Claims (7)
- Hebewerk zum Ablassen und Aufholen einer Last, insbesondere einer Bohreinrichtung,
mit einem flexiblen Zugmittel (4), das an der Last befestigt ist,
mit einer um eine Drehachse (S) drehbar gelagerten Trommel (5) zum Aufwickeln des Zugmittels (4) und
mit zumindest einer ersten Drehantriebseinrichtung (19), die mindestens einen über ein Schaltgetriebe (25) auf die Trommel (5) wirkenden Rotationsmotor (21) umfaßt, mit dem die Trommel (5) wahlweise in Ablaß- oder Auffüllrichtung des Zugelements (4) drehantreibbar ist, wobei die erste Drehantriebseinrichtung (19) bezogen auf die Drehachse (S) der Trommel (5) neben der Trommel (5) angeordnet ist, derart, daß sich die Trommel (5) und die Drehantriebseinrichtung (19) in einer Projektion senkrecht zur Drehachse (S) der Trommel (5) zumindest teilweise überdecken, wobei die Trommel (5) rotationsfest mit einer drehbar gelagerten Trommelwelle (6) verbunden ist, wobei die Trommelwelle (5) mit der Ausgangsseite (16) einer Getriebeeinheit (17) verbunden ist, deren Eingangsseite (29) an die Ausgangswelle (27) des Schaltgetriebes (25) angekoppelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Drehantriebseinrichtung (20) mit Rotationsantriebsmotor (22) und Schaltgetriebe (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Antriebswelle des Rotationsantriebsmotors (22) und die Eingangs- und Ausgangswelle (24, 28) des Schaltgetriebes (26) mit der zweiten Drehantriebseinrichtung (20) auf einer gemeinsamen Gerade (G) liegend angeordnet sind, und wobei die ersten und zweiten Drehantreibseinrichtungen (19, 20) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Ausgangswellen (27, 28) der Schaltgetriebe (25, 26) einander zugewandt sind und eine gemeinsame Drehachse aufweisen, wobei die Ausgangswellen (27, 28) mit der Eingangsseite (29) der Getriebeeinheit (17) gekoppelt sind. - Hebewerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle des Rotations-Antriebsmotors (21) und die Eingangs- und Ausgangswellen (23, 27) des Schaltgetriebes (25) auf einer gemeinsamen Geraden (G) liegend angeordnet sind. - Hebewerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeeinheit (17) ein Zahnradgetriebe ist, das zur Entfernungsüberbrückung zwischen der Ausgangswelle (27) des Schaltgetriebes (25) und der Trommelwelle (6) ein Zwischenrad (30) aufweist. - Hebewerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommelwelle (6) einenends an eine mechanisch wirkende, anderenends an eine elektromagnetisch wirkende Bremseinrichtung angekoppelt ist. - Hebewerk nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanisch wirkende Bremseinrichtung eine Scheibenbremsanordnung (13), die elektromagnetisch wirkende Bremseinrichtung eine Wirbelstrombremse (18) ist.
- Hebewerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Drehantriebseinrichtung (20) bezogen auf die Richtung der Drehachse (S) der elektromagnetisch wirkenden Bremseinrichtung neben dieser Bremseinrichtung angeordnet ist. - Hebewerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die Schaltgetriebe (24, 26) mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung ausgerüstet ist bzw. sind, die bei Überschreitung eines maximal zulässigen Drehmoments an der Eingangswelle das Getriebe selbsttätig in den Gang des größten Verhältnisses der Drehzahl der Eingangswelle der Drehzahl der Ausgangswelle umschaltet.
