren Ziehhandgriff (4, 4'), dessen Betätigungsschenkel (42) in der Gebrauchsposition (D) des Ziehhandgriffs (4, 4') mit einem Umlenkhebel (5) zusammenwirkt, der die Bewegungsrichtung des Ziehhandgriffs (4, 4') in die Bewegungsrichtung eines Koppelelements (6) umlenkt, das das Türschloss (2) mit dem Ziehhandgriff (4, 4') verbindet,
und mit einer das Koppelelement (6, 6') mit dem Ziehhandgriff (4, 4') verbindenden und Toleranzen zwischen dem Türschloss (2) und dem Ziehhandgriff (4, 4') ausgleichenden Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7'), die ein am Koppelelement (6, 6') längsverschiebbares Aufnahmeelement (71, 71') und ein im Aufnahmeelement (71, 71') verschiebbar eingestecktes oder verschwenkbar eingesetztes Arretierungselement (72, 72') aufweist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (72, 72') bei Überführung des Ziehhandgriffs (4, 4') in die Gebrauchsposition (D) eine kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Koppelelement (6, 6') eingeht und die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7') am Koppelelement (6, 6') arretiert, und
dass beim Einführen durch Einstecken, Einschieben und/oder Einschwenken des Ziehhandgriffs (4, 4') in die Halteplatte (3) oder Griffschale der Kraftfahrzeugtür eine mit dem Ziehhandgriff (4, 4') verbundene Betätigungsfläche (420) oder Vorsprung (44) des Betätigungsschenkels (42) vorübergehend mit dem Arretierungselement (72, 72') zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen dem Koppelelement (6, 6') und der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7') in Wirkverbindung tritt. - Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Koppelelement (6, 6') verschiebbar gelagerte Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7') in eine die Toleranzen zwischen dem Türschloss (2) und dem Ziehhandgriff (4, 4') ausgleichende Richtung vorgespannt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffschale des Ziehhandgriffs (4, 4'), das Türschloss (2) und das Koppelelement (6, 6') auf einem Trägerelement (10) angeordnet sind.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ziehhandgriff (4) zur Verbindung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) mit dem Koppelelement (6) in der einen Richtung (E) und zum Erreichen der Gebrauchsposition (D) in einer anderen Richtung (F) bewegt wird.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeelement (71) aus einem das Koppelelement (6) umgreifenden geschlitzten Kastenprofil und das Arretierungselement (72) aus einer in das geschlitzte Kastenprofil des Aufnahmeelements (71) einsteckbaren U-förmigen Rastnase (72) besteht, deren Schenkel-Innenflächen am Koppelelement (6) anliegen und die in der Arretierungsstellung (B) mit ihren Grundflächen bündig mit der offenen Seite des geschlitzten Kastenprofils abschließt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ziehhandgriff (4) zur Verriegelung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) senkrecht zur Türebene einsteckbar oder einschwenkbar ist bis die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig mit dem Koppelelement (6) verbunden ist und dass der Ziehhandgriff (4) erst nach der Verbindung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) mit dem Koppelelement (6) in die Gebrauchsposition (D) vorzugsweise in der Türebene verschiebbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ziehhandgriff (4) eine schräg zu seiner Einsteckrichtung verlaufende Fläche (43) aufweist, die nach der Verbindung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) mit dem Koppelelement (6) das Erreichen der Gebrauchsposition (D) des Ziehhandgriffs (4) erlaubt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung und Arretierung zwischen der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7') und dem Koppelelement (6') durch Schwenken des Arretierungselements (72') um eine Achse des Aufnahmeelements (71') erfolgt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung und Arretierung zwischen der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7') und dem Koppelelement (6') durch Drehen des Arretierungselements (72') um das Koppelelement (6') erfolgt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ziehhandgriff (4') zur Verbindung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7') mit dem Koppelelement (6') in dieselbe Richtung wie zum Erreichen der Gebrauchsposition (D) bewegt wird.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (72') in der Montageposition (A) dreh- oder schwenkbar in dem Aufnahmeelement (71') angeordnet ist und eine ellipsenförmig oder polygonal ausgebildete Ausnehmung aufweist, die ein ellipsenförmig oder polygonal ausgebildetes Koppelelement (6') umgreift, dass der Ziehhandgriff (4') einen Betätigungsvorsprung (44) aufweist, der beim Verschieben des Ziehhandgriff (4') in die Gebrauchsposition (D) an einem Nocken (73) des Arretierungselements (72') angreift und das Arretierungselement (72') in dem Aufnahmeelement (71') sowie um das Koppelelement (6') verschwenkt und eine kraftund/oder formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Aufnahmeelement (71') und dem Arretierungselement (72') herstellt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (72') aus einem harten Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus einem Sinterwerkstoff und das Koppelelement (6') aus einem gegenüber dem Werkstoff des Arretierungselements (72') weicheren Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, besteht.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (α, 74, 75, 76) zur Sicherung der Arretierung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7') am Koppelelement (6, 6').
