Claims (17)
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Doppelsaugern zur taktweisen Förderung von Bogen, wobei die Doppelsauger durch ein Kurvenkoppelgetriebe angetrieben Bewegungen auf einer geschlossenen Bahn in Förderrichtung der Bogen und zurück ausführen und dabei die Doppelsauger in einem zwei Arbeitstakte aufweisenden Bewegungszyklus um einen Arbeitstakt versetzt nacheinander in den Bereich der Stapelvorderkante eines Bogenstapels zur Erfassung eines Bogens gelangen, mit einer Saugerkoppel des Kurvenkoppelgetriebes, an der ein Doppelsauger fest angeordnet ist, wobei die Saugerkoppel mit zwei Kurvengetrieben gelenkig verbunden ist, so daß der Doppelsauger im wesentlichen vertikal und horizontal bewegbar antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugerkoppel (6) entlang einer eine Kippbewegung des Doppelsaugers (1) um eine sich horizontal quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (3) erstreckende Kippachse (8) des Doppelsaugers (1) bestimmende Kurvenkontur geführt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge-kennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenkontur ein Bestandteil des ersten Kurvengetriebes ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Kurvengetriebe eine sich im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckende und horizontal bewegbar abtreibbare Horizontalkoppel (7) aufweist, die mit ihrem einen Ende an der Saugerkoppel (6) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieSchwenkachse der Anlenkung der Horizontalkoppel (7) an der Saugerkoppel (16) die Kippachse (8) bildet.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach denAnsprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Kurvengetriebe eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende Schwinge (9) aufweist, die an ihrem einen Endbereich um eine feste Schwenkachse (10) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (11) schwenkbar antreibbar ist, wobei die Horizontalkoppel (7) mit ihrem dem Doppelsauger (1) entgegengesetzten Endbereich in einem Abstand zur ersten Schwenkachse (10) an der Schwinge (9) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schwinge (9) eine Rolle (12) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (13) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (14) der Kurvenscheibe (11) in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden An-sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenkontur fest mit der Schwinge (9) verbunden ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenkontur sich etwa radial von der Schwenkachse (10) weggerichtet erstreckt.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKurvenkontur eine Führung (15) ist, in der der dem Doppelsauger (1) entgegengesetzte Endbereich der Saugerkoppel (6) frei bewegbar geführt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Kurvengetriebe eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende Koppel (16) aufweist, die von einer zweiten drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (17) etwa vertikal bewegbar antreibbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppel (16) mit ihrem einen Ende an der Saugerkoppel (6) angelenkt und an ihrem anderen Ende von der zweiten Kurvenscheibe (17) etwa vertikal bewegbar beaufschlagbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Koppel (16) eine zweite Rolle (18) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (19) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (20) der zweiten Kurvenscheibe (17) in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit ihrem einen Ende um eine zweite feste Schwenkachse (21) frei schwenkbare Rollenschwinge (22) mit ihrem anderen Ende an der Koppel (16) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenschwinge (22) nahe der zweiten Kurvenscheibe (17) an der Koppel (16) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenkantentrenner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppel (16) mit ihrem einen Ende an der Saugerkoppel (6) angelenkt ist und an ihrem zweiten Ende von einer doppelarmigen Schwinge (29) etwa vertikal bewegbar beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die doppelarmige Schwinge (29) um eine zweite feste Schwenkachse (21) frei schwenkbar ist, mit dem freien Ende ihres einen Schwingenarms (30) am zweiten Ende der Koppel (16) angelenkt und über eine an dem freien Ende ihres zweiten Schwingenarms (31) frei drehbar gelagerte zweite Rolle (18') an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (20) der Kurvenscheibe (17) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKoppelineinerAxialführung etwa in Richtung ihrer Längsachse geführt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Kurvenscheibe (11, 17) auf einer gemeinsamen drehbar antreibbaren Antriebswelle (15) drehfest angeordnet sind.
