Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Stichbildung bei einer Schifflistickmaschine, bei welcher der Vorderfaden (11) von der Spule (12) durch Fadenzug mit Unterstützung eines auf die Fadenwalze (13) wirkenden Drehmoments abgezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Drehmoment von einem Motor (35) oder einem vom Hauptantrieb antreibbaren Getriebe geliefert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung des Drehmoments durch Einstellung einer Kupplung (27) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmoment entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der Stichbildung einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Wegfall des Drehmoments die Weiterbewegung der Fadenwalze (13) durch den Fadenzug allein erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Stichbildung bei einer Schifflistickmaschine, bei welcher der Vorderfaden (11) über eine Fadenwalze (13) zur Nadel (16) verläuft und der Antrieb der Fadenwalze (13) durch Fadenzug und unterstützendes Drehmoment einer Antriebsvorrichtung (25) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung ein Motor (35) oder ein vom Hauptantrieb antreibbares Getriebe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (25) oder das vom Hauptantrieb antreibbare Getriebe mit der Fadenwalze (13) über eine einstellbare Kupplung (27) gekuppelt ist, mit welcher das auf die Fadenwalze (13) ausgeübte Drehmoment eingestellt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung die Form eines Differentialgetriebes mit einem ersten (45) und einem zweiten Sonnenrad (51) und einem Planetenrad (47), wobei der Antriebsstrang von der Antriebsvorrichtung (25) zur Fadenwalze (13) über das erste Sonnenrad (45), das Planetenrad (47) zum zweiten Sonnenrad (51) verläuft, dass das Planetenrad (47) drehbar auf einer um eine Achse drehbare Scheibe (65) angeordnet ist, und dass eine Bremsvorrichtung (53) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher eine Bremskraft auf die drehbare Scheibe (65) ausgeübt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsvorrichtung (53) Mittel zur Regelung der Bremskraft aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (35) ein Schrittschaltmotor ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein Schrittschaltgetriebe, z.B. ein Maltesergetriebe, ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Kupplung (27) und Fadenwalze (13) eine Freilaufvorrichtung (28) angeordnet ist.
