Definitions
- the invention relates to a window or door frame according to the preamble of Ansprüchs 1.
- the invention is based on a window or door frame, the a frame profile and an attachment area, on which a disc is present, as well as one on the investment area opposite Side of the disc arranged bar has.
- a Window or door frame is for example in DE 198 33 411 A1 described.
- the bar also glass bar called
- several tasks First, she presses on the the investment area opposite side of the disc and thus the disc against the investment area. This is because of the Sealing the disc of particular importance.
- the abutment area comprises a gasket, against the disc is pressed.
- the second task of the bar is it, another seal, namely at the investment area opposite side of the disc to record.
- the third The task of the strip lies in its ornamental function: The strip should the transition area between the frame profile and the disc optically complete.
- the bar is often the same Material such as the frame profile, for example made of wood.
- EP 0 870 895 A2 and GB 1 455 135 disclose window or door frames with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
- EP 0 444 510 A1 discloses an arrangement for fixing a glass sheet. These Arrangement comprises a frame profile and a contact area, on which a disc is applied. On the side opposite the investment area of the disc is a Bar arranged. The strip has an elastic region that the disc presses against the investment area. A separate from the bar pressure element as well as a bar covering structure are not disclosed.
- a window or door frame provide, the pressing of the write against the investment area Improved.
- a seal in a space between the strip and the disc received, for example, a seal, such as it is known from DE 198 33 411 A1.
- the pressure element at least partially and best completely hidden, being under “Cover” here means that the pressure element then on finished window or door frame due to the bar only partially or not at all.
- the strip is not directly on the frame profile, but removably attached to the pressure element, for example attached to this.
- “Removable” should not be here mean that the bar must be easy to solve by hand, it For this purpose, the use of a tool may be necessary.
- the investment area in the inventive Window or door frame include a seal.
- this is the outer seal while in the gap seal received between the strip and the disc an inner seal is.
- a solid body especially made of wood.
- solid body is intended to encompass the frame e.g. four parts is composed, for example, in Miter are joined together.
- a profile part the especially made of metal (such as aluminum) or plastic, and the contact area is formed on this profile part.
- the profile part protrudes in the direction parallel to Slice further inside the frame than the massive one Body.
- Inside of the frame here is the area the disc and also one perpendicular to the disc surface to understand standing volume.
- the profile part must therefore not necessarily led to the disc, but can run parallel to the plane of the disc and then optionally additionally have an area perpendicular to the Disc surface leads to this.
- the profile part has an edge, the one with the solid Body in a fixed connection behind arm, so, that a yielding of the profile part due to the of the pressure element applied pressure is counteracted.
- Another aspect is one with the frame profile in firm connection Supporting device, in particular edge, at which a foot area supported by the pressing element.
- edge at which a foot area supported by the pressing element.
- in firm connection here is to understand both that the edge is part of Frame profile, as well as that at another Component is formed, which in turn attached to the frame profile is. The edge allows the pressure element during the Installation defined in the window or door frame insert and prevents subsequent slipping of the pressure element.
- the pressing element comprises at least one screw thread, the like is guided obliquely that a component of one of a screw disposed in the screw force exerted on the pressure element, a pressure surface of the Pressing element presses against the disc.
- the screw thread so guided in the pressure element that a Screw screwed into the screw thread in the direction of Level of the pressing surface moves.
- the screw thread is advantageous slanted with respect to the plane of the pressure surface, i.e. the screw force does not act completely on the pressure surface, but only a component of the screwing force.
- This aspect of the invention will be the Separation of bar and pressing element allows:
- One Bar which is mostly made of wood, must be nailed as a rule become. Screw threads are less stable in soft wood, and screws also affect the appearance of the window. Since the strips in the prior art relatively quickly on Frame profile must be attached, because the worker yes must simultaneously exert pressure on the disc and the To attach bar are screws for attaching the bar unsuitable for the window or door frame of the prior art, because the screws are very slow.
- By the additional pressure element in the invention gives a "Attack surface" for a screw.
- the pressure of the pressure element more precisely the flat pressure surface against a disc by tightening a screw thread guided Screw to be set accurately.
- the pressing element can be a device for connecting with the bar on.
- the bar is not directly on the frame profile of the Window or door frame attached, but on the pressure element.
