- the invention relates to a washing system for printing press cylinders according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- the invention relates to a washing system for printing press cylinders containing a wash bar, which in guides of a bracket between a basic position, one of the printing press cylinder to be washed predetermined distance is away, and a washing position that the Printing press cylinder is approximated, transverse to the printing press cylinder is movable; bearing on the washbar for one Clean cloth spindle and for a dirt spindle for a wash cloth Pressing element for pressing a washcloth section against the outer surface of the printing press cylinder on its way from the cleaning cloth spindle the pressure element on the dirty cloth spindle, and a freewheel drive for Drive the dirt towel spindle are arranged; a first stop on the Bracket through which a cloth transport lever of the freewheel drive in Drive direction is rotated by the first stop the cloth transport lever prevents the washbar from moving when the Washing bar is moved back from the washing position to the basic position, whereas the cloth transport lever of the freewheel drive automatically in The freewheeling direction turns when the wash bar moves forward from the
- Wash bars are known from US 43 44 361, which one Nozzle device for spraying water on the washcloth on his Have away from the cleaning cloth spindle to the pressure element.
- the washcloth is dry on the clean cloth spindle. It is also known to have a Detergent moistened with a damp cloth on the cleaning cloth spindle to store.
- a Cleaning cloth roll inserted on a cleaning cloth spindle in the washing bar and the beginning of the cloth over the pressure element to the dirty cloth spindle pulled and attached to the dirty cloth spindle. It tries to do that Wash cloth between the clean cloth spindle and the dirty cloth spindle so well to tension as possible so that during the subsequent washing process Washcloth is stretched tightly over the pressure element. This tension of the Washcloths are often not made with sufficient care. At a sagging washcloth there is a risk that it from the Printing machine cylinder is entrained.
- the cylinder to be cleaned in printing machines is in particular a Blanket cylinder, which in the offset printing process the print image of a plate cylinder on the printing medium or a paper web or a Transfers sheets of paper.
- Blanket cylinder which in the offset printing process the print image of a plate cylinder on the printing medium or a paper web or a Transfers sheets of paper.
- wash bar there are also other cylinders washable by printing units of a printing press.
- the object of the invention is to achieve the washing system for Form press cylinder so that less space to insert the wash bar is needed in the guides of the brackets, where at the same time it should be ensured that when inserting the wash bar in the mounts automatically a clean washcloth section over the Pressure element lies and the washcloth between the cleaning cloth spindle and the dirty cloth spindle is optimally tensioned.
- this is a washer for printing press cylinders characterized in that the guides formed in the brackets in the direction from the washing position backwards over the basic position itself extend and that the wash bar in the same direction of movement as it can be moved forward from the basic position into the washing position, from from the insertion position to the back in the guides Basic position is movable; that a second lever arm with the Cloth transport lever for common rotary movements at least in Drive direction of the freewheel is rotatably connected that the Cloth transport lever and the second lever arm, transverse to the direction of the Movements of the washbar between its basic position and its Washing position, projecting in opposite directions from each other that the first stop is arranged on the side of the dirty cloth spindle which protrudes the cloth transport lever that a second stop on the bracket on the side of the dirty cloth spindle facing away from one side is arranged, on which the second lever arm projects; that the second stop is arranged so far back from the first stop, that the second lever arm rests on the second stop and thereby the Cloth transport lever
- the invention has the following advantages in particular:
- the wash bar can be inserted from behind into the guides of the brackets on both sides and moved straight from the insertion position in the same direction to the basic position, in which direction the wash bar can then also be moved from the basic position to a washing position and back again.
- the washcloth is automatically tensioned when the washbar is inserted into the brackets, even if it could not be tightened manually when it was inserted into the washbar. If the washing bar is removed from the holders after several washing processes, then a washing cloth section soiled by the cleaned cylinder is located on the pressing element as a result of the previous washing process. When the washing bar is reinserted into the holders, the washing cloth is automatically advanced in the manner mentioned by the lever arm which is stuck at the second stop, so that a fresh washing cloth section automatically comes to rest over the pressing element.
