Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sifter for sifting granular material, with a vertical section about V-shaped housing, in which at an angle deviating from the vertical angle is a permeable to the viewing gas built a V-leg forming staircase cascade, the opposite by a viewing zone separated jalousieeartig obliquely downwardly inclined the other V-leg forming superimposed bombardfluten are arranged and above the viewing zone on the housing top the admirguteintragsö réelle and below the viewing zone on the housing bottom the discharge opening for the coarse material fraction are arranged.
  • Such a separator is, as it has no moving parts, a purely static classifier, and it is in principle from the EP-B 0 650 763 Fig. 2 or the DE-A 196 48 841 known.
  • the static classifier to be switched into a grinding circuit is also called V-classifier or cascade classifier because of its vertical section configuration.
  • the feed to be sighted which may also consist of pressing slugs of a high-pressure roller mill for carrying out the comminution of the comminuted material, falls cascade-like by gravity over a series of steps of a staircase cascade, through which the classifying air flows.
  • existing pressing slugs they are thereby deagglomerated, and the reformluftströmung first takes in the cross-flow of the fine material from the cascade veil and transports it over an approximately parallel to the staircase cascade arranged series of obliquely rising upward sight channels, which are arranged between jalousine obliquely downwardly inclined superimposed viewing floods, for fines discharge.
  • the spray grain or coarse grain possibly introduced from the cross-flow visual zone slips back according to the principle of "gravity versus drag of the air flow", and this coarse grain falls down along the staircase cascade together with the actual coarse grain fraction and leaves the sifter down through the coarse material discharge opening.
  • Such a static cascade classifier should work in the visual channels between the visual floods like an upstream classifier.
  • the separation efficiency of the known static V-classifier or cascade classifier had not yet been optimized, it has already been proposed to directly connect a further classifier (static or dynamic) to the cascade classifier, but this is associated with structural complexity and an increase in the pressure loss.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a simply constructed static V-classifier or cascade classifier of the type mentioned above, which is characterized by a high separation efficiency at relatively low pressure loss, and possibly also offers the possibility to easily the separation limit of To be able to change the classifier.
  • Characteristic of the static V-classifier with stair cascade and visual floods according to the invention is that at the upper end of the viewing floods, which separate the bottom obliquely upwardly extending viewing channels of the upstream classifier part of the classifier from each other, upwardly extending baffles are arranged for control the visual gas velocity in the individual visual channels lying between the visual floods are adjustable, and that individually or individually can be adjusted jointly or individually. In this way, influence can be exerted on the exit velocity of the classifying air from the sight channels and thus on the safe removal of the fine material from the classifier together with the classifying gas. At the same time can be made uniform by control action on the individual adjustable baffles the gas velocity in the individual viewing channels. In any case, a high separation efficiency is adjustable in the static classifier according to the invention, without having to buy this with a high pressure loss of the classifier.
  • the adjustable baffles may be hinged to the tops of the viewing floods.
  • the baffles may also be arranged in another way in the view housing pivotable and / or displaceable to z. B. by narrowing the outlet cross-section for the classifying gas at the exit from the arranged between the visual floods visual channels to increase the flow velocity of the fine material laden with the visual gas.
  • the classifier housing can be provided in the downstream region after the preparefluten and baffles with inlet openings for the introduction of secondary air be, which then serves as a lever air for the safe lifting of the fines fraction upwards from the exit opening for the fines fraction.
  • the classifier housing slightly above the discharge opening for the coarse material fraction have an inlet opening for scavenging air for the protection of the coarse material fraction and support the transport of the fine material fraction from the separator. All of these measures contribute to increasing the separation efficiency of the static classifier according to the invention.
  • At least one side wall of the classifier housing which is arranged in the downstream region after the reformfluten and baffles, z. B. the rear end wall at the fine material outlet of the classifier housing, be arranged pivotally.
  • the separator according to the invention is therefore not only distinguished by a high degree of separation efficiency, but also offers the possibility of easily changing the separation limit of the classifier.
  • the separator has a housing 10, in the left housing part from the top side of view air 11, in the case of moisture to be dried preparegut also a drying gas as a classifying gas, flows in and from its right housing part loaded with the fines view air up 12 or in any other angle, z. B. 12a flows, which is withdrawn via a fine material from an induced draft fan.
  • a tolerator which may be a static or even a dynamic classifier.
