Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Fahrstuhls in einem Fahrstuhlschacht, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:- Herrichten einer Lehre, die unmittelbar vom Absatz des oberen Stockwerks zum Absenken eines Installationstragkreuzes installierbar ist;- Positionierung einer Schachtgrundlehre;- Fixieren eines ersten Satzes von vier Führungen (1) und einer ersten Tragarmgruppe (2) am Fahrstuhlschacht;- Fixieren eines Kabinenrahmens mit den betreffenden Sicherheitsblocks zwischen dem ersten Satz der vier Führungen (1) und der ersten Tragarmgruppe (2);- Fixieren eines Bewegungselements für die nachfolgende Bewegung des Kabinenrahmens;- Installieren eines Kabinenbodens an dem Kabinenrahmen sowie einer zweiten, an den vier Führungen (1) befestigten Tragarmgruppe;- Montieren der Kabine und Benutzung ihres Daches als Arbeitsplattform nach Befestigung eines Sicherheitsgeländers auf dem Dach;- Installieren einer mit einem Steuermechanismus versehenen Hilfs-Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung (11) für den Fahrstuhl;- Verbinden eines Steuerhebels einer Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung des Fahrstuhls mit der Steuervorrichtung durch ein Seil;- Fixieren einer dritten Gruppe von Tragarmen (2) und von Verbindungsplatten für den zweiten Führungssatz (1) ;- Positionieren eines Hochzieh-Tragbalkens (13) auf dem dritten Satz von Tragarmen (2) derart, dass die Kabine (9) bewegt und bis zum Erreichen der dritten Tragarmgruppe hochgezogen werden kann;- Fixieren einer folgenden Tragarmgruppe und Hochziehen eines zweiten Satzes Führungen (1) und Fixieren derselben nach der Installation;- erneutes Hochziehen des Tragbalkens (13) der Hochziehvorrichtung und Positionieren auf der gerade installierten Tragarmgruppe, so dass die Kabine (9) wieder hochgezogen werden kann und Wiederholung der Schritte, welche für die Montage weiterer Sätze von Fahrstuhlführungen erforderlich sind, bis die Montage des letzten Satzes Führungen (1) beendet ist; und- Aufhängen des Fahrstuhls an den Zugseilen.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen eine Standardlänge von 5 Metern haben und dass in einem gegenseitigen Abstand von 166 cm Verankerungen fixiert werden.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle von Fahrstühlen, die Fixierungspunkte in kürzeren Entfernungen erfordern, die Möglichkeit zur Verwendung weiterer Tragarme besteht.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung für die Kabine handbetriebener, elektrischer oder hydraulischer Art ist.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfs-Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung über ein Seil mit einem Fuß- oder Handsteuergerät verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfs-Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie eine Aufwärtsbewegung der Kabine ohne Eingriff eines Technikers erlaubt.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfs-Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung ein Paar Zähne aufweist, die im Falle einer Fehlfunktion der Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung des Fahrstuhls auf den Fixiertragarmen der Kabinenführungen aufsitzen können.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne geeignet bemessen sind, um während der Bewegung das Gewicht des Kabinenrahmens, der Kabine, der hochzuziehenden Materialien und der Monteure tragen zu können.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kabine unter Benutzung einer hydraulischen Zugvorrichtung oder einer anderen Vorrichtung an dem neuen Tragbalken angehängt ist.
- Verfahren zum Installieren von Fahrstühlen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfs-Sicherheitskralleneinrichtung die Funktion einer zweiten Sicherheitseinrichtung nur für denjenigen Zeitraum hat, während dessen die Hochziehvorrichtung, um sie wieder an der gerade installierten oberen Tragarmgruppe zu positionieren, von dem Kabinenrahmen abgetrennt ist.
