Claims (8)
- Antriebseinheit für einen Aufzug, bestehend aus einem Antrieb (6) und einer Treibscheibe (7) und aus einer Bremseinrichtung zur Festsetzung der Treibscheibe (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremseinrichtung (26,27,39,40) in der Treibscheibe (7) integriert ist. - Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Innenseite der Treibscheibe (7) als Teil (26) der Bremseinrichtung (27,39,40) dient. - Antriebseinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Innenseite der Treibscheibe (7) als Bremstrommel (26) ausgebildet ist, an der mittels Aktuatoren (30) und Federpacketen (34,39) betätigbare Bremsbacken (27) angreifen. - Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein erstes Federpacket (34) zur Bremseinstellung und ein zweites, den Hauptteil der erforderlichen Bremskraft aufbringendes Federpacket (39) vorgesehen sind. - Antriebseinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Lüftung der Bremseinrichtung von ausserhalb des Antriebs (6) ein Hebelwerk (32,33,39) vorgesehen ist, welches im Betätigungsfall auf die Bremsbacken (27) einwirkt. - Antriebseinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremsbacken (27) einenends am Gehäuse (15) des Antriebs (6) gelenkig angeordnet sind und anderenends gelenkig mit Bremshebeln (28) verbunden sind, die mittels ersten Betätigungsbolzen (29) der Aktuatoren (30) oder mittels des Hebelwerkes (39,33,32) betätigbar sind. - Antriebseinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Stillsetzung der Treibscheibe (7) erste und zweite Federpackete (34,39) auf die Bremsbacken (27) einwirken und diese gegen die Bremstrommel (26) pressen und zur Lösung der Treibscheibe (7) Magnete (35) mit Ankerplatten (36) oder das Hebelwerk (39,33,32) entgegen der Federkraft der Federpackete (34,39) wirken. - Maschinenraumloser Aufzug mit der Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Antriebseinheit im Schachtkopf (1.2) auf Führungsschienen (5,5.1) angeordnet ist und die Treibscheibe (7) mittig über einer Kabinenführungsschiene (3) angeordnet ist und der Antrieb (6) von oben gesehen die Aufzugskabine (2) überragt.
