Claims (10)
- Procédé pour installer un élévateur dans un compartiment de levage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à :- fournir une matrice qui peut être installée directement de la réception du plancher supérieur au système de plomberie inférieur ;- placer une matrice creuse inférieure ;- fixer un premier jeu de quatre dispositifs de guidage (1) et un premier groupe de supports (2) au compartiment de levage ;- fixer un cadre de véhicule comportant les blocs de sécurité appropriés entre le premier jeu de quatre dispositifs de guidage (1) et le premier groupe de supports (2) ;- fixer un dispositif mobile en vue du déplacement suivant du cadre de véhicule ;- monter un plancher de véhicule sur le cadre de véhicule et un deuxième groupe de supports fixé aux quatre dispositifs de guidage (1) ;- monter le véhicule en utilisant son toit comme un plan de travail, après avoir fixé une balustrade de sécurité sur le même toit ;- installer un appareil auxiliaire de sécurité à engrenage (11) pour l'élévateur, prévu avec un mécanisme de commande ;- relier un levier de commande d'un appareil de sécurité à engrenage de l'élévateur audit dispositif de commande à l'aide d'une corde ;- fixer un troisième groupe de supports (2) et des plaques de liaison pour les deuxièmes jeux de dispositifs de guidage (1) ;- placer un barreau de support de levage sur le troisième jeu de supports (2) de telle manière qu'il soit capable de déplacer le véhicule (9), élever celui-ci jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne ledit troisième groupe de supports ;- fixer un groupe suivant de supports et élever un deuxième jeu suivant de dispositifs de guidage (1), fixer celui-ci après qu'il a été raccordé ;- élever de nouveau le barreau de support (13) du dispositif de levage, placer celui-ci sur le groupe de supports qui vient d'être installé de sorte que le véhicule (9) puisse être élevé de nouveau, et répéter les étapes nécessaires pour le montage d'autres jeux de dispositifs de guidage de l'élévateur jusqu'à ce que le montage du dernier jeu de dispositifs de guidage (1) soit terminé ; et- soumettre l'élévateur à une traction sous l'action de cordes de traction.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits dispositifs de guidage ont une longueur standard de 5 mètres, les dispositifs de fixation étant fixés à une distance de 166 cm les uns des autres..
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas où les élévateurs nécessiteraient des points de fixation à une distance inférieure, il serait possible d'utiliser d'autres supports.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif destiné à déplacer le cadre de véhicule est de type manuel, électrique ou hydraulique.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil auxiliaire de sécurité à engrenage est relié par une corde à un dispositif de commande à pédale ou manuel.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil auxiliaire de sécurité à engrenage est réalisé de telle manière qu'il permet le déplacement vertical du véhicule sans qu'une action du technicien soit nécessaire.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil auxiliaire de sécurité à engrenage se compose d'une paire de dents capables de reposer, en cas d'un dysfonctionnement de l'appareil de sécurité à engrenage de l'élévateur, sur les supports de fixation des dispositifs de guidage du véhicule.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites dents sont dimensionnées de manière appropriée afin de supporter, durant le déplacement, le poids du cadre de véhicule, du véhicule, des matériaux qui doivent être élevés, et des opérateurs.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit véhicule est accroché au nouveau barreau de support en utilisant un dispositif hydraulique de traction ou un autre dispositif.
- Procédé pour installer des élévateurs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil auxiliaire de sécurité à engrenage à la fonction d'un deuxième dispositif de sécurité que pendant la période durant laquelle l'appareil élévateur n'est pas relié au cadre de véhicule, afin de le placer de nouveau sur le groupe supérieur de supports qui vient d'être installé.
