Abstract
Description
- einem Behälter für das Befestigungsmaterial,
- einem Ausgabewerkzeug zum Ausgeben des Befestigungsmaterials und
- einer Schlauch- oder Rohrleitung zwischen dem Behälter und dem Ausgabewerkzeug,
- wobei das Ausgabewerkzeug ein mit der Schlauch- oder Rohrleitung verbundenes Verteilerelement aufweist, von dem parallel zueinander verlaufende Abzweigelemente abstehen, deren dem Verteilerelement abgewandte freie Enden Austrittsöffnungen für das Befestigungsmaterial aufweisen.

- Verbrauch je nach Untergrund 4 - 8 kg/m2,
- geringe Frühfestigkeit der Klebeverbindung,
- nicht ausreichender Haftverbund auf vielen nach klassischer Definition klebegeeigneten Untergründen,
- Die Verklebung ist lohnintensiv, da der Klebemörtel angemischt, zum Verwendungsort transportiert und überwiegend manuell verarbeitet wird. Die Erfindung ist in den beiden nachfolgend aufgeführten Punkten zu sehen.
- 1. Ersatz des Klebemörtels im WDVS und artverwandeten Anwendungen durch ein- oder mehr-komponentige nicht hydraulisch oder durch Trocknung abbindende Klebemassen, sondern z. B. reaktive Schäume.
- 2. Anwendungstechnische/Verfahrenstechnische Grundlagen zur Verwendung derartiger Klebestoffe zur Befestigung von WDVS.
- Um ein 1 m2 WDVS standsicher zu verkleben, genügen ca.100-150 ml Schaum -d.h.:
- (Fast) kein Materialtransport, kein Anmischen, niedrige Logistikkosten zur und auf der Baustelle.
- Je nach Art des Schaums ist die Verklebung bereits nach 2 - 60 min. belastbar.
- Die Kleberfuge kann u. U. als wärmedämmend in die bauphysikalischen Berechnungen einfließen, so dass unter Annahme einer üblichen 80 mm Dämmung und vergleichbaren R Werten des Klebeschaums und einer 8 mm Klebefuge ein dämmtechnischer Vorteil von ≈ 10 % u. U. nachweisbar ist. Dies entspräche dem Sprung in der WLG von 045 auf 040.
- Reduzierte Material und Lohnkosten.
- Dauerhaftes Alleinstellungsmerkmal für den WDVS Anbieter/Verwerter im Falle der Patentfähigkeit der Erfindung.
Claims (5)
- Befestigung für Dämmmaterial an einer Gebäudewand oder an Gebäudewand-Fertigbauteilen, miteinem aushärtbaren Befestigungsmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Befestigungsmaterial ein reaktives, aufschäumbares Einoder Mehrkomponenten-Material (12) ist.
- Befestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufschäumbare Material (12) Polyurethan aufweist.
- Gebäudefassade miteiner gemauerten Wand (10) oder einer Wand aus Fertigbauteilen undDämmmaterial (16), das an der Wand (10) oder den Fertigbauteilen nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche befestigt ist.
- Gebäudefassade nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämmmaterial (16) Platten aus Polystyrol, Polyurethan, Mineralwolle oder Mineralschaum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von schäumbarem und aushärtbarem Material zur Befestigung von Dämmmaterial an einer Gebäudewand auf das Dämmmaterial und/oder die Gebäudewand miteinem Behälter (22) für das Befestigungsmaterial,einem Ausgabewerkzeug (24) zum Ausgeben des Befestigungsmaterials undeiner Schlauch- oder Rohrleitung (34) zwischen dem Behälter (22) und dem Ausgabewerkzeug (24),wobei das Ausgabewerkzeug (24) ein mit der Schlauch- oder Rohrleitung (34) verbundenes Verteilerelement (26) aufweist, von dem parallel zueinander verlaufende Abzweigelemente (28) abstehen, deren dem Verteilerelement (26) abgewandte freie Enden (30) Austrittsöffnungen für das Befestigungsmaterial aufweisen.
