Claims (5)
- Lackiervorrichtung mit einer mindestens zwei Vorratsbehälter (5 - 8) für unterschiedliche Lacke aufweisenden Farbwechselvorrichtung (4), von der eine Lackleitung (3) zu mindestens einer Sprüheinrichtung (2) / Zerstäuber führt, sowie mit Einrichtungen zum Steuern, Schalten und Pumpen des Lackes (35) und mit einer Einrichtung zum automatischen Reinigen aller Komponenten bei einem Farbwechsel,
wobei mindestens ein wesentlicher Teil des bei Beendigung des Lackiervorganges noch in der Lackleitung (3) befindlichen Lackes (35) unter Verwendung eines molchartigen Elementes zurück in seinen Vorratsbehälter (5) drückbar ist und in der Lackleitung (3) zwischen Zerstäuber (2) und Farbwechselvorrichtung (4) ein Anschlußelement (17) für ein Schiebemedium vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß sowohl dem Zerstäuber (2) als auch der Farbwechselvorrichtung (4) je eine Aufnahmestation (28, 31) für das zwischen den beiden Aufnahmestationen (28, 31) in der Lackleitung (3) bewegbare, molchartige Element (29) zugeordnet sind undb) daß die beiden als Parkstationen für das molchartige Element (29) dienenden Aufnahmestationen (28, 31) jeweils eine Kammer (40) aufweisen, deren Durchmesser (D) und deren Länge (L) jeweils größer sind als die entsprechenden Abmessungen des Molches (29), derart, daß die Kammer durch das molchartige Element nicht verschlossen werden kann, und immer ein Strömungs-weg durch die Kammer, erhalten bleibt. - Lackiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (41) in die Kammer (40) derart ragt, daß das molchartige Element (29) die Kammer (40) nicht verschließt und immer ein Strömungsweg (30) durch die Kammer (40) erhalten bleibt.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das molchartige Element (29) einen zylindrischen Körper mit kegelstumpfförmigen Enden und Wülsten aufweist.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das molchartige Element (29) einen Stahlkern (29') und einen Kunststoffmantel (29") aufweist, wobei der Stahlkern (29') zugleich als Signalgeber in Verbindung mit einem Sensor dient.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahlkern (29') über eine Stirnfläche des molchartigen Elementes (29) vorsteht.
