Description

Vorrichtung zum paarweisen Halten von Socken oder Strümpfen
Hintergrund
Diese Anmeldung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum paarweisen Halten von Socken oder Strümpfen ge äss Ober- begriff von Anspruch 1.
Derartige Vorrichtungen werden verwendet, um Socken paarweise aufzubewahren und/oder um zu verhindern, dass sie beim Waschen getrennt werden. Hierzu müssen sie aus waschfestem Material bestehen, d.h. sie müssen in der Lage sein, bei 60° oder sogar 95° gewaschen zu werden, ohne dass sie ihre Stabilität oder mechanischen Eigenschaften verlieren.
Als Vorrichtungen dieser Art wurden bislang Klammern oder klammerartige Befestigungsmittel vorge- schlagen, wie sie z.B. in US 4 414 716 beschrieben sind. Derartige Klammern bzw. Befestigungsmittel sind jedoch aufwendig in Herstellung und Anwendung und können die Socken bzw. Strümpfe beschädigen.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Es stellt sich deshalb die Aufgabe, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, die diese Nachteile möglichst vermeidet.
Diese Aufgabe wird von der Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 erfüllt. Erfindungsgemäss besitzt die Vorrichtung also einen Haltekörper, in welchem ein Schlitz zur Aufnahme beider Socken angeordnet ist. Der Schlitz ist allseitig unlösbar vom Haltekörper umschlossen, d.h. der Haltekörper bildet eine unlösbare Schlaufe, die sich um den ganzen Schlitz herum erstreckt. Eine solche Vorrichtung ist aufgrund ihrer einfachen Geometrie problemlos herzustellen. Da der Schlitz allseitig umschlossen ist, vermag er die Socken sicher zu halten. Es werden keine Zähne, Kanten oder der- gleichen benötigt, die die Socken beschädigen könnten. Der Schlitz kann sich im wesentlichen in gerader Linie durch den Haltekörper erstrecken.
Vorzugsweise besteht die Vorrichtung aus Teflon, da dieses Material weich, elastisch, reissfest, strapazierfähig und waschfest ist. Andere weiche, hitzebeständige Kunststoffe sind ebenfalls bevorzugt.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Weitere Ausgestaltungen, Vorteile und Anwendungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen und aus der nun folgenden Beschreibung anhand der Figuren. Dabei zeigen: Fig. 1 eine bevorzugte Ausführung der Erfindung und
Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 mit zwei darin gehaltenen Socken.
Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung zum paarweisen Halten von Socken oder Strümpfen. Sie besitzt einen Hal- tekorper 1, an welchem ein Haken 2 angeordnet sein kann. Der Haken 2 ist über eine als Sollbruchstelle wirkende Perforation 3 mit dem Haltekörper 1 verbunden, so dass der Haken 2 abgebrochen werden kann, falls er nicht benötigt wird. In der vorliegenden Ausführung besteht die ganze Vorrichtung aus einem hitzefesten Kunststoff, ins- besondere Teflon, und ist durch Stanzen oder Spritzguss aus einem Stück gefertigt.
Der Haltekörper 1 ist als längliche Platte von 1.0 - 2.5 mm, vorzugsweise ca. 1.5 mm Dicke ausge- staltet, in deren Längsrichtung sich ein gerader Schlitz 4 erstreckt. Dieser Schlitz ist allseitig vom Haltekörper 1 umgeben. An seinen Enden mündet der Schlitz 4 je in eine runde Öffnung 5, 6, wodurch ein Ausreissen des Schlitzes auch bei starker, wiederholter Belastung verhindert wird.
Der Haltekörper 1 bildet entlang jeder Seite des Schlitzes 4 je einen flexiblen Steg 7, 8 von ca. 5 bis 15 mm Breite. Dank der Flexibilität dieser Stege kann der Schlitz 4 gespreizt werden, um zwei Socken 10a, 10b einzuführen, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist.
Die Breite des Schlitzes 4 sollte kleiner als 3 mm, vorzugsweise kleiner als 1 mm sein, um einen guten Halt auch dünner Socken zu gewährleisten. Da der Schlitz im wesentlichen gerade verläuft und keine Zähne oder Ek- ken aufweist, hält er die Socken sanft und Beschädigungen werden vermieden.
Die Schlitzlänge kann der Sockengrösse ange- passt werden, d.h. es können z.B. spezielle Vorrichtungen mit kurzen Schlitzen für Kindersocken bereitgestellt wer- den.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung kann sowohl zum Aufbewahren von Socken (z.B. in einem Verkaufslokal) , als auch zum Waschen und Trocknen von Socken oder Strümpfen verwendet werden. Durch eine Verwendung der Vorrichtung beim
Waschen der Socken kann vermieden werden, dass Sockenpaare getrennt werden. Dank der Weichheit und Flexibilität von Teflon werden dabei Beschädigungen der Waschmaschine oder des Tumblers vermieden. Insbesondere wenn die Vorrichtung nur zum Waschen von Socken verwendet wird, kann der Haken 2 entfernt werden. Es ist auch denkbar, erfindungsgemässe Vor- richtungen zum Waschen von Socken ohne Haken 2 herzustellen.
Wie bereits erwähnt, kann die Vorrichtung aus einer gestanzten Teflonplatte konstanter Dicke (vorzugs- weise ca. 1.5 mm) hergestellt werden. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, sie in Spritzgussverfahren herzustellen. In diesem Falle können stark beanspruchte Teile, z.B. der Haken 2 oder gegebenenfalls einer oder beide der Stege 7, 8, durch Rippen verstärkt werden. Die Vorrichtung ist schnell und einfach herzustellen und robust, da sie keine Verschlüsse oder Federn aufweist, wie sie bei Klammern üblicherweise zu finden sind. Sie ist leicht, was insbesondere auch in der Waschmaschine von Vorteil ist. Sie eignet sich für Sok- ken, Strümpfe und andere, paarweise verwendete Textilien.
Während in der vorliegenden Anmeldung bevorzugte Ausführungen der Erfindung beschrieben sind, ist klar darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Erfindung nicht auf diese Beschränkt ist und in auch anderer Weise innerhalb des Umfangs der folgenden Ansprüche ausgeführt werden kann.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Vorrichtung zum paarweisen Halten von Sok- ken oder Strümpfen, wobei die Vorrichtung aus waschfestem, flexiblen Material ist und einen Haltekörper (1) zum Halten zweier Socken aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Haltekörper (1) ein Schlitz (4) zur Aufnahme beider Socken angeordnet ist, wobei der Schlitz (4) allseitig unlösbar vom Haltekörper (1) umschlossen ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (4) im wesentlichen gerade ist und keine Zähne oder Ecken aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (4) eine Breite kleiner 3 mm, vorzugsweise kleiner 1 mm aufweist .
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltekörper
(1) eine längliche flexible Platte ist, wobei sich der Schlitz (4) in Längsrichtung der Platte erstreckt.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte auf jeder Seite des Schlit- zes (4) einen flexiblen Steg von 5 - 15 mm Breite bildet.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltekörper
(1) eine Dicke von 1.0 - 2.5 mm, vorzugsweise ca. 1.5 mm aufweist .
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem einstückigen Teil aus Teflon ist .
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer Kunststoffplatte im wesentlichen konstanter Dicke besteht .
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Haken
(2) zum Aufhängen der Vorrichtung aufweist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass der Haken (2) über eine Sollbruchstelle, insbesondere eine Perforation (3), mit dem Haltekörper (1) verbunden ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (4) endseitig in je einer runden Öffnung (5, 6) mündet.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie genau einen Schlitz (4) aufweist.