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungseinrichtung aus einem am Aufnahmeelement (71') vorgesehenen Formschlußelement oder -bereich (76) besteht.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Sicherung der Arretierung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7') am Koppelelement (6') das Arretierungselement (72') um mehr als 90° von der Stellung, in der es mit dem Aufnahmeelement (71') verbunden wird, bis zur Arretierungsstellung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7') am Koppelelement (6') verdrehbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss (1'') mit
einem Schließelemente enthaltenden Türschloss (2),
einem schwenkbar in einer Halteplatte (3") oder Griffschale der Kraftfahrzeugtür gelagerten, um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (S) schwenkbaren Klappgriff (4''),
einem das Türschloss (2) mit dem Klappgriff (4'') verbindenden Koppelelement (6''),
und einer das Koppelelement (6'') mit dem Klappgriff (4'') verbindenden und Toleranzen zwischen dem Türschloss (2) und dem Klappgriff (4'') ausgleichenden Verbindungsvorrichtung (7''), die am Koppelelement (6'') längsverschiebbar ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') mittels eines zu einer Türaußenseite führenden, parallel zur Schwenkachse (S) des Klappgriffs (4'') verschiebbaren und in Wirkverbindung mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') stehenden Sperrschieber (9) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig mit dem Koppelelement (6'') verbindbar ist,
wobei die Halteplatte (3'') einen Anschlag (31) für die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') aufweist, der mit einer Öffnung (32) zur Aufnahme des Koppelelements (6'') versehen ist,
und wobei eine die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') in eine die Toleranzen zwischen dem Türschloss (2) und dem Klappgriff (4'') ausgleichende Richtung vorspannende Feder (8'') die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') in der Vormontagestellung gegen den Anschlag (31) drückt. - Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') auf dem Sperrschieber (9) vormontiert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrschieber (9) die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') mit dem Koppelelement (6'') verbindet und arretiert und gleichzeitig oder bei weiterem Verlagern des Sperrschiebers (9) den Klappgriff (4'') mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') koppelt und gleichzeitig den Klappgriff (4'') an der Halteplatte (3'') fixiert.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') eine Ausnehmung (70) zur Aufnahme des Koppelelements (6''), einen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des Sperrschiebers (9) verlaufenden Einsteckdorn (79) und einen Durchbruch (78) zur Aufnahme einer Lasche (90) des Sperrschiebers (9) aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei oder nach der Verbindung der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') mit dem Koppelelement (6'') und der Fixierung des Klappgriff (4'') mittels des Sperrschiebers (9) die Halteplatte (3'') am Türaußenblech befestigbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrschieber (9) von der Türstirnseite (17) aus betätigbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Koppelelement (6, 6', 6'') und/oder zumindest an einem Teil der das Koppelelement (6, 6', 6'') umgreifenden Fläche der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') Formschlußelemente (61; 77a, 77b), vorzugsweise eine Verzahnung oder Mikroverzahnung angeordnet sind.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlußelemente auf einem vorzugsweise aus einem Sinterwerkstoff bestehenden Einsatz (74, 75) angeordnet sind, der in die das Koppelelement (6, 6') umgreifende Öffnung der vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff ausgebildeten Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7') eingesetzt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlußelemente (61; 77a, 77b) am Koppelelement (6'') und an der Innenfläche der Bohrung (70) der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') als Mikroverzahnung ausgebildet sind.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach mindestens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche 16 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Koppelelement (6, 6', 6'') zumindest im Verbindungsbereich mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') eine profilierte Oberfläche aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am Koppelelement (6, 6', 6'') anliegenden Verriegelungsflächen der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') zumindest teilweise ein vorzugsweise mit der profilierten Oberfläche des Koppelelements (6, 6', 6'') übereinstimmendes Profil aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindung eines Kraftfahrzeugtürverschlusses mit einem Schließelemente enthaltenden Türschloss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin einer ersten Montagephase der Aussenöffnungsgriff (4) einerseits an der Griffschale (3) angelenkt und andererseits mit einem Betätigungsschenkel (42) des Aussenöffnungsgriffs (4) in Richtung der aus einem Aufnahmeelement (71) und einem Arretierungselement (72) bestehenden Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) eingeschwenkt wird bis das Arretierungselement (72) und eine Betätigungsfläche (420) des Betätigungsschenkels (42) miteinander in Eingriff treten (B),in einer zweiten Montagephase durch weiteres Einschwenken des Aussenöffnungsgriffes (4) eine vollständige Verbindung zwischen dem Koppelelement (6) und der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) hergestellt wird (C) undin einer dritten Montagephase der Aussenöffnungsgriff (4) in seine Gebrauchsposition (D) verschoben wird, wobei dabei der Betätigungsschenkel (42) wieder außer Eingriff mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) gerät. - Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindung eines Kraftfahrzeugtürverschlusses mit einem Schließelemente enthaltenden Türschloss nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') mit einem parallel zur Schwenkachse (S) des Klappgriffs (4'') verschiebbaren Sperrschieber (9) verbunden, auf das Koppelement (6'') aufgesteckt und mit einer Vorspannkraft gegen einen mit der Halteplatte (3'') verbundenen Anschlag (31) gedrückt wird,dass durch Verschieben des Sperrschiebers (9) die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') mit dem Koppelelement (6'') verbunden und in einer Arretierungsposition festgelegt wird,und dass durch weiteres Verschieben des Sperrschiebers (9) der Klappgriff (4'') mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') gekoppelt und der Klappgriff (4'') in einer Gebrauchsposiiton fixiert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 28 zum Demontieren eines Kraftfahrzeugtürverschlusses mit einem Schließelemente enthaltenden Türschloss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Verschieben des Sperrschiebers (9) in Gegenrichtung zur Verbindungsrichtung der Klappgriff (4'') von der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') entkoppelt und durch weiteres Verschieben des Sperrschiebers (9) die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7'') vom Koppelelement (6'') getrennt wird.
