Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung beim Aufwickeln eines Fadens auf eine Spule (4), mit einem Fadenführer (5), der mit einem über Umlenkrollen (10, 11; 10', 11') laufenden, flexiblen, motorisch antreibbaren Changierelement (8) verbunden ist und eine Changierbewegung in Längsrichtung der Spule (4) ausführt, und mit einem Vorspannorgan zum Ausgleich von Spannungsschwankungen des Changierelements (8), wobei eine der Umlenkrollen (10') als Treibrad für den Antrieb des Changierelements (8) ausgebildet und die Bauhöhe der Fadenverlegung (1) im wesentlichen durch den Durchmesser der Umlenkrollen (10', 11') bestimmt sowie der Fadenführer (5) auf einem in einer Führung (6) gelagerten Gleitorgan (7) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rollen (10', 11') so angeordnet sind, dass die vom Changierelement (8) aufgespannte Ebene durch einen schmalen, in Längsrichtung der herzustellenden Spule (4) verlaufenden Streifen gebildet ist, und dass die genannten Rollen (10', 11') und die genannte Führung (6) auf einer gemeinsamen Halteplatte (15) von der Form eines schmalen Streifens angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspannorgan durch ein zusätzliches Spannrad (17) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspannorgan durch die andere Umlenkrolle (11') gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Vorspannorgan bildende Umlenkrolle (11') federnd gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Vorspannorgan bildende Umlenkrolle (11') mittels einer Linearführung und Feder (16) oder mittels einer Integralfeder (20) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Vorspannorgan bildende Umlenkrolle (11') auf einem Biegeträger (18, 18'), einer Biegeachse (21), einem Hebel (22, 23) oder einer Gabel gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenverlegung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Vorspannorgan bildende Umlenkrolle (11') auf einem Feder-Parallelogramm (26) gelagert ist.
