Claims (16)
- Steckverbinder zur Montage auf einer Leiterplatte, mit einem Trägerkörper (10, 12), in welchem mindestens ein Oberflächenmontage-Kontaktelement (20) angeordnet ist, das an einem Ende einen Steckbereich zur Verbindung mit einem komplementären Steckverbinder und am anderen Ende einen Anschlußbereich (22) aufweist, der mit einer Leiterbahn der Leiterplatte (52) verbunden werden kann, wobei
das Kontaktelement ein Anschlußelement (24) aufweist, das mechanisch flexibel und elektrisch leitend mit dem Anschlußbereich (22) verbunden und mit der Leiterbahn der Leiterplatte (52) verlötbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement (24) zwei Schenkel (26) aufweist, die an dem Anschlußbereich (22) angreifen, und ein Boden (28), der die beiden Schenkel miteinander verbindet und der Leiterplatte zugewandt ist, und daß der Boden (28) mit einem Abstandshalter (30) versehen ist, der einen vorbestimmten Abstand zwischen dem Boden und der Leiterplatte gewährleistet, und
daß das Kontaktelement (20) mit einem Isolierkörper (32) mit Anlageflächen (36) für das Anschlußelement (24) versehen ist, die einander in einem Abstand gegenüberliegen, der größer ist als die entsprechende Abmessung des Anschlußelementes (24) in diesem Bereich. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement (24) verschiebbar an dem Anschlußbereich (22) angebracht ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Anschlußelement (24) vor der Montage des Steckverbinders an der Leiterplatte (52) in einer Montagestellung befindet, in der es weiter vom Steckverbinder vorsteht als nach der Montage.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement (24) eine federnde Klammer ist, die an dem Anschlußbereich angreift.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußbereich (22) kugelförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement mit einem Isolierkörper (32) versehen ist, der eine Führung für das Anschlußelement bildet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußbereich einen rechteckigen Querschnitt hat.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement (24) mit mehreren Führungsflächen (56) versehen ist, die an den einander gegenüberliegenden Rändern des Anschlußbereichs (22) angreifen können.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (56) an abgebogenen Nasen (54) des Anschlußelementes (24) gebildet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstandshalter (30) als Erhebung ausgebildet ist, die mit ihrem Scheitel an der Leiterplatte anliegen kann.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement mit dem Anschlußbereich durch einen Bonddraht verbunden ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich mindestens ein Durchsteckmontage-Kontaktelement (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Durchsteckmontage-Kontaktelement (38) ein Massekontakt ist und daß das Oberflächenmontage-Kontaktelement ein Signalkontakt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Kartenrand-Steckverbinder ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Koaxialkontakt-Steckverbinder ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberflächenmontage-Kontaktelement einen Mittelleiter (16) eines Koaxialkontaktes bildet, und
daß das Durchsteckmontage-Kontaktelement ein Masseblech (38) ist, das mit einem Außenleiter (18) des Koaxialkontaktes verbunden ist.
