Definitions
- the invention relates to a window or door frame, various Components that can be used in this framework and a method for manufacturing a window or door frame.
- the invention is based on a window or door frame, the a frame profile and an attachment area on which a pane is present, as well as one opposite to the investment area Has arranged bar side of the disc.
- Such one Window or door frames are, for example, in DE 198 33 411 A1 described.
- the bar also glass bar called
- several tasks First, she presses on the the side of the pane opposite the contact area and thus the disc against the contact area. This is because of the Sealing the pane of particular importance.
- the contact area includes a seal against which the disk is pressed.
- the second task of the bar is to add another seal, namely to that of the investment area opposite side of the disc.
- the third The task of the bar is its decorative function: the bar should the transition area between the frame profile and the pane optically complete.
- the bar often consists of the same Material like the frame profile, for example made of wood.
- a seal in a space between the bar and added the disc, for example a seal, such as it is known from DE 198 33 411 A1.
- the bar is advantageous not directly on the frame profile, but removably attached to the pressure element, for example attached to this.
- "Removable” is not meant to be here mean that the bar must be easy to remove by hand, it it may also be necessary to use a tool.
- the investment area in the invention Window or door frames include a seal.
- this is the outer seal, while the one in the space seal received between the bar and the washer is an inner seal.
- this includes Frame profile a solid body, especially made of wood.
- the term "solid body” is intended to encompass the frame e.g. four parts is composed, for example in Miter are joined together.
- a profile part that consists in particular of metal (such as aluminum) or plastic, and the contact area is formed on this profile part.
- the profile part advantageously projects in the direction parallel to Washer further inside the frame than the solid one Body.
- Below the "inside of the frame” is the area the disc and also one perpendicular to the disc surface to understand standing volume.
- the profile part must therefore not necessarily leading to the pane, but can run parallel to the plane of the disc and then if necessary additionally have an area perpendicular to Disc surface leads to this.
- the profile part has an edge that one with the solid Reaching behind the body in a firmly connected arm, that a yielding of the profile part due to the pressing element applied pressure is counteracted.
- This Training enables the profile part to be very thin-walled design so that material is saved.
- the increase in Elasticity of the profile part, which results in yielding of the pressure exerted by the pressure element is carried out by the arm compensated.
- a window or door frame with a bar and one additional pressing element is an independent invention, i.e. it can also be realized if the bar still exerts pressure on the disc and no pressure element is additionally provided.
- This standalone invention is that a window or door frame is a frame profile with a solid body, especially made of wood, on which a profile part, in particular made of metal or Plastic is attached, with a contact area on the profile part is formed, on which a disc rests, and wherein according to the invention with the solid body in firm connection standing arm an edge formed on the profile part engages behind.
- Another aspect of the basic invention of a window or Door frame with a bar and an additional pressure element is one that is firmly connected to the frame profile Support device, in particular edge, on which there is a foot area supports the pressing element.
- edge is part of the Frame profile can be, as well as that at another Component is formed, which in turn attached to the frame profile is. The edge makes it possible to press the element Installation defined to use in the window or door frame and prevents the pressure element from slipping away.
- a base part is provided, formed on the arm and edge are, with the base part attached to the solid body is.
- This base part can also be between the arm and the Edge that yes arranged on two different sides of the disc have a flat area on which the disc directly or indirectly via a so-called glazing block rests.
- the base part on the side of the arm can be another Have edge when inserting a glazing block serves as a stop for the block over the flat area.
- the pressing element comprises at least one screw, such is angled that a component is one of the screw exerted on the pressing element force a pressing surface of the Pressing element presses against the disc.
- the screw can the pressure of the pressure element on the disc and to adjust the disc very precisely against the contact area or vote and a certain minimum pressure is guaranteed.
- This independent invention can be formulated that a window or door frame a frame profile and has a contact area against which a disc rests, as well as on the side of the Disc arranged pressing element, this one obliquely guided screw, which exerts a force on the pressing element exerts one component on one with the disc in Connected pressure surface and thus against the disc suppressed. An additional bar would then not be necessary.
- a window or door frame with a bar and the pressure element has an additional pressure element a foot area and lies with a flat pressure surface on the disc, with the pressing surface in one plane that does not cut the foot area.
