Definitions
- the invention relates to a seal Expansion joints and a process for their production.
- the blanket or cover is of the type one Loop inserted into the expansion joint and over two separate angle profiles using nails or Screws attached to the horizontal surface.
- the Blanket or cover consists of three up to four layers, of which a first lower layer made of a flame retardant material like Zetex, is made. Another layer is on top provided that from a heat resistant Material such as Refrasil®. About that another layer is planned, which serves as an insulation layer, preferably made of Kaowool. There is an uppermost layer made of a flame retardant material.
- the four layers are connected to each other like a blanket. Show all layers except for the insulation layer folds up at regular intervals. The folds allow a longitudinal offset of the two opposite Flanks of the expansion joint. A vertical offset as well as a transverse offset by the Loop formation balanced.
- a joint cover is also in DE 71 08 905 U. described.
- The is on the two side flanks Groove each provided an anchoring angle. Of this is preceded by legs that are U-shaped Intermediate profiles are included in brackets.
- the intermediate profiles have protrusions in recesses of an elastic profile that fit the expansion joint bridged.
- the depressions are at the bottom of the profile spaced from its outer edges arranged.
- the seal is itself consequently a one-piece profile made of an elastic Material.
- the type of material is not specified.
- the moving belt from a carrier belt and at least one sealing layer on the base of a liquid plastic with one on the edges of the Carrier tape protruding plastic fleece.
- DE 41 14 507 C2 is a bridging construction for expansion joints in bridges, parking decks or similar structures known.
- a lower stretch mark bridges the distance between the metal profiles and is made of a resilient elastic Material formed.
- Above the stretch mark is also a structural foam profile with pretension used.
- the structural foam profile is like this shaped that the space of the joint channel above of the structural foam profile even when widened or narrowing of the expansion joint in the remains essentially constant in volume. Exactly this one Space is with a permanently elastic potting compound filled.
- the stretch mark is on the two metal profiles laterally, not anchored from above.
- the stretch marks forms a loop.
- the permanently elastic casting compound can be made from plasticizer-free cold or warm curing 2-component epoxy systems, 2-component polymethane systems or 2-component epoxy / polymethane systems based on amino and / or polyaminoamide functional hardener.
