Claims (16)
- Rollring für Gardinenschienen mit einem nach unten offenen, einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Längsschlitz, wobei der Rollring aus einem Halteteil (10), an dem die Gardine befestigt wird, und einem in der Schiene laufenden, mit Rollen versehenen Rollteil (20) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollteil (20) einen in einem Rollteilgehäuse (21) drehbar gelagerten Rollkörper (22) aufweist und das Halteteil (10) am Rollteilgehäuse (21) befestigt ist.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (22) an Lagerzapfen in den Seitenwänden des Rollteilgehäuses (21) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (22) aus einer Achse (23) und einer oder mehreren mit dieser Achse (23) verbundenen Rollen (24) besteht.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Achse (23) weniger als 75 % des Durchmessers der Rollen (24) beträgt.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufflächen der Rollen (24) aus einem elastischen geräuschmindernden Material bestehen.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollteil (20) eine Breite, die kleiner als die Breite des offenen Längsschlitzes der Gardinenschiene ist, und eine Länge, die größer als die Breite des offenen Längsschlitzes der Gardinenschiene aber kleiner als die seitliche Abmessung des T-förmigen Querschnitts des Längsprofils der Gardinenschiene ist, aufweist.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollteil (20) die Form eines länglichen Rechtecks aufweist.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rollteil (20) elastische Flügelelemente (25) angeordnet sind, die ein Verdrehen des Rollteils (20) in der Gardinenschiene in einer Richtung mit geringem zu überwindendem Widerstand ermöglichen, die aber ein Zurückdrehen in der anderen Richtung nur unter Überwindung eines sehr großen Widerstandes gestatten.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügelelemente (25) in Drehrichtung elastisch sind und gegen die Drehrichtung selbstklemmend wirken.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügelelemente (25) aus viertelkreisförmigen Segmenten bestehen.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügelelemente (25) an exponierten Stellen des Umfangs des Rollteils (20), wie beispielsweise an den Eckpunkten eines als Rechteck ausgeführten Rollteils (20), angeordnet sind.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (10) aus einem stabilen thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit guten elastischen Rückstelleigenschaften besteht, der sich bei einer Verarbeitungstemperatur zwischen 150 °C und 400 °C durch Spritzgießen herstellen lässt.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (10) aus Polyoxymethylen (POM) besteht.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (22) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, der sich bei einer Verarbeitungstemperatur zwischen 150 °C und 400 °C durch Spritzgießen herstellen lässt, wie beispielsweise Polyoxymethylen (POM), besteht, und dass die Lauffläche der Rollen (24) aus einem gummiartigen elastischen Material, wie einem thermoplastischen, durch Spritzgießen verarbeitbaren thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) besteht.
- Rollring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder das Rollteil (20) oder der Rollkörper (22) aus einem reibungsmodifizierten thermoplastischen Werkstoff, der bei einer Verarbeitungstemperatur zwischen 150 °C und 400 °C durch Spritzgießen verarbeitbar ist, besteht.
- Rollring nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Werkstoff des Rollteils (20) oder des Rollkörpers (22) um ein mit Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) in Verbindung mit Silikonöl und/oder mit anderen Gleitmitteln modifiziertem Polyoxymethylen (POM) handelt.