- the connection of the pressure element with the bar takes place advantageous by means of a tongue and groove system. Because in one Wooden strip easier a groove can be incorporated as one Spring (with the latter, the surrounding wood must be removed), is the device located on the pressing element for connecting the same with a bar in particular a spring, so a Projection that can engage in a groove.
- this projection has a number of points, for example in Aufsteck therapies have a slowly rising edge and then fall off steeply, so that the bar while slightly on the Feather can be plugged, the spikes but a fast Prevent stripping of the bar.
- one end of the pressing surface forms the "upper" edge of the pressing element, i. the pressure surface is at one of their Edges are formed by a part of the head part of the Foot surface is more widely spaced than all other parts of the Pressing element. This means nothing else than that no other parts of the pressure element further up than the pressure surface, so that immediately adjacent to the pressure surface (in the window, for example, above this) the bar the pane can touch or there may be provided an inner seal can.
- the pressing element be further developed by the following features:
- the Foot area may comprise at least one foot surface, which in one Foot level lies. It is obvious that the foot plane the Andschreibdonebene at an angle of 90 °. Then it stands the foot surface on a support, and presses the pressing element the disc with its pressure surface exactly to the side. It is but also possible that the foot plane the Andschreibberichtebene in cuts at an angle slightly greater than 90 °, for example by 0.05 to 5 ° or preferably by 0.1 to 1 ° greater than 90 °. This has the consequence that the pressure surface something "overhangs" and then when fitting the pressing element something is pushed back.
- This embodiment is special can advantageously be used in conjunction with a pressure element, that has a certain elasticity. The pressure surface is then pushed back by the disc in the 90 ° position, and the elastic spring force of the pressure element increases the pressure the disc.
- the foot area on the side of the pressure surface a plane perpendicular to the foot surface. Then The foot area may come into contact with a wall and thereby be stabilized. Indicates the foot area on the side of the Pressing surface opposite side a straight edge up, he can with this side attached to a frame profile Be supported edge.
- the pressing element has a recess, in particular a groove in the foot area that divides the foot area into two parts divides, whereby on the one hand the force effect on the two parts the foot area is definable and on the other hand, the pressing element can be positioned so that a projection in the Recess protrudes.
- the pressure element has an (additional) recess between the pressure surface and the foot area.
- the pressing element is preferably made of plastic, with a glass fiber reinforced Plastic is particularly suitable.
- a frame profile 10 consists of a solid wood body 12, which is connected to another solid wood body 14, and a profile part attached to the solid wood body 12 16, which is made of plastic, but alternatively also made Metal, e.g. Aluminum, can be made.
- the massive one Body 12 has a groove 18 for attachment of a device according to the invention Base part, in the surface 20, the ins Interior of the window frame to be assembled, i. to still to be installed disc.
- the profile part 16 has an outer wall visible from the outside 22, which consists essentially of a flat plate. From the outside are not visible on the outer wall 22 two Webs 24 and 26 formed by the outer wall 22nd protrude vertically inwards.
- the web 24 connects the outer Wall 22 with an inner wall 28 which is parallel to the outer wall 22 extends. Part of the inner wall 28 is a web 30, the web 24 in the direction perpendicular to the web 26th goes. From the bridge 26 kinks also vertically, and indeed in the direction of the web 24 out, a web 32 from and in the opposite Direction of a bridge 34. Between the bridges 32 and 34 and the solid wood body 12 is a sealing element or sealing tape 36.
- the profile part is solid by a fastener 37 Wooden body 12 attached, behind the outer wall 22nd is provided and the profile part 16 via the webs 30 and 32nd presses on the massive body 12.
- the outer wall 22 protrudes in the direction parallel to the still to be used Slice further into the interior of the frame (ie in Fig. 1 further up) than the massive body 12.
- To the outer wall 22 then closes in the direction of still to be installed disc kinking curved wall portion 38, at the end of the contact area 40 is formed.
- This consists of one at the very end of the curved wall portion 38 for massive wooden body 12 towards kinking web 42 and from a from the curved wall portion 38 leading away substantially L-shaped Edge 44, one leg perpendicular to the massive Body 12 points out, and formed on a web 46 is, which points in the direction of the web 42.
- the bars 42 and 46 serve to hold a gasket 48 (see further in FIG.
- a socket part 58 according to the invention (see FIG. 9) attached to the solid wood body 12.
- the base part shown in Fig. 9 has a bottom plate 60th on.
