Definitions
- the invention relates to an inflatable tent with a Outer tent cover.
- Inflatable tents are used especially where a quick tent construction and dismantling is desired, for example in military or medical aid operations.
- the tents have a network of support tubes on which by inflating the tent provided stable shape.
- the support tubes can for example, as arranged one behind the other at intervals Support bows be designed according to Binderart, the are connected to each other via the tent outer skin.
- the Support hoses replace the otherwise necessary Rod framework.
- the stability of such inflatable tents is limited. Under special conditions, i. at snow and sand loads or at high wind loads, stability is sufficient often not enough.
- the invention is thus the task to design an inflatable tent in such a way that it also withstand high demands.
- Inflatable tents usually have a rectangular plan, that of an arcuate Tent outer skin is covered, the vertical end walls has tent doors.
- the support framework at least two pin-like support sheets have, which are arranged parallel to each other and with each other. They are preferably to the Shape of the tent outer skin adapted.
- the support sheets are not transported as a whole they should each consist of several support arch poles be composed, the head side via form-fitting interlocking pairs of couplings with each other are connected.
- the support arch poles be merged and take particular then, when they are just trained, little space one.
- the coupling pieces expediently so are formed, that the support sheets in the region of the coupling pieces are angled so that the support sheet itself largely adapts to the shape of the tent outer skin.
- the support sheets should preferably in the field of Coupling pieces to be connected to the outer skin.
- the coupling pieces should be in their shape so together be adapted by simply nesting a rigid connection of the two support arch poles produce. This can happen, for example, in the form that a coupling piece a mouth-like receiving opening and the other is an intrusive, complementary one Have insertion element.
- receiving opening and plug-in element form wedge-shaped, so that they can be braced against each other without play.
- the tension of the coupling pieces for example done with the help of clamping screws or the like.
- an embodiment is particularly advantageous at least part of the support arch rods by means of a passing through the support arch rods wire train and a tension applied to the wire tensioning device against each other be tense.
- This embodiment is structurally very simple. It also admits that the Support bow rods on the one hand leporelloartig and thus space-saving can be combined, on the other hand but simply put together and then by operation the clamping device clamped together in a train and thus be connected to a rigid support sheet can.
- a single wire is enough for the To brace support arch bars together.
- the wire is one end with the first end-side Support arch bar on one side of the support arch and the other end connected to the tensioning device, the in a support arch on the other side of the support arch is arranged, for example, in the local end support arch bar.
- the clamping device there at the end of a Arrange support bar, at the second end-side support arch bar connects.
- the tensioning device has a height that is easy to use allows.
- the second end support bar can then with the adjacent tie bar, at the the tensioning device is rigid, expediently but also be releasably connected.
- An advantageous embodiment of the clamping device is that it is an externally operable spindle having in a spindle nut in the support arch bar runs and at which the wire pull is fastened.
- the coupling elements for connecting tent outer skin and Shoring can be designed as desired.
- Advantageous if the coupling elements guide elements, Eyelets, in which the support sheets are guided, i.e. The support sheets are inserted through the guide elements and so wear the outer tent wall. With the help of such Coupling elements can be the connection between the support frame and outer tent wall made particularly quick and easy become.
- the first strand of an endless Bandes goes parallel to the respective support sheet and the opposite second strand outside the guide elements runs, wherein the first strand a coupling device for connecting to one of the support arch bars, preferably one of the end support arch bars, having.
- the Support bow bars gradually from one side through the guide elements are pulled without further Measures, such as climbing the inflated Tents are necessary.
- the support arch rod over a wire can the erection the support sheets and their connection with the tent outer skin by a standing on the ground next to the tent Person without further help.
- the coupling elements should for the purpose of perfect guidance the band have separate slots from the eyelets, through which the second strand is led, this being Slots expediently between tent outer skin and Eyelets lie.
- the tent 1 shown in Figure 1 has a rectangular Floor plan whose greater extent perpendicular to the plane of the drawing is directed. Below run to both Side inflated longitudinal tubes 2, 3, which via a Ground cover 4 are connected to each other. The ground cover 4 is straddled by arched, inflated ties, at a distance perpendicular to the plane of the drawing one behind the other are arranged and of which only the front binder 5 can be seen.
- the binders 5 are identical and each consist of six straight binder sections 7 to 12, which are at an angle to each other so that they give a symmetrical arc, with the free ends gets up on the longitudinal tubes 2, 3. About the binders 5, a tent outer skin 13 is stretched, which with the Binder 5 is connected. The binders 5 give the tent 1 together with the longitudinal tubes 2, 3 in the inflated Condition such stability that the tent 1 under normal Conditions can be used.
- Such shoring are in their Basic form, for example, Figure 3 of DE 201 01 947.7 refer to.
- the support frame 14 has one of the number inflatable Binder 5 corresponding number of supporting sheets on, of which only the foremost support sheet 15 can be seen here is and which are arranged at a distance of the binder 5 and each span a binder 5.
