Der Betätigungshebel bzw. Auslösehebel 3 und die Sperrklinke 2 sind achsgleich auf einer gemeinsamen Achse 15 auf dem Schlossblech 7 gelagert. Demgegenüber ist eine Achse 16 für die Drehfalle 1 mit Abstand hiervon angeordnet. Die Achsen 15 und 16 des Betätigungshebels 3 bzw. der Sperrklinke 2 und der Drehfalle 1 verlaufen - wie die Achse 11 des Sperrhebels 6 - jeweils parallel und in X- bzw. Fahrtrichtung. Hierdurch gewährleistet die Erfindung, dass Fahrzeugbeschleunigungen und -verzögerungen in Fahrt- bzw. X-Richtung per se keinen Einfluss auf das Gesperre 1, 2 bzw. den Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss im Ganzen ausüben.
Claims (10)
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss, miteinem Gesperre (1, 2) aus im Wesentlichen Drehfalle (1) und Sperrklinke (2), ferner mitwenigstens einem Betätigungshebel (3) zum Auslösen des Gesperres (1, 2), und miteinem Sperrhebel (6) für die Sperrklinke (2) und/oder den Betätigungshebel (3), welcher bei auf den Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss wirkenden Fahrzeugbeschleunigungen eine unbeabsichtigte Öffnung des Gesperres (1, 2) durch sein dann erfolgendes Anschlagen an eine Gegensperrfläche (7) verhindert,
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagausnehmung (12) in die Öffnung (9) in der Gegensperrfläche (7), insbesondere im Schlossblech (7), rastend eingreift.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagausnehmung (12) als an eine Abkantung (3) oder dergleichen gehäusefesten Anschlag des Schlossbleches (7) angepasste Rechteckaussparung (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagausnehmung eine an die Abkantung (8) infolge der Fahrzeugbeschleunigung anschlagende Drehbegrenzungskante (12a) und eine Blockadekante (12b) aufweist, welche im Blockadefall bei beaufschlagter(m) Sperrklinke (2) und/oder Betätigungshebel (3) gegen einen Rand (13) der Öffnung (9) fährt, so dass die Anschlagausnehmung (12) einen Teil (14) der Abkantung (8) formschlüssig aufnimmt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (6) am Betätigungshebel (3) auf einer in Fahrtrichtung (X) verlaufenden Achse (11) gelagert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (6) im Uhrzeigersinn mittels einer Feder (10) beaufschlagt wird und im Blockadefall im Gegenuhrzeigersinn in die Öffnung (9) im Schlossblech (7) schwenkt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (6) kreissegmentartig ausgebildet ist und in eine entsprechende Ausformung im Schlossblech (7) eingreift.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (6) im Wesentlichen in einen Lagerbereich (17) und einen Sperrbereich (18) unterteilt ist, welche in unterschiedlichen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (6) in Aufsicht unter dem Betätigungshebel (3) an dessen freien Ende angeordnet ist, und zwar im Wesentlichen ebenengleich zum Gesperre (1, 2).
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (3) und die Sperrklinke (2) achsgleich auf dem Schlossblech (7) gelagert sind, dass ferner die Drehfalle (1) hiervon beabstandet auf dem Schlossblech (7) gelagert ist, und dass die jeweiligen Achsen (11, 15, 16) des Betätigungshebels (3) / der Sperrklinke (2) der Drehfalle (1) und des Sperrhebels (6) jeweils parallel und in Fahrtrichtung (X) verlaufen.
