Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for manufacturing bespoke footwear, especially from Made to measure shoes, using a pre-made Sole, a preformed upper and one Inlay.
- the human foot is due to its composition from 26 bones, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles a highly complex part of the body. Leonardo da Vinci therefore called the foot a work of art. you does not have to agree with this assessment in order to to recognize that a shoe off the shelf the individual Requirements of the shoe wearer are not always can do justice, and otherwise do not want. This is particularly true, but not exclusively, to those people who as a result of foot deformities or other orthopedic Abnormalities not on the average foot use customized shoes off the rack can. In this respect, this group is up the customization of an individual foot-appropriate Instructed footwear. Other groups of people do not take up for orthopedic considerations Custom-made products back, but because the bespoke footwear can be particularly foot-friendly and the physical Can increase wellbeing. Under the term Footwear should Shoes, boots and others Footwear should be understood, but not Stockings, socks or the like.
- GB-A-617 903 the sole and the shaft are at the foot modeled and manufactured by the customer.
- the Invention set for a method for To provide the manufacture of bespoke footwear, that are the disadvantages of the prior art contained procedures, so in particular the time and effort for customization reduced, so that bespoke shoes clearly in the price can become cheaper. At the same time, however if possible, that changes should also be avoided after completion, or should be necessary be able to make changes if necessary can be.
- a prefabricated sole accordingly the dimensions of the foot of the future shoe wearer is selected, an insert on the prefabricated Sole is applied, the fit of the prefabricated Sole and the insole applied to it checked on the foot of the future shoe wearer is done by placing a pre-shaped shaft over the foot of the later shoe wearer and the preformed one Shaft with the prefabricated sole fits perfectly is connected.
- the footwear is built up Step by step right at the foot of the later one Shoe wearer, so that on the one hand no model of the On the other hand direct feedback received about fit and comfort become. Accordingly, a prefabricated is first Sole according to the dimensions of the Foot of the later shoe wearer selected on the an insert is applied.
- measuring device determines the height at which the The shaft is to be connected to the sole with a precise fit.
- the term measuring device is to be understood very generally. For example, it can be a length measurement or a template be used or a customization board for that feet; in the simplest variant when building markings on the footwear of the customer on the preformed shaft and / or on the prefabricated Sole attached, showing the height the fitting of the shaft to take place Has. Then you can connect using the markings respectively.
- the method according to the invention can in particular applied to the manufacture of orthopedic footwear become.
- an orthopedic insert or dressing used which of course the individual Need to be adjusted.
- the corresponding Measures for this are known to the person skilled in the art. It can both active and passive deposits are used become.
- the preformed one Shank releasably connected to the prefabricated sole becomes.
- Sewable sewable upper and sole It is not to rule out that despite the consultation with the later shoe rack when making the footwear after completion, corrections or Changes need to be made. That's the way it is for example conceivable that changed orthopedic Necessities must be taken into account by adding the orthopedic insert is to be increased.
- preformed Separate the upper and the prefabricated sole e.g. B. by separating the connecting seam. After that the removable insert can be replaced and the shaft and sole are connected again, advantageously releasable, e.g. B. by detachable Sewing.
- the preformed upper in its sole facing the sole Edge area run essentially vertically, in particular not in the area of the sole be curved inside, as in the prior art is common. That way it is straightforward possible the sewing height of the shaft with the To adapt the sole to the foot of the customer by putting in the height is shifted until the later shoe carrier Reports accuracy of fit. With one at his This is the underside of the curved shaft In principle, change the height not at all or only very limited possible. Accordingly, too the front to stiffen the toe and heel area and rear caps in the shoe on the side of each Sewing height can be adjusted.
- the prefabricated sole is made from the preformed Separate shaft, e.g. B. by the connecting seam separated, the insert removed from the sole and applied to a new prefabricated sole, and the new sole is connected to the preformed upper will, e.g. B. by sewing.
- the old deposit against a new one can be exchanged, if necessary the new insert can be replaced the exchanged deposit has changed, e.g. to take orthopedic needs into account wear.
- the exchange is the Sole and / or the insert compared to a new production to prefer.
- Custom-made footwear that is based on the invention Manufacturing process results as an independent solution to the task at hand claimed.
- orthopedic Shoes made by the process are included, but also all other types of Shoes such as u. a. Leisure and sports shoes, work shoes and normal street shoes.
- Figures 1 to 4 with (1) is a prefabricated Sole referred to essentially as flat, contoured, foot-shaped plate is.
- the underside of the sole (1) has a profile to improve traction on how it does Known specialist.
- On the top is on the edge circumferentially one essentially vertically after protruding thin-walled edge (2) formed above.
- This sole (1) is advantageously made of one Piece, and is available in different Standard shoe sizes available.
- the one on the Top edge projecting vertically upwards (2) is not mandatory, but it makes it easier sewing to the preformed shaft (6).
- Insert (5) are introduced, which from one of the materials contained in the prior art is, and essentially as a negative of Sole of the future shoe wearer is formed.
- the insert runs for lateral foot stabilization increasingly vertical on the top towards the edge rising upwards, so that the sole of the foot in particular on the heel and inner and outer longitudinal arch receives firm hold from below and from the side.
- the external dimensions are chosen such that the insert (5) fits perfectly into the prefabricated sole bed Inserts (1).
- the preformed Shaft (6) has a substantially oval top Entry opening (7) for the foot on, on the top are also the tongue (8) and the lacing elements (9) can be seen in the exemplary embodiment shown Velcro fasteners (9) are provided.
- the Tongue (8) can also be used with a tongue pad Upper leather and lining are equipped.
- the Shape of the shaft (6) corresponds to that in the position Technology known embodiments, except for the The fact that the preformed shaft (6) on the the side facing the sole (1) essentially runs vertically, as in Figure 2, which is a view from below of a preformed shaft (6) shows, is shown. It is therefore special not curved inwards as in the prior art Technology is known. Shafts (6) in different, suitable sizes for the prefabricated soles (1) are just like the prefabricated soles (1) and typical insoles (5) in various standard sizes kept ready.