- the support sheets 15 are not shown here crossbars with each other connected, as is also shown in Figure 3 of the DE 201 01 947.7 can be seen.
- the support sheet 15 is composed of six straight support arch bars 16 to 21 together whose lengths are adjacent to each other Binder sections 7 to 12 correspond and the as the binder sections 7 to 12 angled to each other are so that the support arching rods 16 to 21 parallel to run the binder sections 7 to 12.
- the end-side Support arch bars 16, 21 have foot plates at their free ends 22, 23, on which the support sheet 15 supports the ground.
- the support arch bars 16 to 21 are each a pair of couplings 24 to 33 rigidly connected together.
- the coupling pieces 24 to 31, which are the support arch bars Connecting 16 to 20 with each other are the same and with reference to the enlarged view according to Figure 2 explains.
- the coupling pieces 30, 31 are the coupling pieces 30, 31 at the end pushed in and there via a press fit firmly with the Support arched rods 19, 20 connected.
- the coupling piece 30 has an outwardly projecting, angled portion on, which has a mouth-like, wedge-shaped receiving opening 34 has. In this receiving opening protrudes a complementary Insertion wedge of attached to the support arch 20 Coupling piece 31 inside. Receiving opening 34 and Slide-in wedge 35 rest against each other without play and connect in this way the two support arched rods 19, 20 rigid.
- the coupling pieces 32, 33 which are the support arched rods 20, 21 connect, deviate from the remaining couplings 24th to 31 off.
- the support arch 20 has an extended End portion 36, on the underside of a coupling piece 30 forming coupling plate is attached to the the end support bar 21 by means of the coupling piece 31 forming bolt is attached.
- the connection the two support arched rods 20, 21 is therefore rather created permanently, while the connections to the support arch poles 16 to 20 by simply pulling apart the coupling pieces 24 to 31 solved in a simple manner can be, so that the support arching rods 16 to 20 leporelloartig folded and collapsed.
- the bolts can be connected to the connection between the support arched rods 20, 21 also solved be, so that the end support bar 21 with the other support arched rods 16 to 20 folded can be.
- the connections of the support arch bars 16 to 20 happens in that these support arch bars 16 to 20 so in Longitudinal braced with each other, that the coupling pieces 24 to 31 are pressed into each other and due their wedge-shaped training backlash together issue.
- the tension is done with the help of a Drahtzuges 37, consisting of two perpendicular to the plane of the drawing arranged side by side wires that through the Support arch bars 17 to 20 and - as in particular from FIG 2 can be seen - through the coupling pieces 24 bis 31, where they are in the coupling pieces 24 to 31 prevail there existing holes.
- the left-sided End of the wire 37 is supported by a widened End piece 38 on the inner end side of the coupling piece 24 off.
- the right-hand end of the wire 37 is with connected to a total of 39 tensioning device.
- the tensioning device 39 has a in the support arch bar 20 guided slider 40 on which the Wire pull 37 is attached.
- the slider 40 is rotatable connected to a spindle 41 in a spindle nut 42 is guided firmly in the end portion 36th sitting.
- the spindle 41 protrudes beyond the spindle nut 42 to the outside and ends in an actuating ring 43.
- the spindle 41 exercises a considerable Pull out on the wire 37, causing the support arch bars 16, 20 and their coupling pieces 24 to 31 against each other be tense. In this way, the forms Support sheet 15 a rigid structure. If the spindle 41 so is twisted that they continue in the support arch 20 retracts - the externally projecting portion of the spindle 41 is shown significantly shortened in Figures 1 and 2 -, releases the tension, so that the support arch bars 16 to 20 can be folded, through the wire 37 but still with each other stand.
- the support sheet 15 is connected via coupling elements 44 to 48 with connected to the binder 5.
- a coupling elements 48 is shown in FIG. It has a U-shaped bracket 49, its legs over two horizontal, parallel and spaced, cross-section circular cross-bars 50, 51 connected with each other.
- a screw 51 is fixed, with which the coupling element 48 is screwed into a cap 53, the on the joint between the binding portions 11, 12 is attached to the binder 5 (see Figure 2).
- the bracket 49 and the upper crossbar 50 close one Eyelet 54, which is penetrated by the support arch 20 bar (In the illustration according to FIG. 3, the spindle 41 is omitted).
- the other coupling elements 44 to 47 are penetrated by the support sheet 15, this being respectively at the height of the coupling pieces 24 to 31 happens.
- the coupling elements 44 to 48 make the connection between Support sheet 15 and binder 5 ago.
- the band 57 provides a feeding aid for feeding the support arched rods 16 to 20 in the eyelets 54 of the coupling elements 44 to 48, which are described below with reference is explained in more detail on Figure 4.
- the upper strand 58 of the band 57 a towing hook 61 on which the free end of the first end support bar 16 attached can be.
- the tensioning device 39 can be relaxed again. Subsequently can the support arching rods 16 to 20 from the Eyelets 54 of the coupling elements 44 to 48 are pulled out.