- the pressure surface on an area of the pressure element head area
- This embodiment makes it easier install the pressure element, it can namely with his Foot area on the side that does not protrude the pressure surface, be placed on the supporting edge and then towards be tilted towards the disc until the pressure surface comes into contact the disc is coming.
- the foot area against at least one abutment firmly connected to the frame profile i.e. a point that does not yield to pressure, presses, this abutment being an edge, for example can, which is also advantageous on the above-mentioned base part is designed to interact with the side of the foot area, on which the pressure surface protrudes to the side.
- the foot area is then ideally between the above Support element, i.e. the edge and the abutment.
- the abutment can also be arranged somewhat above the foot area be, but below the pressure surface.
- the abutment prevents a complete Giving in the pressure element, but serves as a kind of "Kink” or as a place around which the others are Bend parts of the pressure element, especially the head part the pressure surface.
- the invention is also implemented through a window or a door with a door frame according to the invention.
- This base part has a direct factual connection with the separation of the function of the bar according to the invention and that of the pressing element: for a specific pressing element a suitable base part can be manufactured.
- a suitable base part can be manufactured.
- the window or door frame profile specifically to the Pressure element can be adapted, i.e. in turn a support device have, but the support device is on the Base part provided that simply on the window or door frame profile is to be fastened, for example by means of two Bridges that are in a groove of the window or door frame profile be inserted, or also by means of suitable pins.
- the base part advantageously has a plurality of support devices on, so that it can be used for discs of different thicknesses is: Depending on the pane thickness, the pressure element is on supported the corresponding support device.
- the support is on one side of a base plate trained on the other side of the support device is formed, and a perpendicular to the base plate running wall connects the base plate with the flat one Area.
- the flat area can be parallel to the floor slab extending plate be formed so that between these there is a cavity in both plates. Such structures are easy to manufacture by injection molding.
- the flat area can also be the surface of a cuboid block, one side of which forms the above wall.
- Base part is a lateral projection at the transition from the Wall provided to the flat area, for example by the Plate that forms the flat area, slightly laterally over the Wall protrudes. This projection can then be used as an abutment serve the purpose as described above.
- this has one arm protruding sideways, the end of which continues from the support surface is removed as the flat area.
- This arm finds sensible use in a window or door frame where a frame profile is used, which consists of a solid body and there is an additional profile part attached to this.
- the species therefore protrudes over the flat area “into the Height "because the flat area supports the Serves disc, but the arm a laterally acting to the disc To exert (counter) force.
- the arm advantageously includes at its end a perpendicular to Contact surface extending web, i.e. a web that is in the installed state runs parallel to the surface of the disc. at accordingly shaped active surface of the profile part can then Counterforce against the pressure exerted by the pressure element be optimized.
- the base part advantageously has on the arm the above mentioned edge on that as a stop for the glazing blocks serves.
- the base part has at least one Recess for a screw on, is particularly advantageous in this recess a screw thread (in the frame profile or Pressing element) continued.
- the base part can be made of plastic, for example by injection molding. Because of the high forces it must withstand, it is advantageous made of glass fiber reinforced Made of plastic.
- the basic invention of the separation of bar and pressure element enables a special design of pressure elements for a window or door frame according to three aspects.
- the pressing element according to the invention has three in all of these Aspects of a foot area and a (flat) pressure surface.
- the pressing element has a screw thread on, which is guided in the pressure element that a screw screwed into the screw thread in the direction of the Level of the pressing surface moves.
- the screw thread is advantageous with respect to the plane of the pressure surface, i.e. the screw force does not completely affect the pressure surface, but only a component of the tightening force.
- This first aspect of the invention is through the basic invention the separation of bar and pressure element enables:
- the bar which mostly consists of wood, usually has to be nailed become. Screw threads are less stable in soft wood, and screws also affect the appearance of the window. Since the last in the prior art relatively quickly Frame profile must be attached because the worker yes must simultaneously exert pressure on the disc and the Must attach the bar are screws for attaching the bar unsuitable for the window or door frames of the prior art, because the screwing is very slow.