- the bottom in Fig. 9 side of the bottom plate forms a level support surface 62, with the base part on the surface 20 of the solid body 12 can rest.
- To attach the base part on the solid wood body 12 serve two webs 64 and 66, which protrude perpendicularly from the base plate 60 and bevelled at their end. Between the bridges 64 and 66 there is a gap 68.
- the groove 18 in the solid wood body 12 is so wide that the webs 64 and 66 clamped therein be pressed, preferably something on each other (wherein the gap 68 is reduced).
- the Both walls 78 and 80 are joined together by a flat plate 82 connected, which runs parallel to the bottom plate 60.
- a planar region 84 is formed, supported on the one glass or glazing blocks can be.
- an arm 88 is formed, which initially in a Angle of about 45 ° to the bottom plate 60 to the outside of this leads away and then one perpendicular to the bottom plate of this outgoing web 90 has.
- the arm 88 is of a Wall 92 supported.
- An edge 94 is formed on the arm, which forms a stop surface 96 which is perpendicular to the bottom plate 60 stands and approximately at the height of the flat area 84 has her in Fig. 9 lower end.
- the webs 64 and 66 pressed into the groove 18, until the support surface 62 on the surface 20 of the massive Wooden body rests.
- the web 90 behind the Edge 44 are set so that he engages behind this.
- the Dimensions of the base part 58 and the position of the groove 18 and the Edge 44 are coordinated so that the arm 90 exactly behind the edge 44 engages when the base member 58 installed is.
- the window shown here 98 consists of a double glazing 98 'and 98' '.
- the disc 98 can be made of glass, alternatively of a plastic like Plexiglas etc. exist.
- the disk 98 appears to float in FIG.
- the reason for that is that between the disc 98 and the plate 82 of the base part so-called glazing blocks are used. These are smaller, not over the entire cross-section of the window frame extending support elements, usually made of relatively hard Plastic that does not cover the entire cross section of the Window frame extend and therefore not shown in the figures are. They have the form of small platelets.
- the positioning the glazing blocks is facilitated by the edge 94: The glazing blocks are inserted in Fig. 3 from the right, until they abut the abutment surface 96 of the edge 94.
- the pressing element 100 consists of a Foot area 102 and a head portion 104 with a pressing surface 106.
- the foot area 102 is divided into two foot parts 108 and 110, which are separated by a groove 112 from each other. about the position of the groove 112 can be the distribution of the forces acting be defined on the foot parts 108 and 110, similar to a vaulted arch.
- the groove is so deep that it is the projection 70 of the base part can accommodate when the pressing member so is attached to the base part 58 that the projection 72 as Supporting device for the rear foot 108 is used. So that Foot part 108 on one of the projections 70, 72 are supported can, it has on the side of the pressing surface 106 opposite Side (in Fig.
- the Andschreib vomebene forms an inner angle with the foot level FE ⁇ . This is preferably 90 °, but can also be selected slightly larger when the pressing member 100th made of elastic material.
- the front foot part 110 has on the same side as the Andschreib printing 106 a perpendicular to the foot surface 118 extending Surface 120, which lends itself to abut the wall 78 of the Base part 58 to come. Between this surface 120 and the Andschreib printing 106 a recess 122 is provided, i. the Surface 120 continues from an area shown in FIG. 10 leads to the right, i. one perpendicular to the pressure surface 106 wegphasede component has. This recess 120 is located at such a height that they are in the installation of the pressing element 100 in the base part 58 with the projection 86 at the wall 78 cooperates.
- the base part 58 and the pressing element 100 consist of fiberglass reinforced plastic. Perpendicular to the plane of Section of Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, they have a length of 50 mm. In the built-in window they do not extend over the entire length of the frame, the sectional views of FIG. 3rd So up to 8 meet only for certain areas of the window frame to. But there may be several base parts and several pressing elements be used in a frame.
- the location of installation of the pressing member 100 in the window frame depends on how thick the disc 98 is.
- the base part 58 is adapted for two disc thicknesses. With a thick Disc becomes the pressing member of the projection 72 of the base part 58 supported, in which case the projection 70 in the groove 112 of the pressing member 100 is received.
- Fig. 4 is the second, thinner disc 98 shown.
