Abstract
Description
- daß am Stator der Kassette außen mindestens zwei plattenförmige Kontaktträger angebracht sind, die einen Freiraum zur Aufnahme von gegeneinander isolierten elektrischen Kontakten umschließen, an welche einerseits die Leiter der FL-BL und andererseits die Leiter von mindestens einer weiterführenden elektrischen Leitung anschließbar sind, und
- daß die Kontaktträger sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Kontaktträger huckepackartig durch federnd einrastende Elemente zu einer Einheit verbunden sind.
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Stromübertragung zwischen zwei Endstellen, zwischen denen mindestens eine in einer Kassette untergebrachte, in Windungen verlaufende Flachbandleitung mit mindestens zwei elektrischen Leitern angeordnet ist, deren Länge wesentlich größer als der Abstand der beiden Endstellen voneinander ist, bei welcher die Kassette aus einem feststehenden Stator und einem drehbaren Rotor besteht, zwischen denen die Flachbandleitung angeordnet ist, bei welcher mindestens eine der beiden Endstellen relativ zu der anderen bewegbar ist und bei welcher die Flachbandleitung an ihren im Bereich der Endstellen liegenden Enden aus der Kassette herausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Stator der Kassette (K) außen mindestens zwei plattenförmige Kontaktträger (18,19) angebracht sind, die einen Freiraum zur Aufnahme von gegeneinander isolierten elektrischen Kontakten (21) umschließen, an welche einerseits die Leiter (15,16) der Flachbandleitung (4) und andererseits die Leiter von mindestens einer weiterführenden elektrischen Leitung (17) anschließbar sind, unddaß die Kontaktträger (18,19) sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Kontaktträger durch federnd einrastende Elemente zu einer Einheit miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Kontaktträger (18,19) mit elektrischen Kontakten (21) bestückt ist, an welche die Leiter (15,16) der Flachbandleitung (4) elektrisch leitend angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mindestens ein erster Kontaktträger (18) an der Stirnseite der Kassette (K) angebracht ist unddaß ein zweiter Kontaktträger (19) sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Kontaktträger huckepackartig am ersten Kontaktträger (18) bzw. dem jeweils vorangehenden Kontaktträger mittels federnd einrastender Elemente befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mindestens einer der Kontaktträger (18,19) mittels federnd einrastender Elemente an einem an der Stirnseite der Kassette (K) montierten Halter (20) angebracht ist unddaß weitere Kontaktträger huckepackartig an dem mit dem Halter (20) verbundenen Kontaktträger angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein erster Kontaktträger (18) an der Umfangsfläche der Kassette (K) montiert ist unddaß mindestens ein weiterer Kontaktträger (19) mittels federnd einrastender Elemente an dem ersten Kontaktträger (18) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiter der weiterführenden elektrischen Leitung (17) an den Kontakten (21) der Kontaktträger (18,19) elektrisch leitend festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der elektrischen Kontakte (21) der Kontaktträger (18,19), welche zum Anschluß der Leiter der weiterführenden elektrischen Leitung (17) bestimmt sind, als Steckelemente ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der elektrischen Kontakte (21) als Stifte ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der elektrischen Kontakte (21) als Buchsen ausgebildet sind.