- By the additional pressing element in the invention gives one "Attack surface" for a screw.
- the pressure element with the screw thread With the pressure element with the screw thread, the pressure can of the pressing element, more precisely the flat pressing surface, against a washer by tightening a screw thread Screw can be adjusted precisely.
- one based on the basic invention of the Separation of the bar and pressure element enables design of a pressing element, this has a device for connecting the pressure element with a bar.
- the bar is not directly on the frame profile of the Window or door frame attached, but on the pressure element.
- the pressure element is connected to the bar advantageously by means of a tongue and groove system.
- the device for connecting located on the pressure element the same with a bar preferably a spring, that is, a Projection that can engage in a groove.
- this projection has several serrations, for example have a slowly rising flank in the plug-on direction and then fall off steeply, so that the bar is slightly on the The spring can be attached, but the jags are quick Prevent the strip from stripping.
- Pressing element is its flat pressing surface on one Head part of the pressure element formed, the extent to a Side protrudes that the pressing surface in a pressing surface plane that does not cut the foot area.
- a design of the pressing element swiveling it into the pressing position, in which the pressure surface presses on the disc.
- Such Design is when using a bar for both Do not press or to decoratively close the window possible because the wood material used for the bar is different not suitable for such a shape and also the bar still has to accommodate the inner seal and therefore something different must be shaped.
- One end of the pressure surface advantageously forms the "upper" edge the pressing element, i.e. the pressure surface is on one of them Edges formed by part of the headboard, which of the Foot surface is further apart than all other parts of the Pressing element. This means nothing else than none other parts of the pressure element are further up than the pressure surface, so that immediately next to the pressure surface (in the window, for example above this) the bar the pane can touch or there may also be an inner seal can.
- the pressing elements according to the three aspects mentioned above can be further developed by the following features:
- the foot area can comprise at least one foot surface which is in a Level. It is obvious that the foot plane is the pressing surface plane cuts at an angle of 90 °. Then it says the foot surface on a support, and the pressing element presses the disc with its pressure surface exactly to the side. It is but also possible that the base level in the pressing surface level cuts an angle that is slightly larger than 90 °, for example by 0.05 to 5 ° or preferably by 0.1 to 1 ° is greater than 90 °. As a result, the pressure surface something "overhangs" and then when fitting the pressure element something is pushed back.
- This embodiment is special can be used advantageously in connection with a pressure element, that has a certain elasticity. The pressure surface is then pressed back into the 90 ° position, and the elastic spring force of the pressure element increases the pressure the disc.
- the foot region advantageously has on the side of the pressure surface a surface perpendicular to the base of the foot. Then the foot area can come into contact with a wall and thereby be stabilized. Has the foot area on the side of the Pressure surface opposite side on a straight edge, can be attached to the frame profile with this side Edge are supported.
- the pressing element advantageously has a recess, in particular a groove in the foot area that divides the foot area in two divides, on the one hand, the effect of force on the two parts the foot area is definable and on the other hand the pressing element can be positioned so that a projection into the Recess protrudes.
- the pressing element advantageously has an (additional) recess between the pressure surface and the foot area.
- This Recess can with the above projection of the base part at the transition from the the floor slab to the flat area connecting wall to this flat area such that the projection acts as an abutment.
- the pressing elements according to the three aspects mentioned above are preferably made of plastic, with a glass fiber reinforced Plastic is particularly suitable.
- a base part can also be used of the type mentioned above together with a pressing element be provided in a set, with base part and pressure element are coordinated.
- the base part there is a gap between the support element and the Wall that connects the floor slab to the flat area.
- the foot area of the pressing element shaped in such a way that it fits precisely into this space, for example, can be positively pressed. It is but also possible to provide a certain game.
- This set can be developed in such a way that the above called further recess of the pressing element between the Pressure surface and the foot part and the one serving as an abutment lateral projection on the edge of the flat area when fitting of the foot area of the pressure element in the base are at the same height, so that they are in operative connection with one another get, the side projection then into the recess of the pressing element protrudes and at the latest when the Pressure element abuts against this and thus as an abutment serves.
- the strip has a device for Connect the bar with a pressure element, namely the groove already mentioned above.
