Claims (12)
- Fließbett mit einem Gehäuse (2), einer Bodenplatte (4) aus einem für ein Fördergas durchlässigem Material und einem Verteilerraum (5) zwischen dem Gehäuse (2) und der Bodenplatte (4), wobei die Bodenplatte (4) am Gehäuse (2) befestigt ist und eine Ausströmfläche (7) auf der dem Verteilerraum (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite aufweist wobei Befestigungselemente (9, 10, 12, 17) außerhalb der Ausströmfläche (7) über eine erste Verbindung mit der Bodenplatte (4) verbunden sind und mit dem Gehäuse (2) über eine zweite Verbindung verbunden sind und die Ansströmfläche (7) von keinem Befestigungselement oder anderen Teil unterbrochen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befesfigungselemente (9,10,12,17) fördergasundurchlässig sind.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verbindung frei von Hilfsfügeteilen ist.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (9, 10, 12, 17) mit der Bodenplatte verschweißt oder verklebt sind.
- Fließbett nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Verbindung Hilfsfügeteile (13, 18, 23) aufweist, die sich bis in die Befestigungselemente (9, 10, 12, 17) hinein erstrecken.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hilfsfügeteile durch Schrauben (13, 18, 17) gebildet sind.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (9, 10, 12, 17) aus einem Material gebildet sind, das mit dem Material der Bodenplatte (4) gleichartig ist.
- Fließbett nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (9, 10, 12, 17) einen ersten Ring (17) am unteren Ende und einen zweiten Ring (12) am oberen Ende der Bodenplatte (4) aufweisen.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der beiden Ringe (12, 17) mit einer Kante (16, 20) der Bodenplatte (4) verbunden ist.
- Fließbett nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Ring (12) mit der Oberseite des Gehäuses (2) abschließt.
- Fließbett nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Ring (17) eine V-förmige umlaufende Nut aufweist, die das untere Ende (20) der Bodenplatte (4) aufnimmt.
- Fließbett nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringe (12, 17) mit dem Gehäuse (2) verschraubt und mit der Bodenplatte (4) verschweißt sind, wobei die Schweißnaht (15, 22) auch als Toleranzausgleich dient.
- Fließbett nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (4) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
