Claims (10)
- Stickmaschine, insbesondere Schifflistickmaschine, mit einer Vielzahl von Nadeln (16), einer Fadenwalze oder einer mit Fadenwalzenrollen (13) gekuppelten Fadenwalzenwelle (33), wobei der Vorderfaden (11) von der Fadenspule (12) über die Fadenwalze oder die Fadenwalzenrolle (13) zur Nadel (16) verläuft, einer Antriebsvorrichtung (25), welche an die Fadenwalze oder die Fadenwalzenwelle (33) ein Drehmoment anlegt, welches die Drehung der Fadenwalze bzw. der Fadenwalzenrollen (13) bei Fadenzug unterstützt, um die bei Fadenzug entstehende Spannung im Vorderfaden zu begrenzen, oder die Fadenwalze oder die Fadenwalzenwelle (33), gesteuert durch eine Steuereinheit, antreibt, um den für den Stich benötigten Vorderfaden (11) praktisch spannungsfrei zu liefern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb etwa in der Mitte der Fadenwalze bzw. der Fadenwalzenwelle (33) erfolgt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (25) unterhalb des Nadelwagens (17) am Maschinengestell (19) angeordnet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsstrang von der Antriebsvorrichtung (25) zur Fadenwalze oder Fadenwalzenwelle (33) eine Antriebswelle (29) und ein Getriebe (30,31,34,36) umfasst.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle (29) auf der Vorderseite der Maschine nahe am Maschinengestell (19) vorbeiführt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle (29) durch eine Bohrung im Maschinengestell (19) führt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe bei beim Ende der Antriebswelle angeordnetes Kegelrad aufweist, das in ein Kegelrad eingreift, an der Fadenwalze oder der Fadenwalzenwelle angeordnet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein beim Ende der Antriebswelle (29) angeordnetes Zahnrad (30) umfasst, das in ein Zahnrad (31) eingreift, das auf einer Welle (32) sitzt, auf der ein Kegelrad (34) angeordnet ist, welches in ein Kegelrad (36) eingreift, das an der Fadenwalze oder der Fadenwalzenwelle (33) angeordnet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Freilaufnabe (28) zwischen Antriebsvorrichtung (25) und Fadenwalze oder Fadenwalzenwelle (33) angeordnet ist, um eine Weiterbewegung der Fadenwalze oder Fadenwalzenwelle (33) durch Fadenzug allein zu ermöglichen.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Enden der Fadenwalze oder Fadenwalzenwelle (33) eine Fadenwalzenbremse angeordnet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (25), ein Differentialgetriebe (27) mit einer Bremsvorrichtung (53) aufweist.