- the bar can also be a device for receiving part of a seal, namely for example another groove in which the base of a seal Stops.
- a pressing element of the type mentioned above with a spring or a projection and a bar of the type just mentioned also be provided as a set, in which case bar and Pressure element are precisely matched to one another:
- the groove in the bar is then just as deep that the projection of the pressing element when pushing the bar onto the pressure element touches the bottom of the groove, so that the plug-in position of the bar is precisely defined.
- the set can also be a Include bar and several associated pressure elements.
- This set can also be used with the above set of base part and pressure element can be combined, i.e. it can be a set of three provided from base part, pressure element and bar be, the pressure element with its foot area in the Base part is adjustable and the bar on the pressing element is attachable, possibly in its form to the Base part is adapted.
- a window or Door frame profile provided which is a solid body, especially made of wood, and a profile part attached to it, in particular made of metal or plastic, wherein the Frame profile is characterized in that it is a facility for attaching a base part of the type mentioned above having.
- the easiest way to set up is as a groove (in the massive body) formed, the groove of course not can be provided anywhere, but on a surface of the solid body, which in the finished window or Door frame facing the pane.
- a frame profile made of solid body and additional Profile part is preferably a base part with an arm, such as it was used above.
- the pressure element is not only advantageous on the frame profile attached, but then the pressure of the Pressure element on the disc by means of at least one screw set.
- a frame profile 10 consists of a solid wooden body 12, which is connected to another solid wooden body 14, and a profile part fastened to the solid wooden body 12 16, which is made of plastic, but alternatively also Metal, e.g. Aluminum.
- the massive one Body 12 has a groove 18 for fastening an inventive Base part on, in the surface 20, the ins Inside of the window frame to be assembled, i.e. to disc to be installed.
- the profile part 16 has an outer wall visible from the outside 22, which consists essentially of a flat plate. Two are not visible on the outer wall 22 from the outside Fins 24 and 26 formed by the outer wall 22nd protrude vertically inwards.
- the web 24 connects the outer Wall 22 with an inner wall 28 which is parallel to outer wall 22 runs. Is part of the inner wall 28 a web 30 which extends from the web 24 in the direction perpendicular to the web 26 runs there. From the web 26 also kinks vertically, namely towards web 24, one web 32 and the opposite Towards a web 34. Between webs 32 and 34 and the solid wooden body 12 is a sealing element or sealing tape 36.
- the profile part is by a fastener 37 on the massive Fixed wooden body 12, the behind the outer wall 22nd is provided and the profile part 16 via the webs 30 and 32nd presses against the solid body 12.
- the outer wall 22 protrudes in the direction parallel to the one to be inserted Pane further inside the frame (i.e. in Fig. 1 further up) than the solid body 12.
- To the outer wall 22 then closes in the direction of the curved wall part 38 to be installed, at the end of which the contact area 40 is formed.
- This consists of a very at the end of the curved wall part 38 for massive wooden body 12 bent web 42 and from a from the curved wall part 38 leading substantially L-shaped Edge 44, one leg perpendicular to the solid Body 12 points, and on which a web 46 is formed which points in the direction of the web 42.
- the webs 42 and 46 serve to hold a seal 48 (see further in FIG.
- the seal 48 has on the side that to be installed
- the disc instructs a relatively flat area 52 which are followed by a recess 54 and a support foot 56.
- the base part shown in FIG. 9 has a base plate 60 on.
- the lower side of the base plate in FIG. 9 forms one flat support surface 62 with which the base part on the surface 20 of the solid body 12 can rest.
- To attach of the base part on the solid wooden body 12 serve two webs 64 and 66, which project perpendicularly from the base plate 60 and are chamfered at their end. Between the webs 64 and 66 there is a gap 68.
- the groove 18 in the solid wooden body 12 is so wide that the webs 64 and 66 are clamped therein are preferably pressed slightly towards each other (reducing the gap 68).
- Walls 78 and 80 are perpendicular to base plate 60, with the Walls 78 and 80 are longer than the protrusions 70 and 72.
- the both walls 78 and 80 are interconnected by a flat plate 82 connected, which runs parallel to the base plate 60.