- FIG. 4 FIG while the pressure element 100 is initially inserted obliquely, wherein the edge 114 of the foot 108 attached to the projection 70 becomes. Then, the pressing member 100 becomes as shown in FIG Pivoted position.
- the Foot surfaces 116 and 118 In this position are the Foot surfaces 116 and 118 exactly on the bottom plate 60 of the base part on, and the surface 120 is located on the wall 78 of the base part at. Furthermore, the protrusion 86 projects into the recess 120 of the pressing member 100 and touches the latter. simultaneously the pressing surface 106 is pressed against the window 98, the in turn against the investment area 40, in particular against the Seal 48 presses. Since the profile part 16 is very thin-walled is, it would give in to this pressure. this will but prevented by the arm 88 with the web 90, the rear the edge 44 engages and stabilizes the profile part and in particular exerts a counter-pressure.
- the on the pressing surface 106th acting pressure can be achieved by fixing a screw in the dashed screw thread of the pressure element shown 100, which penetrates the base part 58 and in the massive Wooden body 12 penetrates, to be set exactly.
- the screw has a force component perpendicular to the pressure surface 106 and thus affects the window.
- a supportive Part of this is that the foot part 110 with its surfaces 118 and 120 is fitted exactly in the base part 58, so that the Wall 78 exercises a counterforce. Above all, but here wins Projection 86 its meaning. This also serves as an abutment.
- the pressure element 100 can do not yield to the location of the projection 86. That's how it happens a certain deflection of the head part 104 and to an increased Pressure on the pressing surface 106 on the disc 98th
- the surfaces shown in Fig. 11 left are exactly complementary to the surfaces on which the bar 132 to attach. Mention should be made in particular a recess 134, which is complementary to the projections 70 and 72 and inclined surfaces 136 and 138 corresponding to corresponding surfaces of the Andrückelements 100 are complementary.
- the Depth of the groove 140 is exactly matched to the length of the spring 124: Will the bar 132 completely on the pressure element 100 plugged, as shown in Fig. 7, the ranges Spring 124 exactly to the bottom of the groove 140, and the surfaces 136, 138 come with corresponding surfaces of the pressing member 100th in or have little play between them.
- the hooks 126 on the spring 124 facilitate the attachment the bar 132, but complicate their removal. To peel off The bar may need a tool, such as a wedge or wooden logs.
- the bar 132 is shaped so that after putting on the Pressing element 100, a gap 142 between the bar 132nd and the disc 98 remains. This space 142 is used for Picking up a seal, which is usually the inner seal.
- the Receiving the seal is supported by a second groove 144, in the embodiment shown in FIG Ledge 132 on one side (in Fig. 11 top) of a smaller area 146 is limited than the area 148, which is the forms another side of the groove 144.
- the last step will be a such inner seal 150 in the space 142 between the Washer 98 and the bar 132 pressed.
- the finished state is shown in Fig. 8.
- the seal 150 has a convex here Main body and two feet, of which a foot 152 at the Washer 98 is supported and the other foot 154 in the groove 144 engages behind the surface 146, causing the seal 150th receives additional support.
- the seal can also have the features have the seal shown in DE 198 33 411 A1.
- Figures 1 to 8 only a section show a window frame according to the invention.
- a window frame typically limits a disk such as the disk 98 four edges, and in the window frame according to the invention is on all four of these edges the disk 98 is held as this is shown in Fig. 8.
- the pressing elements not on all sides of the disc 98, but for example, only provide above and below.
- selected terms that are based on Refer to elements that span the entire window frame are to be understood as well.
- the massive wooden body 12 in a complete window frame four parts that are attached at right angles to each other, possibly in miter. The same applies to the profile part 16 and the Strip 132.
- a window frame comprises only one pane 98th
- the individual components of the Window frame in their dimensions exactly matched:
- the web 90 of the arm 88 of the base part 58 engages exactly behind the edge 44 of the profile part 16 (FIG. 2), the dimensions of the foot region 102 of the pressing element 100 are exactly like that dimensioned that this between the projection 70 and the wall 78th fits, and the abutment surface 106 is located exactly at one such that they are straight with built-Andschreibteil 100 against the glass sheet 98 presses (see Fig. 5).
- the bar 132 is shaped to fit the pressing member (and the base part) fits and at the same time a gap 142 for the seal 150 leaves free.
- the individual components of the Window frames according to the invention are therefore advantageous in the set manufacture.
