Verpackungsfolie aus Kunststoff oder Papier in dem Ablegebereich sowie gegebenenfalls mit einer Schweißstation zur Verschweißung von schnittgutbelegten Trägerfolienzuschnitten mit überdeckend abgelegten Verpackungsfolienzuschnitten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhr- und Schneideinrichtung (13), die vorzugsweise eine antreibbare Lagerung mit Walzen (18) für die Folien- oder Papierrolle (12) und eine synchron antreibbare Abzugwalze (19) bzw. ein Abzugwalzenpaar umfasst, anschließend an den Ablegebereich in Längsrichtung des Förderbandes (10) hinter dem Kettenrahmen (7) auf der dem Ablegebereich entgegengesetzten Seite zur Zufuhr von Folien oder Papierzuschnitten unter dem Kettenrahmen (7) hindurch in den vor dem Kettenrahmen (7) vorgesehenen Ablegebereich angeordnet ist, wobei eine Klemmleiste (22) vorgesehen ist, die die Folienbahn (23) oder das Papier nächst der Schneidevorrichtung (25) längs der Schnittkante erfasst und die synchron mit der Abzugwalze (19) die Folienbahn (23) oder das Papier über dem Ablegebereich führt und nach Abschneiden durch die Schneidvorrichtung (25) und Öffnen der Klemmleiste (22) in den Ablegebereich auf das Förderband (10) abwirft, und vorzugsweise dass die Schweißstation (27) zum Einschweißen eines zwischen zwei oder mehreren Folienzuschnitten gelegten Aufschnittes an den Ablegebereich vor dem Kettenrahmen (7) anschließt.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Sockelgehäuse (14) der Aufschnittschneidemaschine (1) ein Antriebsmotor (17) mit einem Zahnrad (15) vorgesehen ist, mit welchem bzw. einem weiteren Zahnrad (16) sowohl Walzen (18) der Lagerung der Folien- oder Papierrolle (12) und die Abzugwalze (19) bzw. ein Abzugwalzenpaar synchron antreibbar, als auch die Klemmleiste (22) von der Schneidevorrichtung (25) weg sowie retour längs des Ablegebereichs synchron verschiebbar sind.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen (18) der Lagerung der Folien- oder Papierrolle (12), die Abzugwalze (19) bzw. das Abzugwalzenpaar sowie die Schneidevorrichtung (25) in einer Baugruppe zusammengefasst sind, welche Baugruppe an das Sockelgehäuse (14) hinter dem Kettenrahmen (7) einhängbar ist, wobei in der Einhängposition ein Zahnrad (16) der Baugruppe in das gehäuseseitige antreibende Zahnrad (15) eingreift.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baugruppe einen elektrischen Antrieb (26) für die Schneidevorrichtung (25), insbesondere einen vertikal längs einer Führungsfläche verschiebbaren Messerbalken umfasst und dass die elektrische Anspeisung des Antriebes (26) über gefederte Kontakte erfolgt, die in der Einhängeposition der Baugruppe an Gegenkontakten am Sockelgehäuse (14) anliegen.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmleiste (22) auf einem Führungsgestänge, insbesondere einer mit dem gehäuseseitig antreibbaren Zahnrad (21) kämmenden Zahnstange (20) vorgesehen ist, die längs des Förderbandes (10) ein- und ausfahrbar ist und dass die Klemmleiste (22) zwei zangenartig relativ zueinander bewegliche Balken umfasst, die bei Auflaufen von Mitnehmern auf Steuerflächen (24) öffnen oder schließen.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (10) im Ablegebereich einen Teil der Schweißstation (27) bildet, von deren Grundgehäuse auskragt und als separate Baugruppe an den Kettenrahmen (7) senkrecht zu dessen Förderrichtung anschließend positionierbar ist, wobei der Antriebsmotor (9) für das Förderband (10) im Grundgehäuse der Schweißstation (27) und die elektrische Steuerung als Teil der elektronischen Programmsteuerung (8) für das Ablegesystem in der Aufschnittschneidemaschine (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Programmsteuerung (8) für den Antrieb der umlaufenden Ketten (6) des Kettenrahmens (7), für den Antrieb des gehäuseseitigen Zahnrades (15) und gegebenenfalls auch für das Förderband (10) im Ablegebereich vorgesehen ist.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Schweißstation (27) mehrere aneinander schließende Förderbänder (10, 28, 32) führen und dass ein insbesondere aus einzelnen parallelen Riemen oder dergleichen gebildetes Förderband (28) von einem Hubrahmen (29) mit Stegen umschlossen ist, wobei über dem Hubrahmen (29) ein elektrisch beheizbarer Schweißrahmen (31) vorgesehen ist, gegen welchen der Hubrahmen (29) die zwischen mindestens zwei Folienzuschnitten liegenden Schnittgutscheiben anhebt und die Folienzuschnitte randseitig verschweißt.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Klemmleiste (22) bzw. an einem die Klemmleiste (22) verfahrenden Schlitten Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger zum Anpressen von Folienzuschnitten (48), wie Verpackungsfolienzuschnitten oder gegebenenfalls mehrfache Zwischenfolienzuschnitte an das aufgeschnittene Schnittgut bzw. den Aufschnitt (46) vorgesehen sind.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger mit einer Abhebevorrichtung verbunden sind, die die Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger von dem Aufschnitt (46) beim Vorschub der Klemmleiste (22) bzw. der Folienbahn (23) über den Aufschnitt (46) abheben und die beim Reversieren der Klemmleiste (22) die Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger auf den auf den Aufschnitt (46) abgelegten Folienzuschnitt (48) zum Anpressen derselben ansenkt.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abhebevorrichtung einem Kipphebel als Winkelhebel (42) umfasst, der mit einer Abtastrolle (43) od. dgl. an einem Hebelende längs einer Kulissenführung (45) läuft und der mit seinem anders Hebelende an einer Achse (41) angreift, auf der mehrere Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger, gegebenenfalls individuell gefedert, gelagert sind, die beim Umschwenken des Winkelhebels (42), insbesondere über Mitnehmer, vom Ablegebereich abhebbar sind.
- Aufschnittschneideanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Achse (41) die Andrückrollen (40), Walzen oder Andrückfinger auf Auslegern vorgesehen sind, dass die Ausleger mittels eines Drehlagers auf der Achse (41) schwenkartig gelagert und durch Federkraft gegen den Ablegebereich des Aufschnittes (46) vorgespannt sind und dass Mitnehmer vorgesehen sind, die bei Drehung der Achse (41) die sonst freigestellten Ausleger hochschwenken.