- a flat region 84 is formed on the flat plate 82, on which a glass pane or glazing blocks are supported can be.
- the flat plate protrudes towards the webs 70 and 72 laterally somewhat beyond the wall 78, so that a lateral projection 86 is formed and thus the plane Area 84, i.e. the contact surface, in particular for thicker ones Glass panes is enlarged.
- an arm 88 is formed, which is initially in a Angle of approximately 45 ° to the base plate 60 to the outside of this leads away and then continues perpendicular to the bottom plate of this web 90 leading away.
- Arm 88 is one Wall 92 supported.
- An edge 94 is formed on the arm, which forms a stop surface 96 which is perpendicular to the base plate 60 stands and approximately at the level of the flat area 84 has its lower end in FIG. 9.
- the webs 64 and 66 are pressed into the groove 18, until the bearing surface 62 on the surface 20 of the massive Wooden body rests. At the same time, the web 90 must be behind the Edge 44 are set so that it engages behind them.
- the Dimensions of the base part 58 and the position of the groove 18 and Edge 44 are matched so that arm 90 is accurate reaches behind the edge 44 when the base part 58 is installed is.
- a window pane 98 placed and on the seal 48 and thus the Plant area 40 created.
- the window pane shown here 98 consists of double glazing 98 'and 98' '.
- the disc 98 can be made of glass, or alternatively of a plastic such as Plexiglass etc. exist.
- the disk 98 appears to float in FIG. 3.
- the reason for that is that between the disc 98 and the plate 82 of the base part so-called glazing blocks are used. These are smaller ones, not covering the entire cross section of the window frame extending support elements, usually made of relatively hard Plastic that does not cover the entire cross section of the Window frame extend and therefore not shown in the figures are. They are in the form of small plates.
- the positioning the glazing blocks are facilitated by the edge 94: The glazing blocks are inserted from the right in Fig. 3, until they abut the stop surface 96 of the edge 94.
- the pressing element 100 consists of a Foot area 102 and a head area 104 with a pressure surface 106.
- the foot area 102 is divided into two foot parts 108 and 110, which are separated from one another by a groove 112. about the location of the groove 112 can be the distribution of the acting forces to be defined on the foot parts 108 and 110, similar to a vaulted arch.
- the groove is so deep that it has the projection 70 of the base part can accommodate if the pressure element so is attached to the base part 58 that the projection 72 as Support device for the rear foot 108 serves. So that Foot part 108 are supported on one of the projections 70, 72 can, it points on the opposite side of the pressing surface 106 Side (in Fig.
- the base parts have 108 and 110 on the underside foot surfaces 116 and 118, respectively, which are flat and in one common plane FE, which are shown in dashed lines in Fig. 10 is.
- the flat pressing surface 106 lies in one plane AF, which is also shown in dashed lines. As in Fig. 10 can be seen, the headboard protrudes to one side (in Fig. 10 to the left) that the pressing surface plane AF the foot area 102 does not cut.
- the pressing surface plane forms an inner angle with the foot plane FE ⁇ . This is preferably 90 °, but can also be selected to be slightly larger if the pressing element 100 consists of elastic material.
- the front foot portion 110 faces on the same side as that Pressure surface 106 is a perpendicular to foot surface 118 Surface 120, which is suitable, in contact with the wall 78 of the Base part 58 to come. Between this surface 120 and the Pressure surface 106 is provided with a recess 122, i.e. the Area 120 continues from an area shown in FIG. 10 leads to the right, i.e. one perpendicular from the pressure surface 106 has leading component. This recess 120 is located themselves at such a height that they are at the installation of the pressure element 100 in the base part 58 with the projection 86 the wall 78 cooperates.
- the base part 58 and the pressing element 100 consist of glass fiber reinforced plastic. Perpendicular to the level of Section of Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 they have a length of 50 mm. So in the built-in window they do not extend over the entire length of the frame, the sectional views of FIG. 3rd up to 8 only apply to certain parts of the window frame to. However, several base parts and several pressing elements can be used be used in a frame.
- the location of the installation of the pressing element 100 in the window frame depends on how thick the disk 98 is.
