Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for cleaning a color coating device according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the Invention an apparatus for performing the method.
- detergent is usually placed in the color changer in the direction of flow seen before the feeds of colors entered, so at the To remove adhering paint residues from the inner wall of the cable routes and the cable routes rinse free.
- Detergents are introduced alternately with the introduction of compressed air, so that as a result of the chemo-physical Effects of the cleaning fluid thus formed is ensured that the Cable routes are free of paint residues.
- the task is characterized by the characteristic features of Claim 1 solved. Thereafter it is provided that the cleaning agent with the compressed air before being introduced into the color changer to a compressed fluid is nebulized that the compressed air cleaning agent mist in sections the color changer is initiated and that on the inner wall of the color changer and removes paint residues from the feed line and entrains them, that when changing the color, the supply of the mist-like cleaning fluid at the same time in at least two sections of the line path that the A new color has already been fed into a first section while a subsequent second section is still cleaned and that with Cleaning fluid enriched with paint residues before reaching the next one Section or the spray atomizer is diverted.
- the cleaning agent alternates according to the known method with the compressed air in the pipe path to be cleaned, i.e. in the color changer and from this was introduced into the feed line, the entire Line volume must be filled with the cleaning agent in order to To be able to remove adhering paint residues from the inner wall of the line path entrained by the subsequent air flow and led out of the supply line are caused by the swirling of the cleaning agent Compressed air before entering the paint coater reaches that at significantly reduced need for cleaning agents (approx. 80% less) anyway the entire inner surface of the conduit is covered by the cleaning fluid and removes any paint residue adhering to it and carries it away.
- Air cleaning agent mist As a result of combined supply of detergent and air in the form of here as Air cleaning agent mist called pressure fluid results simultaneously also an advantage in terms of the duration of the cleaning process, because due to the simultaneity of detachment and entrainment, i.e. of chemical and mechanical, namely the abrasive, cleaning mechanisms, a higher Cleaning performance is achieved. This inevitably leads to less time being required.
- the respective length of the individual rinsing sections is in terms of cleaning performance of the cleaning fluid in relation to the color residues to be removed as well as with regard to the line cross sections. At 3 to 6 mm line diameter, flushing lengths of approx. 3 m are advisable.
- Another criterion for determining the rinsing sections is that between individual Color changing available period.
- it can turn out to be prove advantageous to provide a larger number of rinsing sections that cleaning at the same time or by means of appropriate control be subjected the latter variant being the possibility offers that the new color is already fed into the line path while the end of the feed line leading to the spray atomizer is still rinsed is, but in such a case, the cleaning fluid after Flow through the last rinsing section before reaching the spray atomizer is routed out of the route.
- a further embodiment of the method according to the invention provides that the detergent enriched with paint residues after flowing through the Color coating device is collected.
- the detergent enriched with paint residues after leakage prepare the color coating device and then close it again use.
- a device for Implementation of the method described above provided the one Color changer with a feed for compressed air, at least two inlets for different colors and a feed for cleaning agents has, wherein for the air and detergent in the form of a Air-cleaning agent mist formed cleaning fluid in the direction of flow seen before the feeds of the colors is arranged.
- such a device is characterized in that at least two outlets arranged in front of the spray atomizer in the feed line are provided and that for Generation of the cleaning fluid, i.e. of the detergent-air mist that Introduction of the cleaning agent and the air through diametrically opposite arranged inlet openings in the common feed to Color coating device is provided, wherein the flow axis of the inlet openings is arranged tangentially, so that the medium introduced, namely cleaning agent or air, on the inner wall of the feeder in a helical shape the paint coating device flows.
- the cleaning fluid i.e. of the detergent-air mist that Introduction of the cleaning agent and the air through diametrically opposite arranged inlet openings in the common feed to Color coating device
- An improvement of the invention provides that the flow axis of everyone Inlet opening angled at an angle ⁇ 90 ° to the longitudinal axis of the feed is, so that the introduced air and the cleaning agent in Move the flow direction forward in a spiral.
- cleaning agents and to reach air is according to a further embodiment of the invention provided that the introduction of the detergent and the air in opposite directions to each other.
- the only figure shows a schematic representation a color coating device according to the invention.
- a color coating device 10 has a color changer 12, storage container 14, 15 for different Paints, a feed line 16 leading to a spray atomizer 18 leads with which the coating of a surface 20 takes place.
- the color changer 12 has a feed 21 for air, one feed 22 for a detergent and several feeds 23 for different colors.
- the feeders 23 are connected via lines 24, 25 to the storage containers 14, 15 connected for the different colors.
- the supply 21 for air is with a compressed air source, which is shown here symbolically as a pressure bottle 26, connected via a line 27.
- the supply 22 for cleaning agent is via a line 28 connected to a container 30 in which the detergent is held up.
- the feed line 16, which the color changer 12 with the Spray atomizer 18 connects, points to about half the distance a combination block 32, which has an outlet 34 for contaminated Cleaning fluid and a feed 21 'for each Compressed air and 22 'for cleaning agents, through which Air and cleaning agent of the feed line 16, which in the combi block 32 opens and it on the opposite Leaves side again, can be fed.
- the combination block 32 With the help of the combination block 32, it is possible to supply the supply line shut off if necessary and between the color changer 12 and the combi block 32 located line content via the outlet 34 and a drain connected to it 35 lead out into a collecting vessel 36. At the same time is the possibility given via the feeders 21 ', 22' the cleaning fluid consisting of air and detergent in between the combi block 32 and the spray atomizer 18 located section of the feed line 16 to feed.
- the spray atomizer 18 immediately upstream is a combi block 32 arranged similarly designed end block 38, which also offers the possibility of the supply line 16 to To shut off spray atomizer 18 if necessary and the between the combination block 32 and the end block 38 Line content of the feed line 16 via an outlet 39 in derive a further collecting vessel 36 '.
- the operation of the paint coater shown 10 takes place in such a way that, starting from the color changer 12, of the feeds 23 and the connecting lines 24, 25 with the storage containers holding the intended colors 14, 15 is connected, the selected one Paint is supplied to the spray atomizer 18 via the feed line 16 with which the respective coating surface 20 is applied.
- This shortening of the Time can be increased by the fact that the Flushing processes on the color changer 12 or on the combination block 32 are delayed be initiated. For example, if the coating process is nearing the end of the ink supply be interrupted for the previous color, whereby both the feed 23 and the line path in the feed line 16 is blocked in the combi block 32. The rest of the Line of the feed line 16 color can still be processed by the spray atomizer 18 while already the color changer 12 and the subsequent route the feed line 16 is interspersed with cleaning fluid will.
- the new color can already be introduced into the color changer while the second section of the feed line 16 between the combination block 32 and the end block 38 is cleaned.
- coordinated control of the shut-off valves in the combination block 32 or in the end block 38 can thus be ensured be that the cleaning fluid enriched with color residues has already left the route before the new color is added.
