Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- elevator door is made for example of folded steel sheets, the door is single-shell or box-shaped double-shelled.
- sheet metal profiles are applied to the back of the elevator doors.
- the guide elements, via which the elevator door can be moved along guides of the elevator car, are usually fastened in the region of the side edges of the door leaf.
- the invention has for its object to provide an elevator door that can be produced in a simple manner and by a low weight, good mechanical stability and good sound and temperature insulation and heat stability distinguishes.
- the elevator door has a layer structure, wherein the visible surface of the elevator door is formed by a load-bearing cover plate, which is provided on the rear side with an insulating material plate.
- This insulation board serves on the one hand to stiffen the elevator door and on the other hand to improve the heat and sound insulation. It is particularly preferred if the insulating board is made as a high temperature resistant foam board, preferably made of high temperature resistant inorganic foam, so that the fire protection performance compared to conventional solutions is substantially improved.
- an elevator door with a high rigidity is created, so that a high dimensional stability of the door is ensured even at high thermal loads. Since the cover plate can be easily produced by folding and the function of the stiffening is achieved by the insulation board, the manufacturing cost compared to a solution with box section are much lower.
- the insulation behavior especially in case of fire can be easily adapted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the insulation board to the requirements, without the need for a redesign of the door.
- this is preferably applied by gluing or directly by foaming on the cover plate.
- the fire protection performance of the elevator door can be further improved if, in addition to gluing or foaming of the insulating material, this is connected via mechanical connection means with the cover plate. In this way, a reliable holding of the insulating material is ensured even when caused by overheating dissolving the adhesive bond.
- the cover plate is produced as a folded sheet steel, wherein the side edges of the cover plate are bent at least in sections such that a receiving space for the insulation board is provided.
- peripheral edges are L-shaped folded so that the peripheral edge of the cover plate extends approximately in the direction parallel to the rear large surface of the insulation board.
- the guide elements of the elevator door can be fastened.
- the insulation board is formed of inorganic rigid foam
- this material can also be used for bonding the insulation board with the cover plate, so that due to the uniformity of materials, even at high temperatures a good adhesion to the cover plate is guaranteed.
- Figure 1 shows a plan view of an elevator door 1 according to the invention from the viewing surface, i. from the inside of the elevator car, forth.
- the elevator door 1 has a cover plate 2 made of steel or aluminum sheet forming the visible surface, to whose rear side visible in FIG. 2 an insulating panel 4 is fastened.
- the production of the cover plate 2 by folding or deep drawing, wherein the peripheral edges are folded at least in the region of the narrow sides 6, 8 such that there is a rear receiving space for the insulation board 4.
- the overhead peripheral edge 8 was L-shaped folded so that the narrow-side peripheral edge is formed by a leg 10 which is approximately parallel to the visible surface.
- guide elements 12 for example guide rollers, can be fastened to this leg 10 of the peripheral edge 8 above which the elevator door 1 is guided in a corresponding guide of the elevator car or shaft door guide.
- the longitudinal peripheral edges 16, 18 may be folded over, so that the insulation board 4 is encompassed along its outer periphery of the cover plate 2.
- the insulating panel 4 is made as a foam plate, preferably made of inorganic foam, since such materials have excellent temperature resistance.
- the rigid foam can be made open or closed cell, wherein the density is preferably between 100 and 800 kg / m 3 .
- An optimal pore size should be between 0.5 to 3 mm.
- the insulation board 4 is fixed by gluing to the cover plate 2.
- the adhesive used is preferably the same material as used in the production of the foam. This material uniformity ensures that in case of fire no toxic cleavage products are released. Furthermore, a recycling of the insulating material is ensured by the uniformity of materials, so that no special waste is obtained. Inorganic insulating foams are further characterized by an optimal sound insulation and insulation effect, so that it is ensured that the desired opening and closing of the door and in the interior of the elevator car conditions (climate, noise level, etc.) can be adjusted.
- the mechanical connection means 20 indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2 can additionally be used.
- Such mechanical connection means 20 may be clamps, springs or the like, with which the insulation board 4 even with a release of the adhesive in its desired position is kept, so that in case of fire sufficient thermal insulation is ensured and falling out of the insulation board is avoided.
- the thermal insulation is particularly important in view of the dimensional stability of the door, as warping of the door when exposed to high temperatures is to be avoided, so that the elevator shaft is not a fire bridge, that the elevator car can not be opened.
- the connecting means 20 can be arranged spanning along the circumference of the insulating panel 4 or.
- the rear large area of the insulation panel 4 can still be covered with decorative material.
- this decorative material then only serves to improve the visual appearance of glazed shafts. The stability is ensured essentially by the composite system cover plate 2 and insulation board 4.
- the production of the elevator door 1 according to the invention is conceivably simple, since only the cover plate 2 has to be cut and deep-drawn and / or folded in a first operation and then the insulation panel 4 has to be fixed in position by gluing, if necessary additionally by the mechanical connecting elements 20. Since practically no additional reinforcing elements, such as aluminum profiles etc., must be applied to the back of the cover plate 2, no processing or production traces are visible on the visible surface. This makes it possible to finish the cover plate 2 ready before sticking the insulation board 4, so that virtually no reworking is required.
- an elevator door in which a canted or deep-drawn cover plate 2 an insulation board, preferably made of inorganic foam not only as Insulating material, but applied to increase the rigidity, preferably firmly glued or foamed.

Description
- Figur 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine erfindungsgemäße Aufzugtür und;
