Claims (13)
- Schließvorrichtung, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeugtüren, mit einem mit einem Schlüssel betätigbaren Schließzylinder, mit einem Schlossmechanismus zur Ver- und Entriegelung der Tür und mit einem Übertragungsteil zwischen Schließzylinder und Schlossmechanismus, hierbei sind drehfest sowohl mit dem Schließzylinder als auch mit dem Schlossmechanismus jeweils ein Drehteil verbunden, an die das Übertragungsglied angreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Drehteile (15, 22) zahnradartig ausgebaut sind und zumindest bereichsweise eine Verzahnung (16, 23) an ihrem Umfang aufweisen, und dass das Übertragungsteil (17) länglich und starr gestaltet ist und dass die beiden Enden des Übertragungsteiles (17) eine Gegenverzahnung (20, 21) aufweisen, die in die Verzahnungen (16, 23) eingreifen, hierbei ist das Übertragungsteil (17) drehbar angeordnet. - Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das drehbare Übertragungsteil (17) aus zwei sektorförmigen Abschnitten (18, 19) aufgebaut ist, die starr aneinander befestigt sind und die an ihrem Sektorumfang jeweils die Gegenverzahnung (20, 21) aufweisen, hierbei ist die Drehachse (34) des Übertragungsteiles (17) mittig zwischen den beiden Sektorabschnitten (18, 19) vorgesehen. - Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das drehbare Übertragungsteil (17) stabförmig gestaltet ist und an den Endbereichen Zahnräder (36, 37) trägt, die zumindest bereichsweise eine Gegenverzahnung (20, 21) tragen, hierbei verläuft die Drehachse (34) in Längsrichtung des Übertragungsteiles (17)). - Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden sektorförmigen Abschnitte (18, 19) mit den Gegenverzahnungen (20, 21) des Übertragungsteiles (17) einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sind.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gezeichnet, dass um die Drehachse (34) des Übertragungsteiles (17) eine Rückstellfeder (27) angeordnet ist, die nach Drehbewegung des Überragungsteiles (17) unabhängig von der Drehrichtung das Übertragungsteil (17) in seine Ausgangsstellung zurückdreht.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellfeder (27) als Flügelfeder ausgebildet ist, deren beiden Enden (28, 29) einen Gehäusevorsprung (30) der Schließvorrichtung sowie einen Vorsprung (31) des Übertragungsteiles (17) zugeordnet sind, hierbei stützt sich bei einer Drehbewegung das eine Ende (28) an dem Gehäusevorsprung (30) und das andere Ende (29) am Anschlag (31) des Übertragungsteiles ab.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnung (23) des Drehteiles (22) des Schlossmechanismus (26) und die eingreifende Gegenverzahnung (21) des Überragungsteiles (17) als Kegelverzahnung ausgebildet ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Seitenansicht gesehen die Achse (35) des Schlossmechanismus (26) sich mit der Achse (34) des Übertragungsgliedes (17) schneidet, während die Achse (33) des Schließzylinders (13) parallel zur Achse (34) des Übertragungsteiles liegt.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnittpunkt der Schließzylinderachse (33) und der Achse (34) des Übertragungsteiles (17) auf der Seite des Schließzylinders liegt.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich bereichsweise um die Schließzylinderachse (33) und/oder um die Achse (34) des Übertragungsteiles (17) und/oder der Achse (35) des Schlossmechanismus (27) erstreckende Verzahnung (16, 23) bzw. Gegenverzahnung (20, 21) nur in einem Winkelbereich von einer Ausgangsstellung aus nach beiden Drehrichtungen um 120° Grad vorteilhafterweise 90° Grad erstreckt.
- Schlossvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sektorabschnitt (18) über eine Stufe (32) parallel versetzt zu dem anderen Sektorabschnitt (18) liegt.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (24) zwischen Drehteil (22) des Schlossmechanismus (26) und dem Schlossmechanismus (26) selber kardanartig im Drehteil (22) gelagert ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließzylinder (13) steckartig in eine Gehäuseaufnahme einführbar und halterbar ist.
