Claims (29)

  1. Procédé pour l'évacuation de produits plats, logé dans une pile de produits (8) et flexibles, en particulier des produits d'imprimerie (9), dans lequel la pile de produits (8) est soutenue par le bas et chaque produit (9) individuel est saisi dans sa zone de bord (31) avant au moyen d'un organe d'aspiration (2), qui est disposé au-dessous de la pile de produits (8), et est plié en partant du côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8) vers le bas, et dans lequel ensuite le produit (9) saisi et plié est évacué au moyen d'une pince (3) saisissant sa zone de bord (31) avant, le sens de déplacement de la pince (3) dans la zone du côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8) allant essentiellement de la zone de bord avant vers la zone de bord arrière des produits (9) se trouvant dans la pile de produits (8) et chaque produit (9) individuel étant transmis de l'organe d'aspiration (2) directement à une pince (3) après le pliage s'effectuant au moyen de l'organe d'aspiration (2), de sorte que chaque produit (9) est maintenu constamment par l'organe d'aspiration (2) ou par la pince (3) pendant le pliage et pendant l'évacuation faisant suite directement, caractérisé en ce que, sur la pile de produits (8) sensiblement verticale, la zone de bord (31) avant du produit (9) situé le plus en bas est saisie dans sa partie centrale par l'organe l'aspiration (2) et est pliée, alors que ce produit (9) est soutenu par en bas dans la zone de bord (31) avant dans ses zones latérales.

  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le produit (9) est plié d'un angle compris entre 60° et 120° avant qu'il soit saisi par la pince (3), le pliage du produit (9) s'effectuant en particulier au moyen d'un cylindre de renvoi (17).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pile de produits (8) repose avec son côté inférieur par endroits sur au moins un disque d'appui (14) rotatif et présentant au moins une entaille de libération (26), le pliage d'un produit (9) intervenant lorsque la zone de bord (10, 31) avant arrive dans la zone de l'entaille de libération (26).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la pile de produits (8) repose avec son côté inférieur par endroits sur deux disques d'appui (14) tournant de préférence dans le sens contraire, et présentant chacun au moins un, en particulier deux entailles de libération (26) opposées en diagonale, le pliage d'un produit (9) intervenant lorsque la partie centrale de la zone de bord (10, 31) avant arrive dans la zone respectivement d'une entaille de libération (26) de chaque disque d'appui (14).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le pliage d'un produit (9) s'effectue au moyen de la ligne de délimitation de l'entaille de libération (26).
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale, se trouvant dans la zone d'au moins une entaille de libération (26), de la zone de bord (31) avant est soutenue juste avant le pliage par un doigt d'appui mobile activement ou passivement.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pile de produits (8) repose avec son côté inférieur sur des moyens d'appui se déplaçant dans le sens de la zone de bord avant vers la zone de bord arrière des produits (9) se trouvant dans la pile de produits (8) et dotés de passages de libération (54), le pliage d'un produit (9) intervenant lorsque la zone de bord (10, 31) avant arrive dans la zone du passage de libération (54).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la pile de produits (8) repose avec son côté inférieur sur un nombre de cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69), qui sont fixés sur un organe de transport (51 ; 68) et sont déplacés au moyen de cet organe dans la zone de la pile de produits (8) de la zone de bord avant vers la zone de bord arrière des produits (9) se trouvant dans la pile de produits (8), les passages de libération (54) étant formés entre deux cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) ou groupes de cylindres porteurs voisins.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'aspiration (2) attribué à un produit (9) et la pince (3) attribuée au même produit (9) se déplacent pendant le transfert du produit (9) de l'organe d'aspiration (2) à la pince (3) sur une voie de transport commune ou sur des voies de transport agencées parallèlement entre elles.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'aspiration (2) attribué à un produit (9) et la pince (3) attribuée au même produit (9) se déplacent pendant le transfert du produit (9) de l'organe d'aspiration (2) à la pince (3) à peu près au centre le long du côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'aspiration (2) est basculé entre la réception du produit (9) par la pile de produits (8) et le transfert du produit (9) à la pince (3).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le basculement, s'effectuant pour le transfert à la pince (3), de l'organe d'aspiration (2) est dirigé de telle sorte qu'on a un transfert à une pince (3) arrière dans le sens de transport, un produit (9) pouvant être réceptionné par une pince (3) avant dans le sens de transport et s'ouvrant en particulier après un nouveau basculement, orienté dans le sens opposé, de l'organe d'aspiration.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pile de produits (8) est sollicitée sur son côté inférieur au moins par endroits avec une force intermittente et dirigée vers le haut, afin d'obtenir une aération de la pile de produits (8).
