Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cleaning device for Paint sprayers, e.g. B. paint spray guns, with a housing for recording the paint sprayers, the housing having cleaning nozzles, wherein the cleaning nozzles through a hose with a pneumatic working conveyor are connected, the Conveyor with two containers to hold clean and contaminated cleaning liquid.
- Paint sprayers e.g. B. paint spray guns
- the housing having cleaning nozzles, wherein the cleaning nozzles through a hose with a pneumatic working conveyor are connected
- the Conveyor with two containers to hold clean and contaminated cleaning liquid.
- Cleaning devices for paint spraying devices are well known. These are characterized in particular by a housing in which the cleaning objects, e.g. B. a paint spray gun can be used.
- the cleaning e.g. B. a paint spray gun takes place here by the Cleaning device both inside and outside through the Arrangement of corresponding nozzles forming the nozzle assembly for Spray the cleaning liquid, especially a solvent-based one Cleaning fluid.
- a paint spray gun For cleaning the paint spray channel, a paint spray gun, the gun comes with its inlet so placed on a nozzle of the nozzle assembly so that the cleaning liquid can flow through the spray channel.
- Pre-cleaning is usually already contaminated cleaning liquid used, d. that is, the cleaning liquid is circulated.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a cleaning device for paint sprayers to create an accurate dosage the clean cleaning liquid for subsequent cleaning is possible.
- the object is achieved in that the container with a clean dosing device with a clean cleaning liquid Has chamber that both with the conveyor, as well as with the Cleaning nozzles is connected. Due to the size of the chamber Dosing device can be determined exactly how much cleaning liquid be used when cleaning the paint sprayer should.
- the conveyor comprises a compressed air reservoir, which with the metering device the chamber for receiving the cleaning liquid is connected.
- the compressed air reservoir through a valve, especially a pneumatic valve connected to the metering device, depending on the Position of the valve either venting the chamber of the metering device takes place to flow the cleaning liquid into the chamber to let, or by connecting the chamber to the compressed air reservoir the cleaning liquid from the chamber to the cleaning nozzles transport.
- the inflow of the cleaning liquid into the dosing device takes place when this dosing device in the container with the Cleaning liquid is immersed.
- the design of the dosing device is characterized by a Chamber with at least one lockable inlet for the Cleaning fluid, at least one air inlet to the compressed air reservoir and at least one outlet for the cleaning liquid, the Outlet advantageously has a riser projecting into the chamber.
- an inlet sealing washer provided in the Chamber of the metering device is arranged above this inlet. is this metering device is now in the container with cleaning liquid, then due to the pressure of the cleaning liquid Washer seal raised and the liquid penetrates through the at least one inlet into the interior of the chamber of the metering device.
- the conveyor device has a timer for time-controlled Has supply of compressed air; d. that is, immediately upon completion the main or pre-cleaning automatically the process of post-cleaning starts.
- the invention is not only a cleaning device for Paint sprayers, but also the pneumatic circuit for the Conveying device of the cleaning device for paint sprayers according to one or more of claims 1 to 12.
- This circuit stands out through a first compressed air line connected to a pump, wherein the pump supplying the cleaning nozzles with contaminated Cleaning fluid is used, the pneumatic valve with the compressed air line communicates. From this it is clear that the pneumatic valve depending on the pressure condition in the compressed air line is controlled. Specifically, if there is something in the compressed air line Pressure through the pneumatic valve the chamber of the dosing device vented, whereby in the depressurized state of the compressed air line through the corresponding position of the pneumatic valve the compressed air reservoir emptied via the dosing device.
- the filling of the compressed air reservoir takes place with a pressure in the compressed air line via a check valve, while the pump is operated for pre-cleaning.
- the capacity the compressed air reservoir is advantageously designed somewhat larger than the Compressed air required to supply the metering device Drain.
- the sprayer i.e. the Spray gun blown dry, which has the advantage that in particular the Seals of the sprayer only with the aggressive cleaning liquid, and so the Keep seals longer.
- FIG. 1 shows the circuit diagram of the overall designated 1 Conveyor.
- this conveyor 1 Through this conveyor 1 is total optionally the cleaning liquid from the container with the contaminated liquid or with the clean liquid to the Nozzle block forming cleaning nozzles of the cleaning device transported.
- the conveyor 1 shows a main compressed air line 2, which is controlled by a valve with a timer 3 with a Compressed air supply is connected.
- This main line 2 leads to a pneumatically operated pump 4, through which a container 5 through the line 6 the contaminated cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzles (not shown) is supplied (pre-cleaning).
- the Main line 2 branches off a line to the compressed air reservoir 11; in this line 10 is the check valve 12.
- a 3/2 way valve 14 is arranged, which in the Main line 2 pending pressure is controlled.
- a total of 30 designated dosing device Downstream of this pneumatic valve 14 is a total of 30 designated dosing device, which is shown in detail in Fig. 2. This dosing device is also immersed in a container 7 clean cleaning liquid.
- the metering device 30 shows one cylindrical chamber 31 with a lid 32 and a bottom 33.
- the Cover 32 shows an air inlet 32a and a liquid outlet 32b a riser 32c which projects into the chamber of the metering device.
- the bottom 33 of the metering device chamber has two inlets 34 for the cleaning liquid.
- The is above the floor Disc seal 35, which is by the spring 36 in the direction of arrow 37 is pressed and thus releases the inlets 34.
- the cleaning device with the pump device is as follows: After the paint spraying devices have been attached to the corresponding receptacles in the housing, the main line 2 is opened by the valve 3 for general compressed air supply for a predeterminable time via a timer.
- the pump 1 is now driven by the compressed air flowing through the main compressed air line and conveys the contaminated cleaning liquid from the container 5 for pre-cleaning through the line 6 to the nozzles (not shown).
- the compressed air reservoir 11 is loaded with compressed air by the check valve 12.
- the pneumatic valve 14 is also connected to the main compressed air line 2. This means that the pneumatic valve is controlled by the compressed air in the main compressed air line 2.
- the chamber of the metering device is vented through the pneumatic valve 14 via the connection 32a.
- the cleaning liquid then rises through the inlets 34 into the chamber 31 of the metering device. If the main compressed air line 2 is depressurized because the pre-cleaning is complete, the passage through the line 10 from the compressed air reservoir 11 to the connection 32a of the metering device 30 is released, with the result that, due to the pressure build-up in the chamber of the metering device through the disk seal 35, the inlets 34 are shut off, and at the same time the cleaning liquid located in the chamber is fed through the line 6 to the cleaning nozzles through the riser 32c. In this case, the pneumatic valve 14 assumes the position as shown in FIG. 1.
- a cleaning brush 50 is provided, which is connected to the pump 4 by a hose.
- This brush 50 is used for manual cleaning. Is cleaning liquid added by the pump 4 conveyed by the brush 50, the passage to the Cleaning nozzles of the nozzle block blocked off, the block is also blocked off Compressed air supply to the accumulator 11 because when the nozzles are not used no supply of clean cleaning liquid is required. Shutting off the lines to the nozzles and to Compressed air storage can be done by taps by an appropriate one Actuating device can be operated simultaneously while the brush is in operation.

Abstract
Description
- Figur 1
- zeigt die pneumatische Schaltung in Fördereinrichtung;
- Figur 2
