Claims (19)
- Steckbuchse mit einem isolierenden Buchsengehäuse (12), in welchem mindestens ein Buchsenkontakt (14) aufgenommen ist, wobei der Buchsenkontakt aus einem Halteteil (16) und einer Buchse (18) besteht und die Buchse um einen begrenzten Winkel schwenkbar auf dem Halteteil angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) ein Blechbiegeteil ist.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil einen Kopfabschnitt (20), eine sich daran anschließende Ringnut (22) und einen sich an die Ringnut anschließenden Bund (24) aufweist und die Buchse (18) Federlaschen (38) aufweist, die in die Ringnut eingreifen.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federlaschen (38) an ihrem freien Ende mit jeweils einem Haken (40) versehen sind.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) eine tonnenförmige Gestalt hat und an ihrem den Haken entgegengesetzten Ende mit mehreren Kontaktlaschen (42) versehen ist.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Bund (24) des Halteteils eine Verankerungsnut (26) anschließt, auf die ein Verankerungsabschnitt (28) folgt, der in dem Buchsengehäuse (12) aufgenommen ist, wobei in der Verankerungsnut eine Ringfeder (32) aufgenommen ist, deren dem Bund zugewandter Rand abgeschrägt ist, und wobei der Durchmesser des Bundes (24) und des Kopfes (20) des Halteteils kleiner sind als der Durchmesser des Verankerungsabschnittes (28).
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (16) eine Halteöffnung (70) aufweist und die Buchse (18) mindestens einen Haken (40) aufweist, der in die Halteöffnung (70) eingreift.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (16) mindestens im Bereich der Halteöffnung (70) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und die Buchse mit zwei Federlaschen (38) versehen ist, die einander parallel gegenüberliegen und auf zwei voneinander abgewandten Seitenflächen des Halteteils (16) anliegen.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (40) durch eine von der Federlasche (38) abgebogene Blechlasche gebildet ist.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) mit zwei Kontaktlaschen (42) versehen ist, die einander parallel gegenüberliegen.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federlaschen (38) einander entlang einer ersten Richtung gegenüberliegen, die sich im rechten Winkel zu einer zweiten Richtung befindet, in der sich die Kontaktlaschen (42) gegenüberliegen.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Federlaschen (38) vorgesehen sind, die einander paarweise gegenüberliegen, sowie vier Kontaktlaschen (42), die einander ebenfalls paarweise gegenüberliegen.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) ein Blechbiegeteil mit einem geschlossenen Mittelabschnitt (72) ist.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelabschnitt (72) an jeder Seite mit jeweils einer Verbindungslasche (74) versehen ist, die an der anderen Seite des Mittelabschnittes (72) befestigt ist.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) ein Blechbiegeteil mit einer rechteckigen Mittelplatte (76) ist, von deren Rändern die Federlaschen (38) und die Kontaktlaschen (42) ausgehen.
- Steckbuchse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (16) mit einem SMT-Anschluß (30) versehen ist.
- Steckerteil mit einem isolierenden Steckergehäuse (52), in welchem mindestens ein Steckkontakt (54) aufgenommen ist, der dafür vorgesehen ist, in den Buchsenkontakt (14) einer Steckbuchse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche einzugreifen.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckkontakt (54) einen Steckabschnitt (56), einen Verankerungsabschnitt (63) und einen SMT-Anschluß (66) aufweist.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckabschnitt zapfenförmig mit rundem Querschnitt ist und daß sich an den Steckabschnitt ein Bund (62) anschließt, auf den eine Verankerungsnut (61) folgt, an die sich wiederum der Verankerungsabschnitt (63) anschließt, wobei in der Verankerungsnut (61) eine Ringfeder (60) aufgenommen ist, deren dem Bund zugewandter Rand abgeschrägt ist, und wobei der Durchmesser des Steckabschnittes und des Bundes kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Verankerungsabschnittes (63).
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckabschnitt (56) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