  16. Dispositif pour l'évacuation de produits plats, logés dans une pile de produits (8) et flexibles, en particulier de produits d'imprimerie (9), en particulier pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, comprenant une pluralité de pinces (3) pouvant se déplacer le long d'une voie de transport de pince agencée au-dessous d'une pile de produits (8), un organe d'aspiration (2), qui peut se déplacer le long d'une voie de transport d'organe d'aspiration agencée au-dessous de la pile de produits (8), qui est agencée au moins par endroits le long de la voie de transport de pince ou parallèlement à celle-ci, et un dispositif d'appui (14, 13 ; 50 ; 67), qui soutient la pile de produits (8) sur son côté inférieur, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (14, 13 ; 50 ; 67) s'étend essentiellement dans la direction horizontale et présente au moins une entaille de libération ou un passage de libération (26 ; 54), qui libère périodiquement la zone de bord (31) avant des produits (9) dans la pile de produits (8), en ce qu'il est prévu une pluralité d'organes d'aspiration (3), qui sont disposés les uns derrière les autres le long de la voie de transport d'organe d'aspiration agencée dans la partie centrale de la pile de produits (8) et en ce que les pinces (3) sont disposées également les unes derrière les autres le long de la voie de transport de la pince.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue de transport d'organe d'aspiration et une roue de transport de pince sont prévues, qui transportent des organes d'aspiration (2) et des pinces (3) le long des voies de transport respectives.
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la roue de transport d'organe d'aspiration et la roue de transport de pince sont conçues comme une seule roue de transport (1) pour le transport aussi bien des organes d'aspiration (2) que des pinces (3).
  19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (14, 13 ; 50 ; 67) présente au moins un disque d'appui (14) rotatif et présentant au moins une entaille de libération (26), qui soutient par endroits la pile de produits (8) sur son côté inférieur, et une table de support (13), qui est prévue pour le soutien de la pile de produits (8) sur son côté inférieur dans une zone non soutenue par le disque d'appui (14).
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux disques d'appui (14) présentant chacun au moins, en particulier deux entailles de libération (26) opposées en diagonale, qui tournent dans le sens contraire de telle sorte qu'à chaque fois une entaille de libération (26) de chaque disque d'appui (14) arrive en même temps dans la partie centrale de la zone de bord (10, 31) avant d'un produit (9).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un doigt d'appui mobile activement ou passivement pour le soutien de la pile de produits (8) est prévu dans la zone de la partie centrale de la zone de bord (10, 31) avant.
  22. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 21, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de renvoi (17), dont l'axe s'étend perpendiculairement au sens du transport des organes d'aspiration (2) et des pinces (3), est prévu dans le sens de transport des organes d'aspiration (2) et des pinces (3) en décalage par rapport au bord avant de la pile de produits (8).
  23. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22, caractérisé par des moyens (34, 35, 36, 37) pour générer un mouvement périodique, orienté perpendiculairement au côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8).
  24. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 23, caractérisé en ce qu'un disque d'appui (14) et/ou une table de support (13) sont dotés côté pile de moyens réduisant le frottement, en particulier de sorties d'air comprimé (30).
  25. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (14, 13 ; 50 ; 67) comprend un certain nombre de cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) fixés sur un organe de transport et formant une sorte de tapis à rouleaux, sur lesquels la pile de produits (8) repose avec son côté inférieur, des passages de libération (54) étant présents entre deux cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) ou groupes de cylindres porteurs voisins.
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de traction (51 ; 68) pourvu des cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) est disposé sur chacun des deux côtés de la pile de produits (8), les cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) des deux organes de traction (51 ; 68) étant orientés l'un vers l'autre dans la zone de la pile de produits (8).
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que les organes de traction (51) sont agencés dans un plan parallèle à la voie de transport de l'organe d'aspiration, les cylindres porteurs (53) étant logés en rotation libre respectivement sur un bras support (57) d'un levier coudé (60) fixé de façon pivotante sur l'organe de traction (51), et en ce que des éléments de guidage (61, 62) sont présents pour le basculement du levier coudé (60) et des cylindres porteurs (53) dans une position libérant l'évacuation des produits (9).
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que les organes de traction (68) sont agencés dans un plan formant un angle avec la voie de transport de l'organe d'aspiration, les cylindres porteurs (69) étant logés en rotation libre sur des bras porteurs (71) reliés de façon fixe à l'organe de traction (68) respectif et formant un angle avec le plan de l'organe de traction.
  29. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25 à 28, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (65 ; 65') par lesquels les cylindres porteurs (53 ; 69) logés en rotation libre dans la zone de contact avec le côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8) sont mis dans un mouvement de rotation opposé au sens de déplacement des organes de traction (51 ; 68).
