Definitions
- the invention relates to a door or a gate with at least a decorative application, especially for a front door or a Garage door on a base plate, especially made of wood, is appropriate.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a Door or gate with at least one decorative application create the or the disadvantages described above avoids and particularly stable, simple and inexpensive can be produced.
- the proposed door / gate consists of a Base plate, which in the door / gate frame as a door / gate leaf is attached.
- the door or door leaf can any material, especially wood or Plastic.
- a milling is made in this base plate introduced, but not compared to the known methods is continuous, but for example only one fifth of the door or door leaf thickness is deep.
- a decorative application can then be used in depth and safely be anchored, e.g. by means of an adhesive or form-fitting fasteners.
- the main advantage is that instead of one Breakthrough in the door or door leaf only one recess is milled in, in which the corresponding decorative application is attached.
- doors / gates with several This approach is very advantageous because the decors Milling for individual decor application is relatively simple, can be manufactured in particular by contour milling.
- Doors or gates generally have standard dimensions, the Manufacturers essentially regardless of the shape and size of the selected decors to a relatively small standard range Fall back on base plates and thus the inventory simplify.
- Another advantage is the fact that the door or Gate core, namely essentially the one-piece base plate, is not interrupted by other material, and thus Cold bridges or leaks largely excluded are. It is also advantageous that complicated to manufacture Glass strips or frames to delimit a decor largely can be dispensed with. However, for optical reasons desired such frame, this is still possible; it the edges of the cutout are then profiled accordingly, e.g. in one step as a shadow gap in the base plate miteingefrabel.
- Fig. 1 there is a new door 1 from a door frame 2, in which a base plate 3 is fixed as a door leaf.
- the door frame 2 is struck on a door frame 4 fastened in the wall and in Can be closed with a lock 5 in the usual way.
- On the Base plate 3 (door leaf) here are two decorative applications 7 attached, namely in the upper area essentially hexagonal and in the lower area an angular one Decorative application 7, each in a corresponding area Milling 6 (plus the required installation gap; see Fig. 2) in the continuous base plate 3 is used and are preferably glued.
- the one shown here dotted Decorative application 7 preferably consists of an approximately 1 cm thick Stone or glass material.
- the decorative application 7 is in each case Congruent in the "recessed" recess 6 in the base plate 3 attached, in particular glued directly.
- the decorative application 7 on its back by means of a positive Fastening means, in the embodiment of FIG. 2 with Screws 9, be fastened from the inside.
- the decorative application 7 in addition to indicated in wavy lines gluing 8 on its back a carrier plate 10 (see FIG. 2) in the base plate 3 engagingly attached.
- folds or the Outer edge 11 of the carrier plate 10 in the manner of a spring snap connection directly in grooves 12 (see FIG. 2) Intervene base plate 3 and this in the manner of a clamp reach under positively.
- the Transition points between the decorative application 7 and the Base plate 3 can be sealed in a known manner, e.g. With a circumferential silicone bead 13.
- cantilevered decorative applications 7 can be applied to each anywhere in the door leaf or in the base plate 3 "sunk" to be fixed, using support bars or frame is omitted.
- the edges of the cutout 6 and / or the decorative application 7 can be advantageous Be rounded or contoured.
- decor application 7 is preferred a flat, e.g. polished metal or stone surface (dotted drawn) used. Furthermore, the use of any kind of Decorative glass, structured glass or similar materials possible. As Decorative application 7 can also be flat material, e.g. Aluminum plates with a textured surface become. The decorative application 7 is preferred to that here left-facing outer surface of the base plate 3 reset. Through this deepened or "sunken” arrangement The risk of injury (e.g. from children playing) on the edges of the decorative application 7 reduced, as well as the tendency to pollution, since rainwater can roll off before the decorative surface.
- the decorative application 7 is on the back with an adhesive 8 on the recessed main surface of the Milled 6 attached.
- the back of the decorative application 7 can also have a carrier plate 10 on which the above mentioned fasteners, in particular screws 9 are attached.
- the carrier plate 10 can be bent 11 have in the manner of a bracket in a corresponding Engage the milled groove 12.
- the grooves 12 are preferably on provided rear edge of the cut 6 and in one Operation made with this. This results in a Particularly secure anchoring because lateral forces are particularly good be supported.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that the Edges of the milling 6 are at least partially machined can.
- all types of chamfers and Profiling provided.
- profiling such as e.g. the stepped edge 14 on the outer edge of the Milling 6, in particular the visual impression of Decorative strips are generated so that the separate application such strips are omitted.
- Edge 14 on the edge of the cut 6 dripping rainwater be influenced so that the surface of the decorative application 7th is not or hardly wetted and therefore remains clean longer.
- These draining edges 14 are produced in one Operation also by CNC or contour milling, and also Fantasy forms can be created.
- the surface of the Decorative application 7 by a few millimeters compared to that in FIG. 2 to the left-facing main surface of the base plate 3 is sunk. But it is also possible that the decorative application 7 opposite the main surface is partially projecting, wherein however, the back (on the adhesive 8) to maintain a good overall appearance is recessed in the cut 6. In the latter case, it is preferably provided that the edge of the Decorative application 7 all around with a silicone bead 13 is sealed to prevent water ingress in the edge area excluded. This will damage the base plate 3 or the door / gate core (door / gate leaf) safely avoided.
- the manufacturing process starts from a smooth Base plate 3 as a door leaf first the outline of the desired Decorative application 7 detected, e.g. by projection.
- Decor applications 7 also used saved graphic files be, so that it is a end mill for producing the Milling 6 can be controlled precisely.
- Base plate 3 After milling out the Base plate 3 is the decorative application 7 on the door leaf (Base plate 3) attached, either directly in the recessed Milled 6 glued and / or by means of the backwards protruding bends 11 in the grooves 12 or by a central screw 9 attached to the base plate 3.
- the outline of the decorative application 7 compared to the essentially same area border of the cut 6 a slightly smaller outside dimension, so that the first one with a small clearance fit second can be used. The resulting minimal
- the joint is finally made with a thin silicone bead 13 covered.
- Heavy and cantilevered decorative applications 7, especially glass faceted stones or polished marble cubes be secured in a safe manner. This will create a particularly attractive optical design achieved.
- Decorative applications 7 are arranged by the sunk Milled 6 in the base plate 3 laterally exactly fixed and thus safely protected against detachment or shear stress.
- the screw 9 also protrude through the base plate 3 and from the back are screwed here, which are finally covered with a blind plug 15 is closed.
- With rotationally symmetrical Decorative applications 7 is such a hole in the door leaf but not necessary, since the central screw 9 is then from the front (here in Fig. 2: left) of the door into the wood the base plate 3 can be screwed. Through the milling 6 there is an automatic centering.
