Description
In einem direkten Druckverfahren wie dem Hochdruck, zum Beispiel dem Flexodruckverfahren, wird hierzu eine mit erhabenen druckenden Flächen versehene Druckform verwendet, mittels derer das Druckbild direkt auf den Bedruckstoff auftragbar ist.
Hierbei wird insbesondere durch eine flexible Unterlage unter dem Drucktuch eine erhöhte Verformung des Drucktuches radial zum Drucktuchzylinder während des Druckprozesses ermöglicht. Die Verformung ist mit einer gegenüber der Verformung eines kompressiblen Drucktuches geringeren Kraft möglich. Gleichzeitig wird die Längenstabilität des Drucktuches beibehalten, womit eine gute Druckqualität sichergestellt wird. Damit ist das Drucken auf einer unebenen Oberfläche, wie zum Beispiel bei Wellkarton, im Offsetdruck möglich. Dabei ergeben sich eine Reihe weiterer Prozeßvorteile, die aus dem Offsetdruckverfahren herrühren. Insbesondere sind dies die Verwendung billiger Druckformen und einfacheres Registern beim Mehrfarbendruck.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken von Bedruckstoffen mit unebener Oberfläche mit einem Formzylinder (3), einem Drucktuchzylinder (2) und einem Gegendruckzylinder (1), wobei auf dem Formzylinder (3) eine Druckform, vorzugsweise eine Flachdruckform aufgespannt ist, wobei weiterhin auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) ein in seiner Ausdehnungsebene im Wesentlichen dimensionsstabiles Drucktuch (7) aufgespannt ist, das eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist und quer zur Ausdehnungsebene verformbar, aber nur geringfügig kompimierbar ist, wobei unterhalb des Drucktuches (7) eine Drucktuchunterlage (8) auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) aufgespannt ist,
und wobei
auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (8) unterhalb des Drucktuches (7) eine austauschbare, radial zum Drucktuchzylinder (2) elastisch verformbare Schicht (8B) vorgesehen ist, und die elastisch verformbare Schicht (8B) Teil der Drucktuchunterlage (8) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbare Schicht (8B) als Teil der aufspannbaren Drucktuchunterlage (8) ausgebildet ist und die Drucktuchunterlage (8) eine dimensionsstabile, folienartige Trägerschicht (8A), sowie eine auf deren Oberseite angeordnete reversibel komprimierbare Funktionsschicht (8B) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drucktuch (7) auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) ein quer zu seiner Ausdehnungsrichtung im Wesentlichen inkompressibles Gummituch aufgespannt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drucktuch (7) auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) ein kompressibles Gummituch aufgespannt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (8A) der Drucktuchunterlage (8) aus einer dimensionsstabilen Folie und die Funktionsschicht (8B) aus einem Schaumstoff besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktionsschicht (8B) unter Einschluß der gegenüber dieser wesentlich dünneren Trägerschicht (8A) eine Dicke von 0,5 bis 3 mm aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktionsschicht (8B) unter Einschluß der gegenüber dieser wesentlich dünneren Trägerschicht (8A) vorzugsweise eine Dicke von 1,2 bis 1,6 mm aufweist. - Verfahren zum Bedrucken von Wellkarton (6) mittels einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, vorzugsweise einer Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine,
in dem
ein Druckbild in einem Offsetdruckwerk mit einem Formzylinder (3), einem Drucktuchzylinder (2) und einem Gegendruckzylinder (1) erzeugt wird, wobei auf dem Formzylinder (3) eine Druckform, vorzugsweise eine Flachdruckform aufgespannt ist, wobei weiterhin auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) ein in seiner Ausdehnungsebene im wesentlichen dimensionsstabiles Drucktuch (7) aufgespannt ist, das eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist und quer zu seiner Ausdehnungsebene verformbar ist, und wobei unterhalb des Drucktuches (7) eine Drucktuchunterlage (8) auf dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) aufgespannt ist, das Druckbild mittels der Flachdruckform auf den Drucktuchzylinder (2) aufgebracht wird,
und das Druckbild von dem Drucktuchzylinder (2) mittels Verformung der unterhalb des Drucktuches (7) austauschbar angeordneten, radial zum Drucktuchzylinder (2) elastisch verformbaren Schicht, die als Teil der Drucktuchunterlage (8) ausgeführt ist, auf die Oberfläche eines auf dem Gegendruckzylinder (1) aufliegenden, in seiner Oberflächenfestigkeit variierenden Wellkartons (6) aufgetragen wird, indem das Drucktuch (7) sich in die verformbare Schicht verlagernd der Oberflächenkontur des Wellkartons (6) anpasst.
