Definitions
- the invention relates to a channel according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such a channel is known from DE 44 03 454 C1.
- the Rinne serves as a kind of small sewage treatment plant for biological treatment of surface water.
- the invention is based on the object, a generic Gutter to improve that one as possible efficient treatment of surface water by means of as much as possible uniform, prevailing in the interior of the channel conditions allows.
- the invention proposes, first, a Water retention and secondly a retention of the plants or an in-gutter substrate.
- the invention proposes transverse walls, which are like separating bulkheads the gutter or even a section of the gutter into individual Subdivide compartments in which the registered substrate and not for heavy rains, for example washed away and finally flushed out of the gutter becomes.
- These transverse walls can be waterproof to ground and Connect sidewalls of the section and impermeable to water be designed and z. B. in cheaper and production technology easy way in the production of the gutter section mitgeformt be.
- it can also be deployable or removable transverse walls act, so that needs Transverse walls of different dimensions or different materials can be used.
- Eg transverse walls are possible, which are porous and their pore size holds the substrate in the individual compartments of the gutter, but one Exchange of water and / or microorganisms, such transverse walls, for example, from a rot-proof Geotextile can exist.
- Drain holes create the desired security against one unwanted water retention. These drain holes open however, so high above the gutter floor in the interior of the Gutter that water, which stands in the interior of the gutter, only after exceeding a certain level by the drainage holes can drain.
- the side walls of the gutter drain holes be provided at a distance from the channel bottom.
- outside on the side wall of the gutter Cover caps may be provided by means of spacers a to create open space through which the water flows can drain away.
- spacers to create open space through which the water flows can drain away.
- level height serves the channel as a pool of water, which has a certain amount of moisture holds back, so that thereby over a longer time interval a considerable homogenization of the moisture content in the Interior of the gutter is effected and accordingly the Living conditions for plants and / or microorganisms be made uniform and therefore improved.
- the water retention function of the gutter is especially then effective if it can be ruled out that the water leaving the interior uncontrollable in the area of the joints, located at the junctions of two adjacent sections the gutter. Therefore, it can be provided that the Waterproof sections of the gutter to each other.
- watertight joints require in the manufacture of the sections and also with their laying a considerable precision and attention or extra effort through additional Sealant.
- two baffles provided, each near the two ends of the section so that as possible over the entire length of the Section causes the water retention function of the channel and the concomitant effect is achieved.
- the design of the channel can in particular made of plastic z. B. by injection molding, so that the sections inexpensive and in a simple manner with the essential according to the invention Features can be equipped.
- the low weight of the Plastic also facilitates handling during installation the gutter and ensures the desired waterproof properties the gutter even with small wall thicknesses.
- the substrate or plants restrained transverse walls can also stiffen the gutter as constructive elements and therefore preferably higher than the water retention serving stowage walls.
- the transverse walls extend here but advantageous only over part of the height of the gutter. It Therefore remains above the transverse walls a free space in the Rinne. In heavy rains excess water, which can not be discharged through the drain holes can Run along the transverse walls along the channel.
- the Submit substrate only to the height of these transverse walls, so that the remaining above the transverse walls free channel cross-section as completely as possible for the discharge of such excess water can be used. That way, too prevents substrate amounts that rise above the Transverse walls in the gutter, from the overflowing Water quantities would be swept away.
- a simple assembly of the individual sections for the creation the entire gutter can by snap or clip connections be provided.
- the sections of the gutter As plastic injection molded parts are made, it is comparatively simply possible, the corresponding locking or clip elements to take into account the shape of each section. So no separate connection components are required but the individual sections can be immediate locked together, causing the number to be handled of components is reduced and the laying of the individual Sections is greatly simplified.
- the channel outer stiffening ribs exhibit. This allows an inexpensive production at low wall thickness, in particular using Plastic, and the production as easy as possible, during installation accordingly easy to handle sections. moreover allow the stiffening ribs a toothing of the Gutter with the surrounding ground, making a beneficial Fixation of the channel in the surrounding soil allows becomes.
- laterally outwardly projecting floor flanges be provided. These cause a particularly stable edition the gutter when laying.
- Horizontally extending reinforcing ribs may be provided be at a certain distance from the top of the Gutter are provided and can have several advantages:
- Second serve to stiffen the gutter.
- Second serve They also serve as a marking line, which is the subsequent application of the surrounding soil. So can be provided be up to that "marker line" soil or a apply another suitable substrate or for example a concrete filling as a foundation for a paving. Above the serving as a marker reinforcing rib can then a few centimeters thick chippings and above a plaster of paving stones be provided.
- Dependent from the intended strength of the chippings and the desired Paving material may be the reinforcing rib in the appropriate distance from the top of the channel provided so that later the top of the pavement is flush with the upper edge of the gutter or flush with a cover to be placed on the gutter. If, for example The gutter should not be planted, a grate, a Perforated sheet or similar water-permeable cover be provided.
- the drainage holes can have any desired contour.
- the following is a simplified and purely exemplary of a circular contour is assumed, so for size dimensions used as a representative of the term of diameter becomes.
- the drainage holes have a diameter of at least 5 cm.
- the diameter of the drain holes 10 cm great to the flowability of these drain holes to ensure even under bad conditions or restore.
- brackets can be provided in the interior of the channel be that necessary to start an irrigation of the gutter serve.
- These brackets for example, hook-shaped or in the form of a U-shaped channel or channel sections be designed so that here porous or perforated Pipes or hoses for irrigation of the gutter interior can be introduced.
