Claims (11)

  1. Ferme-porte (1) pour fermer un battant de porte, comprenant un boîtier (2), un piston (3) guidé de manière déplaçable linéairement dans le boîtier (2) et un dispositif d'amortissement hydraulique, l'espace intérieur de boîtier étant rempli par un fluide d'amortissement et l'espace intérieur de boîtier étant divisé par le piston (3) de manière étanche aux fluides en au moins deux chambres de boîtier (4, 6) et
    une valve de débordement étant disposée dans le piston (3) pour permettre l'écoulement du fluide d'amortissement lors de l'ouverture du battant de porte, et
    une valve de surpression supplémentaire étant disposée dans le piston (3), laquelle agit dans le cas d'une surpression du fluide d'amortissement produite lors de l'application manuelle d'une surpression sur le battant de porte dans la direction de fermeture, dans une chambre de boîtier (4), en ce que le fluide d'amortissement s'échappe en plus du dispositif d'amortissement par le biais de la valve de surpression hors de la chambre de boîtier (4), et
    la valve de surpression et la valve de débordement étant rassemblées dans un corps de valve (18) d'une valve (15) et disposées dans un alésage de piston (14) du piston (3), et
    le corps de valve (18) étant guidé de manière déplaçable dans l'alésage de piston (14), et
    le corps de valve (18) présentant un joint d'étanchéité (19), et
    le joint d'étanchéité (19) du corps de valve (18) coopérant directement avec la surface intérieure de l'alésage de piston (14), en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (19) ferme le corps de valve (18) de manière étanche aux liquides dans une position d'extrémité de sa région de déplacement par rapport à la surface intérieure de l'alésage de piston (14),
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve (18) présente des langues d'encliquetage (20) qui coopèrent par encliquetage avec l'alésage de piston (14).
  2. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'alésage de piston (14) présente un dispositif pour limiter le mouvement de déplacement du corps de valve (18).
  3. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'alésage de piston (14) présente un renfoncement (16).
  4. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'alésage de piston (14) présente un retrait (17).
  5. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve (18) présente des méplats (29) qui forment avec la paroi intérieure du piston (3) des canaux ayant une section transversale (30) et qui permettent le passage du fluide d'amortissement d'une chambre de boîtier réalisée sous la forme d'un espace intérieur de piston (5) dans une autre chambre de boîtier (4).
  6. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve (18) comprend un insert de valve (25), un ressort (27) étant disposé dans l'insert de valve (25) et s'appuyant dans l'insert de valve (25) et sollicitant un cône de valve (24) contre un alésage (23) du corps de valve (18), l'insert de valve (25) présentant un alésage (28) orienté vers l'espace intérieur du piston (5).
  7. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que l'insert de valve (25) présente un dispositif de fixation pour fixer par engagement par force et de manière étanche aux liquides l'insert de valve (25) dans le corps de valve (18).
  8. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que l'insert de valve (25) présente des cames d'encliquetage (26) qui coopèrent avec des évidements (21) du corps de valve (18).
  9. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la valve (3) est construite de manière modulaire, en ce que différents inserts de valve (25) et/ou différents ressorts (27) et/ou différents cônes de valve (24) peuvent être insérés dans le corps de valve (18) de réalisation unitaire.
  10. Ferme-porte selon les revendications 4 et 9,
    caractérisé en ce que la valve (3) peut être montée par insertion du corps de valve (18) dans l'alésage de piston (14) ainsi que par enfoncement de l'insert de valve (25) dans le corps de valve (18), la connexion entre le corps de valve (18) et l'alésage de piston (14) ainsi qu'entre les inserts de valve (25) et le corps de valve (18) étant réalisée à chaque fois sous forme de connexion par encliquetage (16, 20, 21, 26).
  11. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve (18) et l'insert de valve (25) sont réalisés à chaque fois en un matériau élastique.
