Claims (11)
- Aufspulvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln von einem Band oder einem Faden (1) zu einer Spule (9), mit einer drehbaren Spulspindel (8) zur Aufnahme der Spule (9), mit einer Changiereinrichtung (37), bei welcher ein Changierfadenführer (5) mittels einer Kehrgewindewelle (10) angetrieben und zum Ablegen des Fadens (1) auf der Spule (9) in einer Geradführung (12) hin- und hergeführt wird, und mit einer Trageinrichtung (11), welche mittels einer Abstandssteuerung während des Aufwickelns entsprechend dem wachsenden Spulendurchmesser eine Relativbewegung zwischen der Achse der Spulspindel (8) und dem Changierfadenführer (5) ermöglicht, wobei die Trageinrichtung (11) um die Achse der Kehrgewindewelle (10) schwenkbar ist und wobei die Kehrgewindewelle (10) und die Spulspindel (8) während der Spulreise zueinander mit unveränderlichem Abstand gelagert sind, wobei die Walze (6) in Fadenlaufrichtung dem Changierfadenführer (5) nachgeordnet und durch einen Halter (21) mit der Trageinrichtung (11) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Abstandssteuerung eine über die gesamble Wickeltange der Spule (9) in kontakt mit dem Umfang der Spule (9) stehende Walze (6) dient, die durch den Halter (21) mit der Trageinrichtung (11) fest verbunden ist und um die Kehrgewindewelle (10) verschwenkbar ist, und der Faden (1) die Walze (6) vor Auflauf auf die Spule (9) teilweise umschlingt.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fadenführer (4) in Fadenlaufrichtung dem Changierfadenführer (5) vorgeordnet und mit der Trageinrichtung (11) verbunden ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der. Fadenführer (4) als eine gekrümmte Überlaufstange ausgebildet ist, welche im wesentlichen quer zum Fadenlauf angeordnete ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach einem. der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kehrgewindewelle (10) ortsfest parallel zur Spulspindel (8) an dem Maschinengestell (14) angeordnet ist und, daß die Trageinrichtung als ein Gehäuse (11) der Kehrgewindewelle (10) ausgeführt ist, welches in Umfangsrichtung der Kehrgewindewelle (10) drehbar ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11) auskragend drehbar am Maschinengestell (14) gelagert ist, daß die Kehrgewindewelle (10) am Lagerende des Gehäuses (11) ein freies Antriebsende (35) aufweist und daß das Antriebsende (35) der Kehrgewindewelle (10) mit einem Antrieb verbunden ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Riemenscheibe (33) am Antriebsende (35) der Kehrgewindewelle (10) befestigt ist und daß die Riemenscheibe (33) durch einen Riemen (32) mit einem Riementrieb verbunden ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riementrieb aus einer durch einen Motor (23) angetriebenen Antriebswelle (34) mit einer Antriebsscheibe (28) und aus einer Zwischenwelle (27) mit zwei Riemenscheiben (29, 30) besteht, daß eine der Riemenscheiben (30) durch einen ersten Riemen (32) mit der Riemenscheibe (33) der Kehrgewindewelle (10) und die andere der Riemenscheiben (29) durch einen zweiten Riemen (31) mit der Antriebsscheibe (28) verbunden ist, daß die Zwischenwelle (27) in einem in der Riemenebene des zweiten Riemens (31) verschiebbaren Lagerträger (26) gelagert ist und daß der Lagerträger (26) in einem um die Antriebswelle (34) in der Riemenebene des ersten Riemens (32) verschwenkbaren Halter (24) geführt ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11) mit einem Kraftgeber verbunden ist, welcher zur Belastung und/oder zur Entlastung der zwischen der Walze und der Spulenoberfläche wirkenden Anlagekraft vorgesehen ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kraftgeber durch eine am Umfang des Gehäuses (11) verschiebbare Gleitscheibe (18), eine konzentrisch zum Gehäuse (11) angeordnete ortsfeste Anlagescheibe (16) und eine zwischen einem an dem Umfang des Gehäuses (11) angebrachten Anschlag (20) und der Gleitscheiben (18) gespannten Feder (19) besteht, wobei die Gleitscheibe (18) an der Anlagescheibe (16) anliegt.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (20) am Umfang des Gehäuses (11) verstellbar ausgeführt ist.
- Aufspulvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11) aus einem dickwandigen Rohr gebildet ist, daß das Rohr einen Träger (22) aufweist und daß der Träger (22) mit einem die Walze (6) aufnehmenden Halter (21) verbunden ist.