- the for optimum treatment of the surface water in the channel are to be respected or to care for in the gutter Plants used can therefore irrigate the gutter take place, wherein the water retention effect on the channel bottom a relatively rare irrigation is required and thus the care of the gutter as simple and inexpensive designed.
- the sections can be a comparatively short Have length, for example, of a few decimeters, such as about 50 cm, so on the one hand the sections when laying the gutter are as easy to handle and on the other hand the channel formed from such sections a certain jointing ability has, on the one hand, the production and installation the gutter relieved and on the other hand already at one for a longer time in the ground located channel the adaptation of the Gutter to ground movements improved, z. B. if certain Put areas of the soil.
- 1 generally designates a section, which serves to form a channel in which surface water can be cleaned, drained and seeped, taking the section 1 has a substantially U-shaped cross-section, which surrounds an interior 2.
- the section 1 about the following dimensions: about 36 cm height, about 50 cm long, about 36 cm outside width and about 30 cm inside width as a light measure of the interior 2.
- the interior 2 is divided by a transverse wall 3 into two areas.
- This transverse wall is in the illustrated embodiment co-formed in the making of the section, she is in waterproof and also waterproof Wall of Section 1, and it has a height of about 30 cm up. It is planned, the gutter up to the upper edge this transverse walls 3, so up to a height of about 30 cm with to fill a substrate, which on the one hand the degradation or serves the retention and collection of pollutants, and / or which can serve as a soil for plants, which in the Gutter to be planted.
- Transverse wall 3 When juxtaposing several sections 1 occur in regular Distances the transverse walls 3 and put at a Slope of the gutter sure that by getting into the gutter Water the substrate is not washed away, but always remains in its compartments, which by each two adjacent Transverse walls 3 are formed. To large root spaces to provide for plants is only one in each case Transverse wall 3 per section 1, deviating from the However, illustrated embodiment can also two or more transverse walls 3 per section 1 may be provided.
- the drain holes 4 have in the illustrated embodiment a Diameter of about 10 cm and are each of one Surround collar 5, which in the illustrated embodiment has a height of about 4 cm.
- Surround collar 5 At the two ends of the section 1 smaller stowage walls 6 are provided, in the illustrated embodiment also with a Height of about 4 cm, leaving on the bottom of the sections 1 located water only then pass through the drain holes 4 can when it reaches a level higher than the collar 5 and the end-side retaining walls 6, so higher as the mentioned about 4 cm.
- a groove To form a groove are several similar sections 1 interconnected, this by a Verrastungswagkeit is facilitated, which have the sections 1.
- Fig. 1 at the end of the section 1 shown on the right a circumferential, approximately U-shaped projection 7 can be seen in Type of tongue and groove joint with one at the left end of section 1 shown, also U-shaped circumferential Groove 8 interacts.
- Additional snap-in elements at both ends of the section 1 are provided and configured corresponding to each other are designated together with 9 and make sure that two adjacent sections 1, the nut and feathery by means of their cooperating projection 7 and Groove 8 are interconnected, lock together and thus under the loads occurring during normal operation are inextricably linked.
- stiffening ribs 10 On the outside of section 1 are both vertical as also horizontal stiffening ribs 10 can be seen. deviant of the illustrated embodiment could in the interior 2 stiffening ribs 10 may be provided, however, allow the externally arranged stiffening ribs a low-cost, simple production of the section 1 of plastic in an injection mold and also a particularly simple filling of the interior 2 after laying the gutter is.
- section 1 has horizontal floor flanges 11, on the one hand a safe state of the section 1 and the channel formed from several sections 1 effect and in addition by means of specially provided recesses 12 allow the attachment of ground anchors, with whose help fixes the sections 1 and thus the entire channel can be, as long as there is no soil surrounding the gutter has been applied.
- Fig. 2 is further a metallic cover 14 on each Section 1, wherein the covers 14 on the one hand Openings to the inlet of surface water into the gutter have and the slip resistance improving Profiling.
- a section 1 can be seen, which is the end of a channel forms.
- an end of the section 1 with closed an end piece 15, wherein two different Varieties of end pieces 15 are provided, each above Have locking elements 9 and with the projections 7 and grooves 8 of the sections 1 and the latching elements provided there 9 can cooperate, so that the end pieces 15 on the same way can be mounted on a section 1, like this from the connection of two adjacent sections 1 is known to each other.
- the end pieces 15 are designed double-walled: you point to the interior 2 of the section 1 toward an inner wall, the is about as high as a transverse wall 3, so that the substrate, which is provided within the channel, between this inner wall and the next adjacent transverse wall 3 held becomes.
- the inner wall of the end piece 15 forms at the same time with her Upper edge of an overflow for water, so for example especially large amounts of water, above the transverse walls 3 shoot lengthwise through the gutter and not through the drainage holes 4 can be discharged, over the overflow of the End piece 15 arrive.
- a nozzle 16 is provided, through which this overflow water can emerge from the gutter.
- nozzle 16 can Connect piping to this excess water derive, for example, in the sewer or preferably in lead an underground, water-permeable collection container, so that the recorded in a similar collection container excess water over a longer period of time can be returned to the ground, if this surrounding soil dries and moisture from the sump can record.
- the illustrated embodiment may be provided in the interior 2 brackets for irrigation provide; and / or the dimensions of both Section 1 and / or the drainage holes 4 to change; and or not to produce the sections 1 as plastic injection molded parts, but for example of metallic or mineral Building materials or with another manufacturing process, wherein in particular it can also be provided to plastics use, especially low-cost recyclates, the mechanical stability due to embedded reinforcements can be improved, for example, in the plastic introduced fibers.