- the washing system according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 for washing of a cylinder 2 contains a wash bar 4 which, preferably rectilinear, guide slots 6 of two fixed, parallel with a distance side-by-side guide plates 8 between the one in FIG. 5 shown basic position, of the cylinder 2 to be washed predetermined distance is removed, and the washing position shown in Fig. 6, the the cylinder 2 is approximated at right angles to this cylinder can be moved back by one, not shown, by one Press drive controlled drive, for example hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic cylinder.
- the washing bar 4 has two spaced parallel ones Side plates 9 for storing a clean cloth spindle 10 and one Dirty cloth spindle 12 for a wash cloth 14. Furthermore, a pressing element 16 for pressing a washcloth section 18 against the outer surface 20 of the Cylinder 2 on the way of wash cloth 14 from clean cloth spindle 10 provided for the dirty cloth spindle 12. Located on the wash bar 4 a freewheel drive 22 for driving the dirty cloth spindle 12, for example in Clockwise according to arrows 24 to gradually wash cloth 14 from the cleaning cloth spindle 10 on the pressure element 18 on the To transport dirty cloth spindle 12, each time such Transport step is carried out when the wash bar from the washing position of Fig. 6 is moved back to the basic position of Fig. 5.
- a first stop 26 is formed by which a cloth transport lever 28 of the freewheel drive 22 together with the Dirty cloth spindle 12 in the drive direction, d. H. at the illustrated Embodiment is rotated clockwise according to arrows 24, by the first stop 26 prevents the cloth transport lever 28 from moving of wash bar 2 to follow when the wash bar is from the washing position of FIG. 6 in the basic position of FIG. 5 is not moved from that shown drive under the control device, also not shown. These are not shown because they are generally known.
- Each of the two side plates 9 of the washing beam 4 supports with a longitudinal spacing two arranged one behind the other, protruding laterally outwards Roller bolts 30 and 31 (rollers mounted on bolts), which on both sides the wash bar 4 each in one of the guide slots 6 of the fixed Engage guide plates 8.
- the slots 6 are 32 at their rear end open. This allows the washing bar 4 with its roller bolts 30 and 31 be inserted into the rear slot ends 32 in the longitudinal direction of the slot and thereby brought into the insertion position of FIG. 2.
- the slots 6 can open at their front, the cylinder 2 facing end be closed.
- the lateral assignment of the wash bar 4 between the stationary Guide plates 8 can be seen in FIGS. 7, 8 and 9.
- the guide slots 6 extend in the guide plates 8 towards the front 6 to the back of the basic position of FIG. 5 addition, so that the washing bar 4 in the same direction as it from 5 in the washing position of Fig. 6 to the front is movable, from the back to the front in the guide slots 6 in the open rear slot end 32 can be inserted and inserted into the guide slots 6, in which both the front and rear roller bolts 30 and 31 in are the guide slots 6 and keep the wash bar 4 tilt-free.
- a second lever arm 38 is common with the cloth transport lever 28 Rotational movements at least in the drive direction 24 non-rotatably connected.
- the second lever arm 38 and the cloth transport lever 28 can be two parts or preferably together consist of a one-piece material part.
- the cloth transport lever 28 and the second lever arm 38 project transversely to the direction the movements of the washing bar 4 between its basic position of FIG. 5 and its washing position of Fig. 6 in opposite directions away from each other, wherein in the illustrated embodiment of the The cloth transport lever 28 projects upwards and the second lever arm 38 projects downwards.
- the first stop 26 is on the side (upper side) of the Dirty cloth spindle 12 is arranged, on which the cloth transport lever 28 protrudes.
- a second stop 40 is located on the guide plate 8, which the Freewheel drive 22 is adjacent, on the one side (upper side) opposite side (lower side) of the dirty cloth spindle 12, on which the second lever arm 38 protrudes. Both stops 26 and 40 are on the same Guide plate 8 arranged and both protrude from this towards the inside to the wash bar 4.
