该绣花机械在工作时,操作员将绕设有用于绣花用的布匹的绕布棍13安装在支撑柱15上,然后根据布匹的厚度调整钩针12的幅度,具体操作为,转动手轮6,通过手轮6转动带动螺纹杆4转动,螺纹杆4转动带动与之螺纹连接的滑块5移动,进而调整偏转杆11的位置,对偏转杆11的偏转幅度进行调整,绣花时,打开驱动电机的开关,驱动电机转动带动第一齿轮7转动,第一齿轮7带动与之啮合的第二齿轮26转动,通过偏转杆11、限位杆24和限位槽23的配合,使得钩针12进行往复的穿线动作,进而在布匹12上进行绣花,且第二齿轮26转动通过主动轮25、从动轮16和传动带17的配合,使得绕布棍13上的布匹不间断的往钩针12方向上输送,在绣花的过程中,第一齿轮7转动通过弧形块21和连接杆22的配合,使得推杆30往复移动,进而带动活塞往复移动,活塞往复移动使吸尘嘴19处为负压,进而对绣花过程中产生的灰尘进行吸附。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纺织用的绣花机械,包括壳体(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的内壁固定连接有沿水平方向设置的横板(2),所述横板(2)的侧壁开设有滑槽(3),所述滑槽(3)内滑动连接有滑块(5),所述横板(2)的侧壁贯穿设置有螺纹杆(4),所述螺纹杆(4)位于滑槽(3)内的一端转动连接在滑槽(3)的内壁上,所述滑块(5)与螺纹杆(4)螺纹连接,所述壳体(1)的侧壁固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴位于壳体(1)内的一端同轴固定连接有第一齿轮(7),所述滑块(5)的侧壁转动连接有偏转杆(11),所述壳体(1)的内壁转动连接有与第一齿轮(7)啮合的第二齿轮(26),所述第二齿轮(26)的侧壁固定连接有限位杆(24),且所述限位杆(24)与第二齿轮(26)的轴心不重合,所述偏转杆(11)的侧壁开设有条形槽(23),所述限位杆(24)滑动连接在条形槽(23)内,所述第一齿轮(7)的侧壁固定连接有圆盘(8),所述圆盘(8)与第一齿轮(7)的轴心不重合,所述圆盘(8)的侧壁套设有转环,所述转环的侧壁固定连接有连接杆(9),所述连接杆(9)远离转环的一端转动连接有活动杆(10),所述偏转杆(11)远离滑块(5)的一端转动连接在活动杆(10)上,所述活动杆(10)远离偏转杆(11)的一端安装有钩针(12),所述钩针(12)上开设有穿线孔(18),所述壳体(1)的内壁位于钩针(12)的下方处固定连接有横板(14),所述横板(14)上安装有供布机构,所述壳体(1)的内壁位于钩针(12)处安装有吸尘嘴(19),所述壳体(1)的内壁还安装有用于给吸尘嘴(19)提供动力的吸气机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述供布机构包括固定连接在横板(14)上端的两个支撑柱(15),两个所述支撑柱(15)之间转动连接有绕布棍(13),所述绕布棍(13)的侧壁同轴固定连接有从动轮(16),所述第二齿轮(26)的侧壁同轴固定连接有主动轮(25),所述主动轮(25)与从动轮(16)之间通过传动带(17)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述吸气机构包括固定连接在壳体(1)内壁上的活塞筒(27),所述活塞筒(27)的右端部通过导气管与吸尘嘴(19)连通,所述活塞筒(27)内密封滑动连接有活塞(28),所述活塞(28)上安装有仅允许气体从右往左移动的第一单向阀(29),所述活塞筒(27)的左端部与外界连通且连通处安装有第二单向阀,所述活塞(28)的侧壁固定连接有推杆(30),所述推杆(30)贯穿活塞筒(27)的内壁,所述第一齿轮(7)上安装有用于给推杆(30)提供动力的动力机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述动力机构包括开设在第一齿轮(7)侧壁上的环形槽(20),所述环形槽(20)内滑动连接有弧形块(21),所述弧形块(21)上转动连接有连接杆(22),所述连接杆(22)远离弧形块(21)的一端转动连接在推杆(30)的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(4)位于滑槽(3)外的一端固定连接有手轮(6),所述手轮(6)上胶合有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的表面设置有多道防滑槽,多道所述防滑槽均布在所述橡胶套的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的侧壁开设有用于布匹通过的开口,且所述开口的内壁上设置有防尘网。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用的绣花机械,其特征在于,所述横板(14)的上端沿布匹的运动方向等间距转动连接有多个滚轮,所述滚轮的表面经过光滑处理。