  • the housing 10 is a permeable for the classifying air 11 stair cascade 13 with a deviating from the vertical angle 31, which may be in a range of 5 ° to 45 °, installed obliquely.
  • the staircase cascade approximately parallel opposite and separated by a cross-flow viewing zone 14 are installed in the sifter like obliquely upwardly rising the other V-leg forming superimposed visual floods 15, wherein the inclination angle 32 of the viewing floods to the vertical in a range of 0 ° to 35 ° can lie.
  • the entry opening 16 for the preparegut 17 is on the upper side of the housing and below this viewing zone, the discharge opening 18 for the freed from fines Grobgutfrtress 19 is arranged on the housing bottom.
  • the abandoned on the classifier to sighted Good 17 falls due to gravity from top to bottom cascade over the individual stages of the staircase cascade 13, which is flowed through by the classifying air 11 approximately in cross-flow.
  • the angle of inclination 33 of the individual stages of this cascade staircase to the vertical is adjusted in accordance with the flow angle of the feed material in the range of 20 ° to 60 °.
  • This view air flow tears the fines out of the cascade net curtain and transports it via the obliquely rising from the bottom up view channels between the preparefluten 15 upwards to discharge the fines loaded with view air 12.
  • guide vanes 21, which extend upwards, are pivoted on the upper sides or upper ends of the viewing floods 15 and are individually or individually adjustable for controlling the visual air velocity in the individual visual channels lying between the visual floods 15. This serves to even out the visual air velocity in the individual visual channels and thus also to improve the selectivity of the sighting.
  • the classifier housing 10 may be provided in the downstream region after the preparefluten 15 and baffles 21 with possibly jalousie-shaped inlet openings 22 for introducing secondary air 23 as a lever air for the safe lifting of the fines fraction up from the sifter.
  • the louvers of these inlet openings 22 may be fixed or adjustable, and they may be included in an inlet box 24 for the secondary air 23.
  • the classifier housing 10 slightly above the discharge opening 18 for the coarse material fraction 19 have an inlet opening 25 for scavenging air 26 for the protection of the coarse material fraction and support the transport of the fine material fraction from the classifier.
  • the volume flow of this purge air 26 can be adjusted by means of throttle body 26a.
  • the conditional upon the introduction of the secondary air 23 and the exit of the classifying air from the lowest between the visual floods 15 arranged viewing channels possibly obstructing effect is canceled by the introduction of the scavenging air 26.
  • the invention can be arranged in the reformgaseintragskanal 27 before the stair cascade 13 a perforated metal or Venetian blind wall 28 with louvered adjustable elements or exchangeable perforated plates, so that for each stage of the stair cascade 13 and for each prepare for the classifying air individually can be adjusted.
  • the separatgaseintragskanal 27 of the classifier housing the reformgasströmung influencing curved Sehgasleitbleche 29 may be installed with throttle bodies 30 for the purpose of uniform distribution of the classifying air / the reformgas 11 on the stair cascade, whereby the separation efficiency of the separator according to the invention is also increased.
  • the position and number of the inlet openings can vary as required, see 11a, 22a and throttle body 30a and reformgasleitbleche 29a.
  • At least one side wall of the classifier housing in the drawing embodiment, the located in the downstream region rear end wall 35 and 35a may be pivotally mounted on the fine material outlet 12, so that z. B. in the case of a very fine separation limit and the associated low convey Kunststofftechnik the flow rate can be adjusted to the minimum value required for the removal of the fines fraction.
  • the measured to the horizontal angle of inclination 34 of the lower boundary wall of the reformgaseintragskanals 27 is greater than the natural slope angle of the visual good and it is at least 50 °.
  • the inlet opening for the classifying air or primary air 11 or 11a can in principle be arranged at any height of the classifier and in single or multiple execution.
  • the material to be sighted contains 17 Gutmaterial-Pressschülpen that come from a high-pressure roller mill or roller press for Gutbettzerkleintation, in which case the classifier according to the invention also serves as a disagglomerator of the pressing slugs
  • the vertical distance between the reformguteintragsö réelle 16 and the discharge 18 for the coarse fraction 19 amount to at least about 4 m.
  • the number of visual floods 15 depends on the maximum particle size of the fines and the size of the classifier, wherein the height 38 of the visual floods is usually not more than 600 mm and not less than 100 mm.
  • the length 37 of the visual floods 15 should be at least 3.5 times their height.
