Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Verschließen von Umreifungsbändern für Packstücke od.dgl., mit einem Gehäuse, einem in Längsrichtung des Umreifungsbandes an einer Längsseite des Gehäuses einseitig offenen Bandkanal, einer im Bandkanal wirksamen, die Bandenden des Umreifungsbandes miteinander verbindenden Schweißeinrichtung sowie einem an der äußeren oder der inneren Längsseite des Bandkanals angeordneten, die Bandenden seitlich führenden Bandanschlag, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, daß der Bandanschlag (24) mittels einer Bandbreiteneinstelleinrichtung (28) quer zur Längsrichtung (29) des Umreifungsbandes (11) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich- net, daß die Bandbreiteneinstelleinrichtung (28) einen von der Gehäuseaußenseite betätigbaren Einstellmechanismus (34) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, daß der Einstellmechanismus (34) im wesentlichen aus einem drehbaren und in verschiedenen Drehstellungen verriegelbaren, mit dem Bandanschlag (24) gekoppelten Exzentertrieb (35) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandanschlag (24) mit dem Einstellmechanismus (34) über einen im Gehäuse (13) quer zur Längsrichtung (29) des Umreifungsbandes (11) verstellbaren Einstellschieber (30) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzentertrieb (35) im wesentlichen aus einer drehbar gelagerten Verstellscheibe (36) besteht, die mit einem exzentrisch zu ihrer Drehachse (37) angeordneten Betätigungsstift (38) versehen ist, der in ein an dem Einstellschieber (30) angeordnetes Langloch (39) einfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellscheibe (36) als Rastscheibe mit mehreren über ihren Umfang verteilten Rastkerben (40) ausgebildet ist, in die ein federbelastetes Druckstück (41) mit seinem Verriegelungsende (42) rastend eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungswinkel der Verstellscheibe (36) ca. 180° beträgt und durch das Langloch (39) an dem Einstellschieber (30) begrenzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellscheibe (36) von der Außenseite (33) des Gehäusebodens (17) zu ihrer Betätigung zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellschieber (30) mit einem Führungsteil (31) in einer am Gehäuse (13) vorzugsweise im Gehäuseboden (17) angeordneten Führungsnut (32) querverschieblich aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandanschlag (24) ein erstes Bandanschlagelement (25) und ein zweites Bandanschlagelement (26) aufweist, wobei das erste Bandanschlagelement (25) relativ zum Einstellschieber (30) fest mit diesem verbunden ist, während das zweite Bandanschlagelement (26) nahe der Schweißeinrichtung (15) angeordnet und relativ zum Einstellschieber (30) verschieblich an diesem gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nahe der Schweißeinrichtung (15) angeordnete, zweite Bandanschlagelement (26) in einer am Gehäuse (13) vorzugsweise am Gehäuseboden (17) angeordneten Führungsnut (32) querverschieblich aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, daß das Führungsteil (31) und das zweite Bandanschlagelement (26) in derselben Führungsnut (32) aufgenommen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Bandanschlagelement (26) mit einem an der Schweißeinrichtung (15) angeschlossenen, von dieser auslösbaren Rückzugmechanismus (47) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückzugmechanismus (47) im wesentlichen aus einer Betätigungsfeder (51) und einem von einem Betätigungsorgan (56) der Schweißeinrichtung (15) beaufschlagten Stellhebel (49) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellhebel (49) an einem am Einstellschieber (30) angeordneten Halteflansch (50) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die Betätigungsfeder (51) einerseits am zweiten Bandanschlagelement (26) und andererseits am Einstellschieber (30) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d a ß der Stellhebel (49) eine im wesentlichen gerade Betätigungsfläche (55) für das Betätigungsorgan (56) aufweist, die in der Anschlagstellung des zweiten Bandanschlagelements (26) etwa parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des Einstellschiebers (30) verläuft und eine Länge aufweist, die dem Einstellweg des Bandbreiteneinstelleinrichtung (28) mindestens entspricht.