- the base part 58 is adapted for two slice thicknesses. With a thick one Disc is the pressing element from the projection 72 of the base part 58 supported, then the projection 70 in the groove 112 of the pressing element 100 is received. 4 is the second, thinner disk 98 shown. In this case the Projection 70 with the edge 74 as a support for the Pressing element 100 used.
- the pressing element 100 is initially inserted obliquely, wherein the edge 114 of the foot part 108 is attached to the projection 70 becomes. Then the pressing element 100 is shown in FIG Position swiveled.
- the one on the pressing surface 106 acting pressure can be found by locking a screw in the Screw thread of the pressing element shown in dashed lines 100, which penetrates the base part 58 and in the massive Wooden body 12 penetrates, can be adjusted precisely.
- the screw has a force component that is perpendicular to the pressure surface 106 and thus acts on the window.
- a supportive It is important that the foot part 110 with its surfaces 118 and 120 is fitted exactly into the base part 58, so that the Wall 78 exerts a counterforce. Above all, he wins here Tab 86 its importance. This also serves as an abutment.
- the pressing element 100 can do not give in to the location of the protrusion 86. So it happens a certain deflection of the head part 104 and to an increased Pressure over the pressing surface 106 on the disk 98.
- the in Fig. 11 in cross section shown wooden strip that extends in length over the entire In principle, the frame extends and has surfaces of any shape 128 and 130, which in the assembled window frame from are visible from the outside. All other areas are purely functional Character: The areas shown on the left in Fig. 11 are exactly complementary to the surfaces on which the strip 132 is to be attached. A cutout should be mentioned in particular 134, which is complementary to the projections 70 and 72 and sloping surfaces 136 and 138 that correspond to corresponding surfaces of the Pressure element 100 are complementary.
- a groove 140 which is connected to the spring 124 of the pressing element 100 cooperates and in particular is so wide that the spring 124th fits exactly and holds the bar at the same time.
- the depth of the groove 140 is precisely matched to the length of the tongue 124:
- the bar 132 is completely on the pressure element 100, as shown in FIG. 7, is sufficient Tongue 124 exactly to the bottom of the groove 140, and the surfaces 136, 138 come with corresponding surfaces of the pressing element 100 in plant or have little play between them.
- the hooks 126 on the spring 124 make it easier to attach them the bar 132, but make it difficult to pull it off. To peel off the bar may need a tool, such as a wedge or wooden blocks.
- the strip 132 is shaped so that after plugging onto the Pressing element 100 an intermediate space 142 between the strip 132 and disk 98 remains.
- This space 142 serves for Inclusion of a seal, which is mostly the inner seal.
- the seal is supported by a second groove 144, that in the embodiment shown in FIG Bar 132 on one side (in Fig. 11 above) from one smaller area 146 is limited than the area 148 that the other side of the groove 144 forms.
- the last step is a such inner seal 150 in the space 142 between the Disk 98 and the bar 132 pressed.
- the finished state is shown in Fig. 8.

- the seal can also have the characteristics have the seal shown in DE 198 33 411 A1.
- Figures 1 to 8 are only a section show a window frame according to the invention.
- a window frame usually delimits a disk such as disk 98 four edges, and in the window frame according to the invention on all four of these edges the disc 98 is held as this is shown in Fig. 8.
- the pressing elements are not on all sides of the disk 98, but for example only to be provided above and below.
- selected terms referring to Elements refer to the entire window frame extend are also to be understood in this way.
- a window frame comprises only one pane 98th
- the individual components of the The dimensions of the window frame are precisely coordinated:
- the web 90 of the arm 88 of the base part 58 engages precisely behind the edge 44 of the profile part 16 (Fig. 2), the dimensions of the foot area 102 of the pressing element 100 are exactly the same dimensioned that this between the projection 70 and the wall 78th fits, and the contact surface 106 is exactly on one such a place that they are straight when the pressing part 100 is installed presses against the glass pane 98 (see FIG. 5).
- the bar too 132 is shaped exactly so that it can be pressed onto the pressure element (and the base part) fits and at the same time an intermediate space 142 leaves for the seal 150.
- the individual components of the Window frames according to the invention are therefore advantageous in the set manufacture.
