Abstract
Description
Bevorzugt sind Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel die
0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silikathaltige Partikel,
0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% Hydrophobierungsmittel und
bis 99,5% sonstige Wasch-/Reinigungsmittelinhaltsstoffe enthalten.
0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silikathaltige Partikel,
0,5 bis 60 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffe und
bis 99,5 Gew.-% sonstige Wasch-/Reinigungsmittelinhaltsstoffe enthalten.
0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silikathaltige Partikel,
0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% Hydrophobierungsmittel,
0,5 bis 60 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffe und
bis 99,5 Gew.-% sonstige Waschmittel/ Reinigungsmittelinhaltsstoffe enthalten,
Weitere geeignete Tenside sind Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide der Formel R2-CO-N(R3)-Z, in der R2CO für einen aliphatischen Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R3 für Wasserstoff, einen Alkyl oder Hydroxyalkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und Z für einen linearen oder verzweigten Polyhydroxyalkylrest mit 3 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen und 3 bis 10 Hydroxylgruppen steht.
Bevorzugt können Alkylglykoside der allgemeinen Formel RO(G)x eingesetzt werden, in der R einen primären geradkettigen oder methylverzweigten, insbesondere in 2-Stellung methylverzweigten aliphatischen Rest mit 8 bis 22, vorzugsweise 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, bedeutet und G für eine Glykoseeinheit mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise für Glucose, steht. Der Oligomerisierungsgrad x, der die Verteilung von Monoglykosiden und Oligoglykosiden angibt, ist eine beliebige Zahl zwischen 1 und 10; vorzugsweise liegt x bei 1,2 bis 1,4.
Der Gardnertest ist ein Reinigungstest für harte Oberflächen, vorwiegend Fußböden etc.. Dabei weren Probestreifen (maximal 45cm lang und 5-6 cm breit) mit der Untersuchungslösung behandelt, getrocknet und dann angeschmutzt. Zur Untersuchung des Reinigungsprozesses werden 10 g der Reinigungslösung auf den Streifen gegeben und ein Stück Wischtuch an einer Halterung befestigt. Das Tuch wird mittels Spannseilen, über einen Exzenter angetrieben, auf dem präparierten Probenstreifen hin- und herbewegt. Die Anzahl der Wischbewegungen wird an einem Zählwerk abgelesen. Ausgewertet wird die Anzahl der Wischbewegungen bis zur absoluten Sauberkeit, oder nach maximal 50 Wischbewegungen die Benotung des Reinigungsergebnisses auf der Skala von 1 (sauber) bis 5.
Die Bewertung 50/3 bedeutet hierbei, daß nach der Maximalanzahl von 50 Wischgängen die Abmusterung die Note 3 auf der Skala von 1 bis 5 ergab.
Die Bewertung 5/1 bedeutet hierbei, daß schon nach 5 Wischgängen die Abmusterung die Note 1 (sauber) auf der Skala von 1 bis 5 ergab.
Anlehnend an IEC-Norm 436 und IKW-Methode wurden Tests in 4 Haushaltsgeschirrspülmaschinen (2 Miele G 688 SC und 2 Bosch 6902) bei 55°C Spültemperatur und 20g Dosierung durchgeführt.

Claims (20)
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mikrodisperse, hydrophile silikathaltige Partikel enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel eine Teilchengröße von 1 bis 500 nm, bevorzugt 9 bis 50 nm aufweisen.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel an ihrer Oberfläche elektrisch geladen sind.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Partikeln um kolloidale Kieselgele, kolloidale Kieselsole, Hectorite, Saponite oder Mischungen derselben handelt.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich mindestens ein hydrophobierendes Agens enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den hydrophobierenden Agenzien um Silicone, Siliconöle, Fluorsiliconöle, Soil-release-Polymere, kationische Tenside und/oder organische Fluorverbindungen handelt.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 5 und/oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichts-Verhältnis von silicathaltigen Partikeln zu hydrophobierenden Agenzien 100 zu 1 bis 1 zu 100 bezogen auf Aktivsubstanz beträgt.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silicathaltige Partikel, 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% hydrophobierende Agenzien und 80 bis 99,8 Gew.-% sonstige Waschmittel-/Reinigungsmittelinhaltsstoffe enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silicathaltige Partikel, 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% hydrophobierende Agenzien, 0,5 bis 60 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffe und 20 bis 99,48 Gew.-% sonstige Waschmittelinhaltsstoffe enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% silicathaltige Partikel, 0,5 bis 60 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffe und 30 bis 99,49 Gew.-% sonstige Waschmittel-/Reinigungsmittelinhaltsstoffe enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin Builder, Cobuilder, Alkalilieferanten, anionische, nichtionische und zwitterionische Tenside, Antischaummittel, Dispergatoren, Komplexbildner, Bleichmittel, Bleichaktivatoren und -katalysatoren und/oder Enzyme enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um Vollwaschmittel, Compact-Vollwaschmittel, Compact-Colorwaschmittel, Vollwaschmittel geringer Schüttdichte, Spezialwaschmittel, wie Wäschenachbehandlungsmittel, Wäscheweichmacher, Fleckensalze, Bleichbooster, Gardinenwaschmittel, Wollwaschmittel, Baukasten-Waschmittel und gewerbliche Waschmittel handelt.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, z.B. Fassaden-, Glas-, Metall, Fenster-, Fußboden- und Teppichbodenreiniger.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um Handgeschirrspülmittel, Maschinengeschirreiniger, Maschinengeschirrspülmittel und Klarspüler handelt.
- Verwendung von mikrodispersen, hydrophilen silikathaltigen Partikeln als Oberflächenbeschichtungsmittel zur Schmutzablösung und Verringerung der Wiederanschmutzneigung in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die silikathaltigen Partikel eine Teilchengröße von 1 bis 500 nm, bevorzugt 9 bis 50 nm, besitzen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 15 und/oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel an:ihrer Oberfläche elektrisch geladen sind.
- Verwendung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Partikeln um kolloidale Kieselgele, kolloidale Kieselsole, Hectorite, Saponite oder Mischungen derselben handelt.
- Verwendung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die silikathaltigen Partikel zusammen mit mindestens einem hydrophobierenden Agens verwendet werden.
- Verwendung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den hydrophierenden Agenzien um Silicone, Siliconöle, Fluorsiliconöle, Soil-release-Polymere, kationische Tenside und/oder Fluorverbindungen handelt.
