Description
- Die Notwendigkeit der Lagerhaltung für die Leerformulare
entfällt. Die Lagerung von Werbebeigaben reduziert sich
auf ganz speziell gestaltete Drucksachen (die z.B. ein
ganz besonderes Finish benötigen, z.B. geklebt werden müssen)
und auf nicht druckbare Objekte (z.B. Kugelschreiber,
Chipkarten, etc.).
Damit wird ein wesentliches Hindernis zur weiteren Verbreitung von Hybrid Mail beseitigt. - Gegenüber dem heute eingesetzten absenderorientierten Hybrid
Mail - Verfahren werden durch das empfängerorientierte
Hybrid Mail - Verfahren zwei weitere physikalische Sortierprozesse
eingespart:
- 1. Das Eingangssortieren, d.h. sortieren nach Straßennamen
- 2. Das sog. Gangfolgesortieren, d.h. Sortieren in der Reihenfolge der Zustellung Die Sortierung erfolgt nur noch auf den Daten der Sendungen, d.h. die Sortierkosten gehen auf einen sehr kleinen Wert zurück.

Demgegenüber wird in FIG 3 das vorgeschlagene Verfahren der Erzeugung und Verteilung von Massenpost mittels einer empfängerorientierten "Hybrid Mail"-Technik erläutert.
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen und Verteilen von flachen Sendungen für Massenpost, bei dem Dokumentdateien (5) mit zugehörigen Empfängerdateien elektronisch an Servicezentren (30) übertragen werden und bei dem dort mit Hilfe der übertragenen Dateien an die Empfänger gerichtete Sendungen automatisch erzeugt werden, indem die Dokumentseiten (7) mit den Empfängerangaben ausgedruckt, gefaltet, bei Bedarf mit Beilagen in bereitgestellte Umschläge (6) gesteckt werden, die dann verschlossen und verteilt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den regional den Empfängern zugeordneten Servicezentren (30) die übertragenen Dokumentdateien (5) mit zugehörigen Empfängerdateien nach den Empfängern sortiert werden und danach die Sendungen nach Empfängern geordnet erzeugt werden, wobei die Reihenfolge der Verteilreihenfolge für den jeweiligen Zusteller entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dateien von den Absendern an ein zentrales Annahmezentrum (20) gesendet werden, von wo sie elektronisch an die den Empfängern regional zugeordneten Servicezentren (30) übertragen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sendungen in zeitlich festen Abständen erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sendungen in den Servicezentren (30) in Abhängigkeit von der Anzahl der übertragenen Dateien erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßauch Dateien für ein farbiges Layout der Vorderseiten der dazugehörigen Umschläge erzeugt und übertragen werden,auf der Basis dieser Dateien für jede Sendung aufeinander folgend die Dokumentseiten (7) und eine Seite (4) mit dem kompletten Layout der Vorderseite des Umschlages wie bei einem Originalumschlag mittels eines schnellen Farblaserdruckers (3) ausgedruckt werden,für jede Sendung mit der Seite (4) mit dem kompletten Layout der Vorderseite des Umschlages der Umschlag komplettiert wird und die dazugehörenden Dokumentseiten (7) und ggf. Beilagen in diesen fertiggestellten Umschlag (4,6) gesteckt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Sendung die Seite mit dem kompletten Layout der Vorderseite des Umschlages auf die Vorderseite des bereitgestellten, aber unbeschrifteten Umschlages (6) geklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Sendung die Seite (4) mit dem kompletten Layout der Vorderseite des Umschlages auf eine bereitgestellte Umschlagrückseite (6), die an ihren seitlichen Kanten und an ihrer unteren Kante schmale Klebelaschen (8) aufweist, geklebt wird, wobei die Seite (4) mit dem kompletten Layout der Umschlagvorderseite über die obere Kante der Umschlagrückseite (6) hinausragt und dieser Überstand zur Verschlußlasche gefaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Basis der übertragenen Dateien (5) für jede Sendung auf Papierbahnen (2) aufeinander folgend die Dokumentseiten (7) und die Seite (4) für die Vorderseite des Umschlages mittels des schnellen Farblaserdruckers (3) ausgedruckt, die Seiten dann voneinander getrennt und bei Bedarf auf das benötigte Format geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Sendung die Dokumentseiten (7) und die Seite (4) für die Vorderseite des Umschlages aufeinander folgend auf format- und sortengerecht bereitgestellten Papierblättern ausgedruckt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das farbige Layout der Vorderseite des Umschlages je nach Bedarf Empfängeradressen, Absenderadressen in grafischer Gestaltung, Verfügungen, Logos, Briefmarken und maschinenlesbare Verteilkodes enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wert der aufzudruckenden Briefmarke mittels einer in einer Datenbank gespeicherten Tariftabelle und den gemessenen oder bekannten gemäß der Tabelle benötigten Sendungseigenschaften ermittelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1.
