Claims (3)

  1. Kältemittelkreis, bei dem über ein Kältemittelrohr eine Verbindung zwischen einem Kompressor (1), einem Vierwegeventil (2), einem ersten Wärmeaustauscher (3), der als Kondensator oder Verdampfer dient, einem Expansionsventil (4), einem zweiten Wärmeaustauscher (5), der als Verdampfer oder Kondensator dient, und einem Speicher (6) hergestellt ist,
    gekennzeichnet durch:
    ein erstes Bypassrohr (7), das mit einem zwischen dem Expansionsventil (4) und dem zweiten Wärmeaustauscher (5) vorgesehenen Kältemittelrohr verbunden ist;
    einen Kältemittelmenge-Steuertank (8), der mit dem ersten Bypassrohr (7) verbunden ist;
    ein zweites Bypassrohr (9), das an einem Ende mit dem Kältemittelmenge-Steuertank (8) verbunden ist, und das an einem anderen Ende mit einer Position an einem Kältemittelrohr zwischen dem Expansionsventil (4) und dem zweiten Wärmeaustauscher (5) zwischengeschaltet ist, wobei diese Position näher an dem Expansionsventil (4) liegt als eine Position, an der das erste Bypassrohr (7) angeschlossen ist; und
    ein Rückschlagventil (10), das dem zweiten Bypassrohres (9) zwischengeschaltet ist, wobei
    das zweite Bypassrohr (9) die Funktion hat, Gas aus dem Kältemittelmenge-Steuertank (8) abzunehmen, und einen problemlosen Kältemittelfluss ermöglicht, wenn überschüssiges Kältemittel während einer Heizoperation in dem Kältemittelmenge-Steuertank (8) gespeichert ist.
  2. Kältemittelkreis nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Mischkältemittel verwendet wird.
  3. Kältemittelkreis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das zweite Bypassrohr (9) einen kleineren Durchmesser als das erste Bypassrohr (7) besitzt.
