Claims (11)
- Stuhl (1), insbesondere Bürostuhl, mit einem von einer zentralen Stuhlsäule (21) oder mehreren Stuhlbeinen getragenen Sitzträger (2), mit einer vom Sitzträger (2) getragenen Sitzplatte (20) und mit einer von einem unter der Sitzplatte (20) nach hinten verlaufenden Lehnenträger (3) getragenen Rückenlehne (30), wobei der Lehnenträger (3) am Sitzträger (2) um eine horizontale, in Stuhl-Querrichtung verlaufende Achse (33) verschwenkbar gelagert und mittels mindestens einer Feder (4) mit einer einstellbaren Kraft beaufschlagt ist, die die Rückenlehne (30) in Richtung zum Rücken eines Stuhlbenutzers vorbelastet, wobei die Feder (4) eine Druck- oder Zugfeder ist, die in einem Angriffspunkt (43) im Abstand (r) von der Achse (33) an dem Lehnenträger (3) angreift, wobei das am Lehnenträger (3) angreifende Ende (41) der Feder (4) an einem verschiebbaren Federhalter (44) gehaltert ist, der auf einer in Feder-Längsrichtung verlaufenden Federführungsbahn (24) geführt ist, und wobei der Abstand (r) zwischen dem Angriffspunkt (43) und der Achse (33) durch ein vom Stuhlbenutzer betätigbares Stellglied (5) veränderbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Federhalter (44) führende Federführungsbahn (24) am Sitzträger (2) angeordnet ist und daß das Stellglied (5) einerseits mit dem Federhalter (44) verbunden ist und andererseits mit dem Lehnenträger (3) in einem in seinem Abstand (r) von der Achse (33) variablen, einstellbaren Eingriff steht. - Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (5) ein auf Zug belasteter Schlepphebel (5) ist, dessen eines Ende mit dem Federhalter (44) verschwenkbar verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende in dem in seinem Abstand (r) von der Achse (33) variablen Eingriff mit dem Lehnenträger (3) steht.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingriff des Schlepphebels (5) mit dem Lehnenträger (3) durch einen am Schlepphebel (5) vorgesehenen Mitnehmerzapfen (53), der in einer einstellbaren Position in einem Langloch (35) im Lehnenträger (3) liegt, gebildet ist, wobei die Enden des Langlochs (35) unterschiedlich weit von der Achse (33), um die der Lehnenträger (3) verschwenkbar ist, entfernt liegen.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (35) bogenförmig auf einem Radius um die Schwenkachse (55) des Schlepphebels (5) liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lehnenträger (3) eine über seine Schwenkachse (33) hinausgehende, einen Hebelarm bildende Verlängerung (34) aufweist und daß der Angriffspunkt (43) der Feder (4) in dieser Verlängerung (34) liegt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlängerung (34) des Lehnenträgers (3) relativ zum übrigen Lehnenträger (3) nach unten hin abgebogen oder abgewinkelt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrichtung der Verlängerung (34) und die Längsrichtung der Feder (4) im unbelasteten Zustand der Rückenlehne (30) etwa rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufen.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlepphebel (5) aus einer in Längsrichtung der Feder (4) weisenden Mittelstellung über einen sich nach beiden Seiten davon erstreckenden Winkelbereich verstellbar ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlepphebel (5) mit einem Betätigungshebel (50) zur Veränderung und Festlegung der Verschwenkungsstellung des Schlepphebels (5) relativ zum Lehnenträger (3) versehen ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlepphebel (5) und sein Betätigungshebel (50) zu einem einen zweiarmigen Hebel bildenden Bauteil zusammengefaßt sind, dessen Schwenklagerung mit einer manuell überwindbaren, eine selbsttätige Hebelverstellung ausschließenden Reibungskraft ausgeführt ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (4) eine in der Stuhl-Längsrichtung verlaufende Druckfeder ist, deren vorderes Ende (42) in einem fixen Federhalter (22) nahe der Vorderkante der Sitzplatte (20) am Sitzträger (2) abgestützt ist und deren hinteres Ende (41) das mit dem Lehnenträger (3) in Eingriff stehende Federende ist.
